The General Services Department is requesting the Council to approve the contract for On Call Electrical Maintenance Services with Face N Sons, LLC, Contract Number ITB 2410, for a total not to exceed $250,000 and the option to renew for two oneyear terms. The contract is effective April 24, 2024, and expires April 24, 2025. The scope of services for contract ITB 2410 is for oncall electrical maintenance and installations.
23. The General Services Department requests the Council to approve an additional $50,000 in contract modifications to the professional services agreement with CHA Consulting, Inc., including an extension for an additional oneyear term. The contract was effective June 20, 2023, and expires September 25, 2024. The scope of the professional services agreement is for environmental consulting and permitting. Upon Council approval, staff will amend purchase order 2303298, increasing the amount to $125,250.
24. The Public Works Department is requesting the Council to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for PI 0016605 CR581/Bethsaida Road over Morning Creek Bridge Replacement with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). The proposed project will replace the current bridge carrying Bethsaida Road over Morning Creek. The project design, rights of way acquisition, and construction are managed and funded by GDOT. The City is participating financially in the Right of Way costs in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000).
