Want to fly in the very front row? Introducing the Altitude Pilot Pathway
The Altitude Pilot Pathway* based near Denver, Colorado is designed to prepare flight students and instructors to transition from flying training aircraft to heavy jets in as few as two and a half years. The Pathway pairs FAA Part 141 pilot training with customized courses and experiences to prepare you for pilot opportunities at Allegiant. “We are excited to partner with Spartan Education Group to create a proprietary pathway for cadets to train to become Allegiant pilots,” said Allegiant President Greg Anderson. “This partnership provides an important foundation that will allow us to introduce pilot candidates to the unique benefits of flying for Allegiant and support our plans for future growth.” McAir Aviation, owned by Spartan Education Group, LLC provides expertise in training that leverages modern learning practices, proprietary digital resources like the Altitude App, and advanced training content. To prepare for the responsibility of First Officer, Altitude incorporates facilitated leadership training using MaxKnowledge and Harvard ManageMentor. In order to immerse candidates in Allegiant’s unique culture and business model, the pathway affords cadets and CFIs the opportunity to interact with Allegiant executives and leaders. Spending casual time together can often create connections and provide real insights beyond routine recruitment activities.

Allegiant’s Loan Repayment Program can pay up to $50,000, direct to the lender, of student pilot training debt after three years of flying for Allegiant and meeting the airline’s performance standards.
