多年來，動畫支援計劃（ AS P）資助了不少香港動畫師的製作，每年孵化不少優質香港動畫。 本節目精選共 9 部來自第十二 屆「 動畫支援計 劃」的獲獎本地原創動畫，包括以輕鬆奇幻手 法向已故香港鬼才黃霑致敬 的《 霑 騷》、以自身的法國留學體驗回應人在異鄉生活 的《 嗡嗡 嗡》、定格動畫《鏡》映照自身的焦躁不安、《我的第一個毛公仔》與觀眾一起重拾童真。其他 得獎作品亦以獨特的題材和熟練的技法，將香港動畫師和製作團隊的創意與實力呈現大銀 幕。
Over the years, the Animation Support Program (ASP) has funded many animation productions by Hong Kong creators, nurturing high-quality local animated shorts every year. Nine award-winning short films from the 12th edition of the ASP will be screened in this year's showcase, including The James Show , a lighthearted fantasical tribute to late musical genius James Wong; Buzzing Bees , inspired by the creator's experience studying abroad in France; Kagami , a stop-motion animation about inner restlessness and anxiety; and My First Doll , a whimsical piece adapted from the creator's childhood anecdotes. These diverse and skillfully crafted films reflect the beautiful creativity and talent of Hong Kong's animators.

Repurposing ideas he had for a canceled Lupin the Third film, Oshii collaborated with artist Yoshitaka Amano to create this groundbreaking and meditative film about dreams and faith. In a submerged city, a young girl cares for a large egg that she believes to be the egg of an angel. A boy with a huge gun alights from a peculiar chariot. He is in search of the bird he saw in his dream. In an abandoned city, it seems as if a faint sense of sympathy has developed between the two. Praised for its lyricism and poetic style, Oshii's pioneering film has been beloved and hugely influential in Japan's animation community.

So-ri, a high school student who is socially excluded at school after standing up for a bullied friend. Since then, she struggles with loneliness and self-doubt. Korean director Kim Yonghwan's first animated feature film won the Jury Award at the Bucheon International Animation Festival. The film is based on a popular Korean Webtoon, and features Lee Suhyun from the K-pop group AKMU as the voice of So-ri. Unfolds the story of a journey toward understanding and self-healing.

This imaginatively animated family portrait explores the contrasting upbringings between two half-brothers, one white and one Indigenous, in a humorous oral history. As creativity collides with new technological trends, what new visions can artificial intelligence (AI) bring to Hong Kong's animation? The Future Animation Program enables creators to produce AI-assisted animation and explores how new technology enhances potential in creativity. Six pieces of outstanding works from the 1 st and 2 nd editions of the Future Animation Program will be featured in the screening, including The 2 nd Block , a survival story of a young girl who wakes up to a desolated neighborhood; Takeaway , which explores Hong Kong culture and cuisine through cross-dimensional milk tea deliveries; Roboy , a wild adventure of a robot on a desert highway; and Nine Awaken , an existential reflection of an astronaut. After emerging in Japan's independent animation scene with a series of shorts during the COVID-19 pandemic, Ryuya Suzuki moved back home and spent 18 months creating his first feature film entirely by himself on his iPad. Against the backdrop of contemporary social issues such as elderly drivers, the dark side of the entertainment industry, the unknown deaths of young people, and war Suzuki's sprawling animated epic is a cradle-to-grave story of a protagonist who experiences his share of both triumphs and tragedies over his 100 years on earth.

由香港數碼娛樂協會主辦及香港特別行政區政 府「文創產業發展 處」贊助 的動畫支援計劃 Animation Support Program（ AS P）自 2012 年起推出至今共 十三屆，旨在發掘本地具潛質的新晉及小型動畫企業，為他們提供資金和 完善的配套計劃，包括技術培訓、人才配對服務及師友嚮導計劃等，鼓勵 他們製作更多原創動畫，以展示創意和技術能力，並提升本地動畫製作水 準。除了提供資金及人才培訓之外， AS P 亦會舉辦具針對性的商貿宣傳活 動，以及一連串的支援及推廣，協助參與計劃的動畫企業尋找合作夥伴及
The Animation Support Program (ASP) is organised by Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Association (HKDEA), under the sponsorship of Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency (CCIDA) of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Launched in 2012 and now in its thirteenth edition, the ASP aims to support local start-ups and small-sized companies in the animation sector with resources, training programmes, professional mentorships and talent matching services. The ASP encourages participating companies to produce more original animated works that can demonstrate their creativity and technical abilities, as well as enhance the overall quality of the local animation industry. In addition to providing funding support and training, the ASP also implements tailor-made activities through a variety of channels to connect participating companies with potential business partners and clients.
