Personal Growth has been very important to me, particularly in the last 11 years. In college, I dealt with an enormous amount of anxiety and depression, and after a period of time, I couldn’t take it anymore. I remember a very specific day when I was 22 years old when I was at my breaking point. I prayed to a God (that at the time I wasn’t sure existed), and I made a commitment from that day on that I would never allow myself to feel that way anymore. I didn’t care how long it took, how hard it was, how much it would cost…I would find a way.
I started that journey with books, free online resources, daily meditations, and anything I could get my hands on that might help me get out of my trapped mind and emotions. As I got out of college, I continued that path and kept building on it. I recently did some reflecting and number crunching and realized that I have invested a large sum of money on personal development in that last seven years. Coaching, programs, seminars, trainings… You name it, I have probably done it. I don’t say that as some sort of brag, but I have just always felt deep in my soul that there is no better way to invest my money than into my own growth so I can be the best for myself, for others, and for God.
I wish I could teleport back to my 22-year-old self, so I could feel the massive change that has occurred within me in the last decade. So much growth has happened in that time. I have been blessed with so many amazing mentors and coaches, and I am so grateful for their influence on the trajectory of my life.
This last month, in two separate coaching calls from two different coaches, I got asked the same question relating to two different areas of my life. Both times, it led to an enormous breakthrough. I believe the quality of our life is determined by the quality of the questions we ask ourselves. I have been asked a lot of questions in the last 11 years… This question is by far the best question I have ever been asked:
“What is not being said right now?” Simple, but profound if truly reflected upon. Now, I want you to ask yourself this question regarding one or all areas of your life. You may need to ask yourself this question several times to peel back the onion to get to what truly isn’t being said or addressed in your life that needs to be.
When you discover what needs to be said or addressed…I challenge you to take massive and immediate action on it. It’s time to move forward.
Jordan Espeseth Founder/Co-OwnerTHE FOLKS WHO COME TO YOU TO BUY A NEW PROPERTY OR SELL THEIR HOME HAVE A GENERAL IDEA OF WHERE THEY’D LIKE TO BE FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER OF THEIR LIVES. BUT YOU ARE THE ONE WHO REVEALS THE FULL VISION.
In the process, you apply your experience and expertise to uncovering the must-haves and preferences they have in their minds so that you can help those dreams become a reality.
Amira Allan is the same way.
As a REALTOR® with JPAR Real Estate, Amira has a natural knack and passion for uncovering the visions for those she serves.
“The relationships I build with my clients are very valuable to me. Their best interest will always come first,” Amira says.
“That’s the way I approach my work with my clients. I can read people well and know how to help them.”
Amira earned her real estate license in 2019. Prior to that, she took big steps in life that shaped her future and gave her a vital skillset that she uses to help others.
One of those big steps was moving to Texas from California.
“Making that move was one of the big highlights of my life. I was 21
years old and still in school,” Amira says. “Texas opened up huge opportunities for me. It’s a great place to live.”
Amira smiles as she remembers starting her family in Texas. As her family grew, she was a stay-at-home mom for 13 years.
“When my youngest child went to kindergarten, that’s when I decided that I wanted to start a career,” she remembers.
As she considered what her next professional steps in life should be, a crucial conversation helped.
“We have a good friend, Greg, who is a REALTOR®, who always told me I
The relationship is just as important to me as the sale.
There’s a fine balance between having the experience and expertise needed to know how things are done and having the courage to effectively try something new.
That point of balance and innovation is the place where Founder/ CEO Harmony Brown and her team at GreenWorks Inspections & Engineering work each day.
In addition to being a rapidly growing home inspection company, GreenWorks is also using an innovative approach to boost intra-preneurship and opportunities for people.
“What we do is allow inspectors and other service providers to build their businesses inside GreenWorks. That way, they can enjoy the abundance of what having a business can be without having to do it all themselves,” Harmony explains.
“We want to continue to expand and grow. Every service we have has been started and led by an inspector in our company. We work together. They get the resources of the call center, finance, and technology team while they build a business inside GreenWorks with their peers. It’s one of the most innovative things that we have done, and we know that it has really large potential over the next 10 to 20 years. I love growing leaders inside the company and seeing them expand in their lives with their families. That’s huge for me.”
Harmony recalls the way she started her successful path in life and business. Like most stories of triumph, hers began with hard work.
“I was a struggling college student looking to find a direction, and I wasn’t finding it in school,” she remembers.
The catalyst that Harmony remembers was reading an eBook about how to find your passion.
“It took me down the path of how to really explore the things you love to do. Through that, I landed on the fact that I loved homes,” Harmony recalls. “My love of homes led into real estate and other paths.”
As she was considering all of the options available to her in real estate, she found herself focusing on home inspections.
“I didn’t know about it, but I called some people in the industry and asked them what they did every day. They talked about going to real estate offices, make presentations, and then doing inspections in the afternoons. The people I talked with wanted to be doing inspections and not the other parts of business,” she says.
That’s when it hit her. She wondered why house experts would need to do lead generation.
“So, I decided to provide that solution. I knew that would be my place and purpose. I set out to do it.”
It wasn’t easy at first. In fact, Harmony struggled for a long time before she started to build the relationships that would lead to business.
“I didn’t have a sphere in Texas. It took me 15 months to get my first client. Once I did, I thought it would be my big break. I had to stay at it,” she recalls. “There were still ups and downs … and then about four months

later is when things started taking off for me. I stuck to it and persevered. I worked with one inspector at a time. It took me six years to get six inspectors.”
FOLLOWING A STRONG PURPOSE
GreenWorks Inspections & Engineering serves as a one-source solution to make the client experience easier. Through time, the company has steadily added services—as well as locations in places like Austin and Houston. They’ve also added engineering services.
Today GreenWorks is one of the largest privately owned inspection companies in the nation, with 55 inspectors throughout Texas, and a total team of 105 professionals, including 13 engineers, five pest control team members, environmental specialists, and a call center.
“It’s a full operation, and we’re just at the start,” Harmony smiles. “Ultimately, we want to take care of all things that buyers need for finding good contractors, plumbers, repairs, handymen, and so on. We want to do the structural engineering. We are really looking to be the resource for our REALTOR® partners, so that they can focus on what they do best. In the process, we’re looking to build a $100 million real estate services company throughout the nation.”
Away from work, Harmony treasures time with her fiancé, Jessica, who serves as the Chief Growth Officer at GreenWorks.
In their free time, they enjoy their dog, Ozzie, as well as traveling, spending time outdoors, hiking, tennis, and playing pickleball.
At the end of the day, Harmony and the team remain focused on providing an unforgettable experience to their partners and clients.
“We strive to bring platinum level experience to each and every partner that we work with. We are there to help REALTOR® partners grow their businesses and take care of their clients,” she says with a smile. “That is a true inspiration to us to give that platinum level service. And to strive to be better every day.”
When you’re looking for a partner who is there to put innovation to work for you, look to GreenWorks Inspections & Engineering.

WE STRIVE TO BRING PLATINUM LEVEL EXPERIENCE TO EACH AND EVERY PARTNER THAT WE WORK WITH.
Tanika Donnell is one of those leaders with vision and action.
As Broker/Owner of TDRealty, Tanika is dedicated to lifting others around her. And she does it by leading her own path.
“I love the aspect that when I receive a client call from a buyer or seller, they need my guidance and expertise. I like diving in and understanding their story,” Tanika says.
“You get to be a project manager and resource … steering them in the right direction and illuminating their minds to things they never thought they could achieve.”
As Tanika began her own real estate career, she worked as an agent in the general brokerage system. While she learned and grew, she also looked at the fact that in the first five and a half years in real estate, she had paid out over $150,000 in brokerage fees. During this process, she remembers wondering how other agents were making ends meet.
“That’s why I wanted to do something different in the brokerage realm. At TDRealty, our agents keep 100% of their
commission, paying $45 for their errors and omissions insurance when they close a deal, and a $100 monthly technology fee. Beyond that, I want them to invest in their business, family, and future,” Tanika says.
“Now, I have the opportunity to impact my family’s lives and agents’ lives in a way that is unique. I have a full team and a family that supports the vision. I’m on a mission to do something new.”
Tanika is guided in her approach by her faith, particularly the bible verse, Matthew 19:26. “With God, all things are possible,’” she says. “I’m doing this as a Christian-based brokerage.”
Tanika was born in Dallas. In time, her mom, and her extended family moved to Anchorage, Alaska. Despite spending much of her youth in Alaska, she ultimately graduated high school here in Texas. After that, she attended Texas A&M University.
Tanika’s interest in real estate takes her back to when she was 14 years old. “That was the point that my single mom purchased our first house,” she smiles with the memory. “And I instantly knew then that I also wanted to purchase my own home as soon as I was able to do it.”
ONE OF THE SURE SIGNS OF LEADERSHIP IS THE WILLINGNESS TO TAKE A NEW DIRECTION … HAVING THE VISION TO MOVE FORWARD BY BREAKING NEW GROUND.Photo by: Erika Edwards
After college, Tanika had a promising career in consumer-packaged goods, working for heavy hitters such as Kraft, PepsiCo, Frito Lay, and Kellogg’s as a top sales producer throughout her 15-year corporate career.
“I think that time really honed my skillsets, including team management, and people skills. I also earned my MBA in Strategic Leadership,” she says. “I think all of those elements have come together to help me be successful in my real estate career.”
In time, Tanika and her husband, Kenny, began flipping properties. So, she decided to get her real estate license.
“From there, I fell in love with real estate rather than flipping, so I went full throttle into positively impacting the lives of others through real estate by helping them to establish generational wealth,” she says.
Tanika remembers that her transition into the business was what she calls “shocking.”
“You’re used to being in corporate America, then you become an entrepreneur and you have to handle everything. You are an entrepreneur and a business owner,” Tanika remembers. “I figured out very quickly that it was going to be totally on me to determine how successful I was going to be because I didn’t have a boss and a marketing department anymore. Your hustle has to be real, along with diligence and follow-up. I had to use that from day one. I’m grateful for my experience.”
Her results have been remarkable. Since starting in the business in 2014, she has personally amassed around 120 closings, representing nearly $50 million in sales volume year-after-year. Along the way, her brokerage has continued to grow and thrive, with a team of 370+ agents today in less than three years of opening her own brokerage, TDRealty in 2020 at the height of the pandemic. In 2022, the Brokerage did a combined total of $300 million in sales volume. In the process, the brokerage ranks number 17 in Agent Count in DFW,
as well as 42nd in Units Closed and 50th in Volume Closed. Keep in mind this is out of roughly 4,000 brokerages, Texas wide.
And yet still, there’s one number that she is perhaps most proud of…
“Through our approach, we have saved agents nearly $2 million in brokerage fees,” she says with a smile.
“People ask how I am profitable. I’m doing this because I know this is sowing seeds in people’s lives and as we scale up, our costs remain the same for our resources. I take the Sam Walton approach. When he started WalMart, people laughed and wondered why he would go with discounted pricing. But he knew that volume would allow him to be profitable. I believe there is more than one way to be profitable. I thank God for the opportunity to be in this position.”
Tanika is quick to shine the spotlight on her staff.
“I have many staff members who have been with me for four or five years,” Tanika says. “I couldn’t have done this without their support. It takes a village to do something like this. It takes the support, love, and prayers of others.”
Family enriches life for Tanika. She treasures time with her husband, Kenny, and their three daughters —Kennedy (23), Taylor (13), and Kyndall (11).
“Kenny is a rock. He saw my vision and supported me throughout,” she says. “My kids have also been a big help to me. They oftentimes have come with me and help put out signs and conduct showings.”
She also remembers and honors the example of her mother, Dr. Linda Morable.
“Without my mother’s prayers, support, and guidance, I don’t believe I would be at this point,” she emphasizes. “I have so much to thank her for.”
In her free time, Tanika has a passion for travel, trying new foods, shopping and just enjoying some peace and quiet. Other favorites include games of putt-putt golf and enjoying her family.
When it comes to giving back, Tanika is very engaged, as well. In fact, she founded TDRCares, her non-profit that has supported other positive causes in the area, including the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center and the Ronald McDonald House. She also has a special place in her heart for helping single-parent households with their needs, in addition to providing grants for firsttime homeowners, as well as scholarships for high school seniors transitioning into college.
With diligence, compassion, and perseverance, Tanika invests herself completely in the needs of those around her … in turn, finding the way forward by taking a new path, directed by God’s vision for her life.

Each path ahead is different with a certain number of twists, turns, and hurdles ahead. Being able to negotiate those barriers and find a pace that suits you is key to getting to milestones along the way.
Tom Jung excels in that area. As a REALTOR® and Owner of DIY Realty, Tom makes a positive impact for those around him every day. And he’s just hitting his stride now.
“When I think about my favorite parts of what I do, there are two things that come to mind. First is all about the people. I enjoy meeting them and hearing their stories,” Tom says.
“Second is the challenge. There’s always a new challenge with a new ceiling and hurdle to overcome. It’s fun to

At first, Tom was on another path as he came of age. He earned his degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University. He had also done freelance web development work.
“Right out of college, I went to work for my uncle who was doing a startup in medical tourism, which involved traveling abroad for healthcare,” he says.
“I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit. That was a big interest for me. My uncle has always been successful, and he started this as a passion.”
As is often the case, Tom’s attention to real estate was brought by conversations he had with one of his friends.
“Shawn Buck is a good friend of mine who got into real estate, and he told me I needed to check it out. So, I went to a Keller Williams meeting and it sounded simple,” Tom says. “I got my real estate license in three months and then moved forward.”
As he began his journey, Tom assessed the best way for him to stand out, get started, and make his new-found career choice a success.
“I learned that 80 percent of people hire the first agent they talk with. I would drive to their
… a group that builds a house overseas for needy families.
“It means a lot to become part of that effort. There is a real need for housing … the houses are being built in Kenya,” Tom says. “For $800 we are able to build a house over there and shelter a family … just being able to do that is pretty amazing.”
Tom is also driven to help others with financial literacy and doing his part to boost financial education.
“If you look at marriages, or big stressors, the cause of it is probably around money. I have a big passion for financial literacy. Most agents don’t invest,” Tom says.
house to knock on their door. I left a card and got a call from the second house … I worked with Sean and said this is what I want to do,” Tom says. “From there I focused on real estate, and within a couple months, I was no longer doing web development.”
As Tom says, steps forward in life sometimes require strength and courage.
“You have to not be afraid of failing and absorb as much information as you can,” Tom says.
“I was out doing open houses every weekend. I started working with investors, learned a lot on the investing side and, after about a year of that, I turned my focus toward families buying and selling.”
Step-by-step, Tom has continued moving forward on behalf of his clients. In the process, he has recorded tremendous results. For example, in 2021 and 2022, he and his small team of four amassed 171 transactions, with a large portion of those resulting from their expertise in new homes.
Family holds a central part in Tom’s heart. He cherishes time with his wife, Olivia.
In his free time, Tom loves playing golf. He also has a passion for surfing and wakeboarding. Another favorite is traveling with Italy being his go-to destination.
When it comes to giving back, Tom supports an organization started by Bryson Swiggart … House for a Home
“We started an investment mastermind group. That’s something moving forward that is a big passion project of mine…to educate agents and they educate their clients. That’s an avenue I have to make a bigger impact on the community.”
As an extension of that effort, Tom helps the public in general through his weekly podcast that he produces with Jack from his team. It’s called Tom Talks Fort Worth … episodes look at local topics, with segments on money and real estate.
With a blend of thoughtfulness and generosity, Tom is a trusted resource and guide for those who count on him to get to the closing table and beyond.
The truth is that Tom may be helping many residents in the area reach the finish line … but he’s just hitting his stride.

Excellence and Education
Hillary Roberts is one who helps to continue that powerful dynamic each day.
Leading with Information
As a REALTOR® with Real Sense Real Estate, Hillary reaches rewarding results for herself and those around her. And she does it with a pure commitment to providing excellence and education.
That drive to instill knowledge in others is a natural extension of her prior career as a high school teacher.
“I really love having the opportunity to work with buyers who look to me for help finding the place that they will call home and where they will build their future and create memories. First-time homebuyers are my absolute passion. I think a big reason that I feel that way is because the first-time homebuyer experience is so similar to when I was teaching … helping them learn and make their path forward better,” Hillary says.
“My favorite thing is taking people out to see houses and seeing that

need to see 100 houses; it’s worth it if it provides that right, safe place for their family.”
Hillary’s interest in real estate got a very early and ambitious start. That’s because she bought her first home when she was just 21 years old.
“Since our first purchase, I have always been looking for another house. My husband and I have purchased five houses in 11 years. In fact, my husband thinks I have a bit of an addiction with houses,” she recalls with a smile.
“One of the last houses that we bought, one of my friends who was our agent said, ‘Why don’t you do this?’”
After some thought and reflection, Hillary went on to earn her real estate license in December 2018. It’s a
decision she would make again today without a doubt.
“It’s been a passion for me every day. Real estate is a career. But it’s more than that for me. It feels very natural, and it’s very exciting for me to be able to do on behalf of others each day,” she says.
Along the way, she has made a positive impact on those around her in more ways than one. In turn, she recorded 22 transactions representing $8.5 million in sales volume in 2022.
Family is at the heart of life for Hillary. She treasures time with her husband, Chad, and their four children — their son, Noah; and their three daughters, Kate, Ellie, and Hattie.
In her free time, Hillary enjoys gardening and baking. She also has a passion for supporting her
children in their sports and school activities.
When it comes to giving back to the community, Hillary is very engaged in her church — St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church in Dallas where she teaches Sunday School. Plus, she and Chad host a young married couples group.
When you talk with Hillary, it’s easy to see the qualities that make her a trusted guide and resource for her clients.
With her friendly approach, combined with genuine warmth and an accepting nature, Hillary makes a difference for those who come in contact with her.
“My goal is always to keep learning and growing so that I can be as knowledgeable as possible, so that I can do my best in educating my clients and helping them to achieve their real estate goals.”
MY GOAL IS ALWAYS TO KEEP LEARNING AND GROWING SO THAT I CAN BE AS KNOWLEDGEABLE AS POSSIBLE.
Billy Bob’s Texas
Our Fort Worth Real Producers first & only social event of 2023 was highly anticipated and went amazingly! With over 100 in attendance of the best real estate agents and most highly recommended businesses in Fort Worth at the one and only Billy Bob’s Texas, it was certainly an event to remember.
We have changed up our event structure a bit over the years as we have expanded across DFW. Although this was the only social style event specific to the Fort Worth RP Community this year, there will also be a Fort Worth Masterclass coming this September! That event will have education, along with the opportunity for networking, as well. We also have some events that are combined between the four Real Producers markets in DFW. A DFW Real Producers Masterclass is coming up June 16th along with the ESPE Awards this November. So, if you missed this event, there are still a few opportunities for you this year!
I would like to give a huge shout out to all of our RP Vetted Businesses and a special thank you to our event sponsors: Perry Homes, Tarrant Roofing, Titan Lending, and Shaddock Homes.
Thanks to each and every one of you for making Real Producers the most elite real estate community in DFW.

To be in the top 1-2% in your field takes a lot of grit, passion, hard work, trials, tribulations, and a strong “why” to keep pushing on. Real Producers is about sharing and honoring those stories and humanizing you and your peers to create a culture of honor and collaboration that propels us all to the next level.
A: Yes! Each year we have several events. Some are specific to each territory, and some are shared events for all four DFW Real Producers markets. We have several different types of events, such as magazine celebration events, partners-only events, social events, mastermind/ educational style events, and of course, the annual black-tie awards gala called The ESPE Awards. For these events, we invite the top 500 real estate agents and our RP-vetted businesses. Top 500 agents are allowed to invite members of their team, as well. These events are an incredible opportunity to connect with the best of the best in DFW real estate. It is amazing to see the power in the connections made at these events. Be on the lookout for your exclusive invites!
A: It’s really simple. You have to be on the top 500 list, and we take nominations seriously. You can nominate other real estate agents, businesses, brokers, owners, or even yourself! Office leaders can also nominate real estate agents. We will consider anyone brought to our attention who is in the top 500 because we don’t know everyone’s story, so we need your help to learn about them. We cannot guarantee a feature, but we encourage you to meet with one of our team members, support Real Producers and attend our private events to increase your chances.
You can email your nominations to jordan.espeseth@n2co.com.
Q: WHAT DOES IT COST A REAL ESTATE AGENT/TEAM TO BE FEATURED?
A: Zero, zilch, zippo, nada, nil. It costs nothing, my friends, so nominate away! We are not a pay-toplay model. We share real stories of Real Producers.
Q: WHO ARE THE RP-VETTED BUSINESSES?
A: They are one of the best businesses in DFW in their category, and you can find them listed in our index! We don’t just find these businesses off the street, nor do we work with all businesses that approach us. One of many of the top real estate agents has recommended every single business you see in this publication. We won’t even meet with a business that has not been vetted by one of you and “stamped for approval,” in a sense. Our team will further vet every business to make sure they are a good fit and bring value to our community. Our goal is to create a powerhouse network, not only for the best real estate agents in the area but for the best businesses, as well, so we can grow stronger together. When you meet one of them, be sure to thank them for their continued support and for investing in you and your growth.
Q: HOW CAN I RECOMMEND
A: If you know and want to recommend a business that works with top real estate agents, please email us to let us know at jordan.espeseth@n2co.com.
