As Tom says, steps forward in life sometimes require strength and courage.

“You have to not be afraid of failing and absorb as much information as you can,” Tom says.

“I was out doing open houses every weekend. I started working with investors, learned a lot on the investing side and, after about a year of that, I turned my focus toward families buying and selling.”

Step-by-step, Tom has continued moving forward on behalf of his clients. In the process, he has recorded tremendous results. For example, in 2021 and 2022, he and his small team of four amassed 171 transactions, with a large portion of those resulting from their expertise in new homes.

Wonderful Life

Family holds a central part in Tom’s heart. He cherishes time with his wife, Olivia.

In his free time, Tom loves playing golf. He also has a passion for surfing and wakeboarding. Another favorite is traveling with Italy being his go-to destination.

When it comes to giving back, Tom supports an organization started by Bryson Swiggart … House for a Home
