Why Settle For Poor Efficiency?
We understand that volume isn't for everyone. Instead, our smaller-scale rural communities feature only a handful of exclusive and energyefficient homes. Each blending contemporary construction methods with deluxe finishing touches and money saving features, including a brand-new kitchen and bathrooms, as well as a 10 year NHBC warranty.
That’s in addition to full insulation throughout and high-performance heating systems.
On average, buyers of a new-build home save over £2,000 on household bills annually, equivalent to £173 a month, and, for buyers of a new-build Mulgrave home, these savings are even higher, at £220 per month.
The Government has attempted to retrofit second-hand properties and improve energy efficiency, but older homes fail to reach the same standard as new. That's because Mulgrave homes are built using advanced technologies and to evolving regulations, achieving "green property performance", which includes installing thermal insulation, high-specification heating systems, energy efficient boilers, uPVC double-glazed windows and a 10-year NHBC warranty.
Mulgrave homes are also built to meet a minimum EPC rating of B, which can not only reduce gas guzzling utility bills, but unlocks unique mortgage lending opportunities, with lower rates and cash back reimbursements.
WHY RENT AT ALARMING COSTS, WHEN YOU COULD BUY FOR LESS?
Our new development rooted in the beautiful hamlet of Nosterfield offers a collection of just 5x detached 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties in the Hambleton district of North Yorkshire. But don't delay, there are only 3 homes left!

We will match your payment and provide the remaining 5%* - just one of the ways a brand-new Mulgrave home is better for your bank balance! *T&C's apply, contact us for more information. Set across 2 floors, the open plan kitchen, dining and family space features French doors leading to the rear garden, while a separate living space and WC complete the lower level.

The surrounding district was named after the Hambleton Hills, on the eastern edge of the borough and is subject to national habitat protection.

The Hambleton Hills can be viewed to the east and are visible from most parts of the Parish, including our White Horse View development.
If the beautiful Yorkshire Coast is calling, we also have a handful of homes coming soon to Burniston near Scarborough.
A WELCOMED RETURN TO SHIPTON BY BENINGBROUGH
Locals celebrated the commencement of our new development The Galtres, showcasing 10x 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes in Shipton by Beningbrough. Long-lived resident, Mr John Farbrother, expressed that the site was once a vital hub of activity, featuring a petrol station, small store and variety of workshops, which were patronised by locals and passing trade and created a whole host of job opportunities.
“Our children earnt pocket money to spend there,” he said. “As in the early days of the service station, the village school was located across the road [before it moved to the new building on Station Lane].
“This was an active part of the community and its closure some thirty-odd years ago began a period of optimistic speculation. What would happen next to the site and would it happen in time to save the Post Office or prevent the mass development of greenbelt surroundings?
“The years slipped on by and there were moments when I wondered if we would live long enough to see the next phase. But at last, we raise our glasses to toast the arrival of Mulgrave, confident that the houses built here will be a credit to the village.
"We look forward to welcoming more faces to our community and forgetting the years of dereliction.”
