Club Captain's Report

It’s that time again and what a year it has been.

Firstly, I would like to make welcome our new CEO Mr. Dale Hunt. This year there have been lots of winners & unfortunately some losers but it’s not all about winning that counts its learning to play the game and to be a good sport as there is many challenges along the way. So, congratulations to you all on all achievements in 2019.

At the end of July and beginning of August we played the Terry Jackson Shield was held in our champions area with 11 sub clubs taking part what a wonderful two days with making friends and mixing with everyone from other sub clubs, it was also great to see a sub club from northern beaches taking part and having a fantastic two days and already started training for 2020. We have some of our sub club members receiving life membership congratulations on your achievements as this is a fantastic honor.

Again, this year we have had some members pass on from our large family (as we call it) so our condolences to all their families. I would like to express a huge thankyou to our Sports Director Jenny McNevin Assistant Club Captain Lyn King and Sports committee. and the Board of Directors.

Also, Omega our sub club accountant for all her support and hard work throughout the year. Last but not lease to all the sub clubs’ members many thanks for all you support and friendship throughout the year it is much appreciated. Wishing every sub club, a great up and coming year.
