HELLO
Welcome to the latest issue of LifeStyle Wales, a monthly publication and online media space that celebrates the flavour and flair of life in Wales.
It’s officially festival season, so we take a look at the amazing range of boho inspired clothes by Rita Ora at Primark. We were able to piece together multiple outfits at a fraction of the price, which is perfect for hitting the muddy fields this summer.
Speaking festivals, we head on over to a town located in the heart of the Swansea valley to find out more about its annual event in August. The Pontardawe Festival hosts live music artists from a range of genres, including folk, jazz, rock and lots more. The event also includes a traditional street parade and food and craft market.
The summer sales are now in full swing, so we’re featuring some fantastic venues to grab a bargain for the home. The weather seems to be getting better and better each year for September and October, so why not grab a bargain in the sale to spruce up your garden - on the plus side, you’ve got a new look ready for next year too!
Within our home and garden section, the incredibly talented designers from Tap End Bathrooms share their thoughts on how to find inspiration for the ultimate bathroom, as their mantra is - ‘your home should be an extension of you’.
Still wondering what to do with the little ones this summer, then why not treat them to a wonderful day out with one of our advertisers within our family and holiday section. We pay a special visit to Techniquest, where visitors can reach new heights as they learn about gravity.
If you love pizza like we do, we have a LifeStyle Wales exclusive just for you, as we sit down and chat to Pizza Pilgrims owners, James and Thom Elliot, who are branching out for the first time to Wales with their insanely popular pizzerias - read our full interview with these pizza lovers starting on page 56.
Summer hasn’t ended yet, but Christmas will soon be around the corner. It’s never too early to plan ahead for the festive season, which is why we take a look at the Vale Resort’s December line-up, featuring a range of spectacular Christmas parties and celebrations that promise unforgettable experiences.
Finally, thank you to all of our advertisers and contributors for your input and support in making this edition the luxury read that it is, and to my dynamic team for all their hard work.
Best wishes,
Donna

If there was an Oscar Award for kitchen quality, design, installation, and customer service, Leanne and Rob Davies, the managing directors of Gower Coast Kitchens, would be standing on the podium thanking everyone whilst clutching their trophy with tears in their eyes.
GCK have won numerous awards for their superb, bespoke, and design-conscious kitchens. They are proud of their achievements, and one just simply has to read the highly-rated customer reviews to encapsulate GCK’s all-round high standards.
Ultimately, GCK specialises in interiors, collaborating with Welsh interior designers, as well as many national and international designer brands.
Established on the Gower Peninsular in 2018, kitchens are in both Leanne and Rob’s DNA. They have over thirty years of kitchen design and installation experience between them.
Leanne told LifeStyle Wales: “Our business is successful because we understand and really listen to our customer’s needs,
“In a world when it’s often difficult to interact with real people, we offer a personal, customer-focused, and caring experience. Rob is a talented craftsman and team leader, ensuring GCK beautiful bespoke designs are brought to life and finished to perfection.
“At GCK we continuously strive to combine quality materials with articulate skilled craftsmanship in a unique and personal way.
“We realise that designing and installing a new kitchen is an important project for anyone to undertake, which is why we believe that your furniture should bring you joy and inspiration - it should be an expression of you and your lifestyle, in function, practicality and style.
“We genuinely love what we do, and so devoting time and care to each project is really important to us.
“We will support you all the way from your initial consultation, through to the completion of your designed project, to ensure your absolute delight with your new Gower Coast Kitchen.
“Your journey with us begins when you book a design consultation with one of our knowledgeable and skilled designers.
“You can choose to visit us at our studio, or one of our showrooms, or we can visit you at home with a selection of sample materials and swatches.
“We can work from actual dimensions, or off-plan for a future project, partnering with you to design your perfect kitchen living space.
“Amazing design visuals and an exciting virtual reality showcase are then provided, enabling you to explore your new kitchen with your family and friends. You can literally step inside your dream kitchen and more clearly visualise how the new space will look and feel before it is made.
“When the final design is agreed, one of our surveyors will visit to check and advise on the finer details. Your new furniture is then ordered, manufactured, and hand finished here in the UK, with more bespoke pieces finished on site.
“Our installation teams are not only highly skilled, but they are courteous, helpful, and not to mention, very tidy when working in your home.”
So, if you’re looking to renovate your kitchen, why not give Leanne and Rob a call? Alternatively, visit one of their showrooms or book a consultation online.
Customers can now visit Gower Coast Kitchens at their stunning new showroom within Brisco Williams, located at Penllergaer, Swansea.

TAP INTO YOUR
POTENTIAL
The Tap End designers share their tips on how to make your bathroom more personal to truly enhance your home and in turn, your life!
From colourful cloakrooms to sleek bespoke master ensuites everyone’s brief and budget differs from client to client.
Everyone’s taste is different, and their bathrooms should reflect this, here is what Justine, Zoe, and Daniella have to say about some of their recently completed projects...
Director & Designer
“This project is amongst some of my favourite projects, the clients were a pleasure to work with and they really wanted to create a striking bathroom with a feature tub.
The focus was on the bath area, and of course the bath – behind the freestanding bath are two strips of bespoke gold mirror with cut outs for the designer wall lights.
This was paired with porcelain feature wall tiles, and a plain floor with black border detail.
The room was finished off with a dropped ceiling detail to mirror the border on the floor.”
Zoe Curtis Designer
“If a client comes to me with a request for dark and moody, I will always start by asking what the rest of the home is like.
Dark, rich tones are always a winner in my eyes, but only if the client loves this look and could live with it for years to come!
This project was super fun, and as well as the show stopping real Terrazzo around the basin area we opted for brushed brass accents and a bespoke vanity unit to further add interest.”
Daniella Fantini-Griffiths Designer
This home is a very elegant period property in Cardiff and the clients love art so I based this scheme on a piece of art that they said they wanted to use in this new bathroom.
The tile behind the vanity area is a décor tile but it is faded in pattern and muted in colour to better suit their personal style of understated glamour.
You can introduce pattern and colour in subtle ways, on the opposite side of this room we did a traditional double ended bath in a painted finish, but the main elements including the floor and painted walls were all neutral for longevity.”
Crime is often cited as a stand out reason for homeowners to move property, so it’s important that you get a door design that protects you from potential intruders. The Secured by Design (SBD) scheme has been put in place as an initiative to ‘design out crime’, responding to modern statistics and techniques to ensure cutting-edge protection.
Justin Maunder, Director of Vale Composite Doors, spoke to us about the benefits of the SBD scheme. Here’s what he had to say: “Our Secured by Design composite doors offer a standard of protection that ensures the property they are installed into are 75% less likely to be burgled, showing a reduction of 25% in criminal damage.”
“All of our doors are glazed with 4mm toughened safety glass, either double or triple glazed. This glazing design meets BSEN1279 standards for complete door protection.
“Our doors are renowned for their strength and security, our 48mm thick cross-bonded veneered laminated solid timber core delivers unrivalled strength and dimensional stability and is a natural choice for high security, providing our customers with peace of mind.
“Many composite doors on the market utilise a traditional ‘stile and rail’ internal subframe, which offers inferior performance when compared to the our solid LVL core. This is important to note when you’re looking for a new door for your home.
“We understand the importance of feeling safe in your home, which is why we only offer you the most secured designs that will not only protect, but compliment the aesthetic of your home too.
“Why not have a go at designing your own dream composite door using our exciting HomeView Door Designer? Simply upload an external photograph of the door you wish to replace and add your chosen design to the image. This is a great way to see what the finished product could look like.”
It’s always interesting working off architects plans when designing a new kitchen for a customer. With nothing in place, no building work started it is hard for them to visualise just how the new space will look and they certainly don’t know how the new room will work.
The architects draw up something on plan showing them the outside elevations, so they know what the building itself will look like but there’s usually nothing about how the inside will look so it can be really tricky to imagine how they will use the new space.
For this particular project the plans were very unusual, the architect had designed the spacious new extension to the back of this already large home with three apex roofs to complement the existing roofline.
With three sets of tall glazed doors and numerous Velux windows being installed in the new kitchen/dining room, we knew it was going to be a space flooded with light, but this wasn’t evident until the final break through at the back of the house.
Our kitchen plans are drawn to scale based on the archtiects drawings, showing all the features in the new room, the bi-fold doors, the Velux windows, ceiling heights etc. so it is much easier to imagine how the room will look well before the space is actually built.
So, by the time the clients could see for themselves just how the space would look, all the kitchen plans had been finalised, the kitchen layout confirmed, colours, materials chosen, and electrical and plumbing plans prepared ready for first fix prior to the installation of the kitchen itself.
Then it was just a case of waiting until the new floors had been laid and the walls painted so the new kitchen could be installed.
The clients chose a natural green tone for the island (Little Greene Paint Company Invisible Green) echoing the colours of the garden beyond, whilst a more muted neutral tone (Little Greene Paint Company Slaked Lime Dark)was chosen for the main run to enhance the airiness of the room.
Burnished brass handles match the patina of the brass tap, electrical sockets and lighting used throughout, also picking up the gold details in the quartz worktops that mimic a natural marble without the inherent staining issues. Three brass stork wall lights highlight the sink area that also features space for a curated display on the built in shelf.
The adjacent laundry room is fitted to match the kitchen, with space for washing machine, tumble drier and a cute belfast sink, the perfect laundry room.
When it comes to letting a property for the first time it can be quite daunting, as there are many things to consider.
Director of Capital Apartments, Jason Griffin, is no stranger when it comes to renting properties, as he has more than three decades worth of experience as a landlord.
His business located in the Welsh capital offers residential property management and luxury serviced accommodation, which is exclusive to Cardiff home owners.
Jason said: “As a landlord, here are just a few of the responsibilities that must be strictly adhered to - keeping your property safe and free from hazards; making sure all gas and electrical equipment is safely installed and maintained; provide an energy performance certificate; fit and test smoke and carbon dioxide alarms; make repairs; settle tenant disputes; follow strict fire safety regulations for properties that have been adapted into flats; pay income tax and class 2 national insurance - this is just the tip of the iceberg!
“If there’s a problem with your property that is in need of repair, and you fail to solve that problem, tenants can start a claim in the small claims court for repairs under £5,000. And in some circumstances, tenants can carry out the repairs themselves and deduct the cost from their rent.
“I’m not trying to deter anyone who’s thinking about going into the property sector, I’m just reiterating how important it is to have all the correct and relevant paper work in order, as well as maintaining your property to a high standard for others to live in.
“For those who have been landlords for many years, they will agree with me when I say how tasking it is keeping up to date with legislation changes, which is why my team and I offer property management.
“So why not, let us take the stress out of maintaining your property, as well as dealing with any tenant issues you may have? My team and I have many years experience in such matters and we offer very competitive rates.”
New and returning customers can take advantage of our fantastic introductory offer, where landlords get three months property management for FREE when signing up for a year with Capital Apartments.
That’s not all, as part of the package landlords will also receive three months plumbing cover (labor only - subject to inspection) for FREE, as well as a full check of your property to ensure compliance with Rent Smart Wales legislation.
So, if you’re a Cardiff landlord looking to enjoy the benefits of renting a property without the workload, why not give Jason and his team a call?

“Designed in the UK, Pergolas at George Street Furnishers boast unparalleled build quality.
“We use powder-coated aluminium for our pergolas, ensuring not only durability and longevity but also a sleek, lasting finish that stands the test of time.
“We’re so confident in its structural integrity that we offer a remarkable 10-year warranty when fitted by our team. Otherwise we offer 5 year warranty when fitted by the customer.
“The roof of these Pergolas are entirely waterproof, and incorporates a sophisticated drainage system to avoid water spillover.

Dogs boarding at Cardiff Dogs Home have been there for many, many months and they’ll stay there too, being well looked after and cared for, until the team can find them the right match with a suitable new owner.
There are several steps you can take if you are interested in re-homing a dog:
Chow Chow lady Belle is a mature girl, she is looking for an understanding home where she can flourish at her own pace.
Belle is a very worried soul at the moment, she can get skittish when approached and needs time to build bonds and adjust.
We have had lovely feedback from our fabulous volunteers about Belle when she is out and about on walks.
Belle will cuddle in for a cwtch if she is comfortable and she enjoys a little run.
Her head and tail raise with confidence!
We are looking forward to watching her development in her future home.
She could potentially live with other neutered pets based on introductions at the centre.
I would need my new owner to take me to training classes and who is home most of the time.
Belle will require a secure garden and responsible humans who will keep her safe.
1. Research breeds, age, and size to see what dog might best suit your lifestyle.
2. Decide on the dog that you are interested in re-homing.
3. Complete an Application form online.
If they think you are a good match, they’ll contact you to discuss more about your application. The team will then make two appointments for you to meet.
Larry is a wire haired Lurcher who is approximately 4-5 years old. Larry is such a handsome boy, he does lack confidence at the moment and could do with some help with learning how to be a proper canine.
Larry is progressing each day as best he can, his new humans will need to be patient with him and go with the flow.
Sadly he does not understand how to play with toys, Larry does however do the best zoomies, we support this and join in with him.
Larry is looking for a fun home, he would benefit from training classes to help build confidence and become desensitised to loud noises and fast paced things.
In time, with lots of TLC and adventures Larry will become the man he is meant to be!
I need a quiet home, I need an active home, I don't like to be left alone, and I need lots of exercise!
Larry could potentially live with children age 8+ who are of a calm nature, calm neutered dogs of similar size and resident felines.
If these introductions go well, they will re-home the dog with you permanently.
Visit the Cardiff Dogs Home website for more information about re-homing a dog. Below are three of the dogs in their care that are looking for a new home.

This beautiful boy is Bobby. He is approximately 8 years young. Poor Bobby arrived in our care as a stray, unfortunately he was never claimed by his previous owners.
Bobby doesn’t seem to care and has adjusted well to his new surroundings. Bobby is full of character, the more comfortable he is becoming the happier he is.
When Bobby first arrived, he was carrying a lot of excess weight and lacked confidence.
His confidence on walks has massively improved, Bobby likes to greet humans with a smiley face and waggling tail.
Bobby is looking for a home where the owners are there nearly all of the time.
He would probably enjoy an outdoor life, full of adventures. Bobby walks well on the lead, on times he can be strong if he catches a good sniff of something he likes..
Bobby would best be suited for an adult only home.
Bobby is a must for any Collie lover. He is intelligent, so handsome and wanting a home to call his own.

Pizza lovers of Cardiff, rejoice! Pizza Pilgrims is thrilled to announce the opening of their first pizzeria beyond the English borders in the vibrant city centre of Cardiff at 1-4 High Street this August.
Since 2012, Pizza Pilgrims have been renowned for their signature Neapolitan style pizza and quirky cult faves across London and beyond.
The key to their success is the 72-hour double-fermented pillowy dough, which makes the pizzas light, chewy and moreish. Variations on much loved classics and standout ‘authentically inauthentic’ options are the order of the day; including the Margherita Extra Extra, which is everything you want from a classic Margarita, but with added Piennolo tomatoes, a whole creamy burrata and fresh basil pesto; and the Carbonara pizza, which is topped with guanciale, Pecorino, egg yolk and finished with strands of al dente pasta, for a less traditional take on the iconic pasta dish.
The Cardiff pizzeria has been designed especially to transport guests to the Amalfi Coast for a summer holiday, even if just for a one-hour lunch. The interior will feature brightly coloured tiles, a bar reminiscent of a beachfront shop, a unique speedboat booth table and a fizzy water fountain – all centered around Pizza Pilgrims’ giant pizza oven to complete the Italian coastal impression. Outside, jumbo striped awnings will wrap around the corner opposite Cardiff Castle, creating a glorious terrazza for enjoying spritzes and pizzas in the sunshine. The new pizzeria has 90 covers inside and 48 outside, with space for bookings and walk-ins.
Founders James and Thom Elliot started Pizza Pilgrims in 2012 after a six-week ‘pizza pilgrimage’ across Italy in a three-wheeled Ape, searching for the finest pizzas and ingredients. They’ve been sharing their discoveries ever since, and this first pizzeria in a new country, Wales, is the next exciting chapter in their journey.
Pizza Pilgrims is built on the foundation of their pilgrimages through Italy and follows the simple Italian belief that the best ingredients make the best pizza. For this reason, all key ingredients are imported from Italy – from the best ’00’ flour Naples has to offer from the famous Caputo mill, to their tomato sauce made from only Italian San Marzano tomatoes and their fior di latte mozzarella from Napoli which they ship direct to the pizzeria every week.
Working with local partners is equally important to Pizza Pilgrims, who are proud to announce award-winning local brewery and fellow B Corp Tiny Rebel as their beer partner.
In 2023, James and Thom paid a second pilgrimage to Naples in an even more ridiculous pizza wagon – THE PIZZA VESPA! During the 10-day trip, they visited icons of the Neapolitan pizza scene, as well as suppliers and friends they have made over the last 10 years.
LifeStyle Wales recently caught up with the Pizza Pilgrims, James and Thom, to find out more. Here's what they had to say:
How does it feel branching out across the border into Wales?
We’re over the moon to be joining Cardiff’s thriving restaurant scene - the city has a fantastic Italian food heritage, and we can’t wait to bring a slice of Napoli to Cardiff. Our goal is to create a fun, welcoming pizzeria where people can enjoy great food and feel like they’re on holiday in Southern Italy.
During your first pilgrimage in 2012, what was the most important thing that you learnt about making pizza? We learnt so much it is hard to pin down one answer - we really knew NOTHING about making pizza whatsoever (case in point, our first logo which my wife designed was built around a rolling pin which is a HUGE no-no in Neapolitan pizza!).
I think the most important stuff we learnt was how to prepare the dough correctly (we were lucky enough to spend time learning directly from so of the true originals like Pizzeria Da Michele), and also the importance of the quality and simplicity of the ingredients for pizza. Particularly the flour, tomatoes and Fior di latte mozzarella.
James and Thom Elliot
Certain ingredients are sourced directly from Italy for a truly authentic taste, out of all the items shipped to the UK, which one is your ‘ride or die’ for the perfect pizza and why?
As per the above - the holy trinity of tomatoes, flour and mozzarella are essential for a great pizza. We still work with the same suppliers we did after our first pilgrimage - and many of them are great friends now as well as business partners. These ingredients are the key to making a great Margherita - which is the pizza on which you should really judge any pizzeria.
Apart from your own pizzas, during your pilgrimage, which Italian venue was your favourite?
Ahh there are too many to chose from - we could geek out for hours over this. When it comes to Napoli it is very hard for us to ignore Da Michele (the first pizza we ever ate in Napoli) for it amazing authentic Margherita. However over time there are so many greats. We love Sorbillo on Via Tribunale for an all round traditional pizza experience - or Vincenzo Capuano for a more contemporary pizza experience. And if you want to try really posh pizza - Pizzeria Salvo in town is amazing. And a drive out to the true temple of pizza, Pepe in Grani, it is a really sublime experience.
When you ventured back to Italy last year, what did the Italians think of your pizzas after having more than a decade to perfect them?
We were really happy that they were very complimentary! We have been lucky to work closely with so many Neapolitan pizza chefs and suppliers now - and we really feel we have talent and dedication in our business to match many of them pound for pound in a pizza fight! Not that we want a fight!
And, did you get chance to revisit your favourite venue from your original trip?
Yes we did. We actually had a truly surreal experience where, for the first time in their history, Da Michele let us host a Pizza Pilgrims pop up in their amazing pizzeria (which dates back to the 1800s!). The owner was even wearing a Pizza Pilgrims T Shirt! It is really a surreal thing for us having tasted our first ever pizza there - and now to be so accepted by them as pizza makers - we are so honoured.
What’s the most obvious differences between an Italian and British homemade pizza?
I mean - I think we are really striving to ensure there isn’t one! I think it is worth noting that pizza in Italia is different across the whole country. We would like to think that our Neapolitan pizza is very close to one you would enjoy in Napoli?
After obtaining all the skills on your journey - how would you rate your very first homemade pizza?
Let’s just say - it has been a journey. Pizza is one of those things that people think it very simple - but to do a brilliant pizza takes years and years of training. We are definitely still learning new things and ways to improve everyday - our mission is for our pizza to always get better every year (even if in tiny ways). Pizza making is a true art form - and we are lucky to have so many decades of experience in our team of pizzaioli to ensure we are always putting quality at the forefront!
I look back to some of the pizzas we make on the first market stall and they do make me wince a little - we've come a long way!
Over the past 12 years, which (if any) pizzas have remained on your original menu?
Ahh there are a few. Obviously the Margherita is a standard. But we have also always had Nduja on our menu (a spicy Calabrian sausage), as well as Mushroom and Truffle and Salsiccia e Friarialli (a Neapolitan classic with fennel sausage and broccoli). We try and keep the menu fresh and have a new guest special each month - but there is no doubt that the classics remain the classics to this day!
Your Neapolitan styled pizzas are ‘all about the crust’ are there any plans to make a special Welsh inspired crust dipper sauce?
We are always up for new ideas - and I think this is a great one. Any recommendations on who we could collaborate with? We are always looking to make sure our pizzerias are a part of the communities we open in - and that often involves working with local suppliers - for example we are working with Tiny Rebel for the opening in Cardiff. Love this idea though!
Many Italians live in Wales, especially in the capital, what do you think they will make of your pizzas?
We are really aware of the strong connection between Wales and Italy. As always we will be doing our best to make pizzas that everyone can be proud of - so I really hope that anyone will Italian heritage in Wales will come and try (and enjoy) our efforts. Certainly we have a LOT of Italian customers in our other pizzerias - so it is always nice to see us getting the Italian vote...
If people from all over Wales make a pilgrimage to try a pizza at your new venue in Cardiff, which out of all of your offerings must they try first?
Hmm. Big question. I think a pizza that has shot to become one of our most popular is the 'Double Pepperoni and Spicy Honey' which we first put on our menu about 5 years back. It’s definitely a customer favourite - alongside the Carbonara pizza.
Like most children growing up during the late eighties and early nineties, their first introduction to pizza was by watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - who is your favourite ninja turtle and why is it Leonardo?
Leading the witness much! I think Leonardo is not worthy to be a fan favourite if I’m being honest - he just seems way too uptight. I think Raphael is the Turtle you’d want to take out for a pizza... We actually have a figure of Raphael greeting you above the door when you come into Cardiff’s Pizza Pilgrims!
Settle this myth: Is there a correct way to eat a pizza - do you simply use your hands, or chop it up eloquently with a knife and fork?
This is an interesting question. We actually did a feature in our Pizza book where we hired a body language specialist to investigate this and understand ‘how you eat a pizza’ says about you'. Most Italians will say knife and fork is the only way to go - but many people in the UK frown on that and say the only way is to use your hands.
We are going to go with the Italians on this - the best way to eat a Neapolitan pizza is with a knife and fork.
Finally, what’s your favourite pizza joke?
Ha! I still love: ‘Why does the mushroom always get invited to Pizza Parties? Because he is such a fungi!’ It’s pretty cringe but you gotta love it...

These croutons are a real winner and make the best of both our Pure Sea Salt Smoked over Oak and our favourite intensely fruity extra virgin olive oil. The croutons are a great way of using up stale bread and the green yoghurt dressing makes great use of any sad looking herbs you may have that need using up.
Serve with Pembrokeshire Earlies, soft boiled eggs and any green veg – green beans, broccoli or asparagus spears will all work deliciously. Beautiful with leftover roast chicken or smoked fish.
Serves 4 - 6
Ingredients
For the croutons
• 200g sourdough bread
• 1 tbsp Halen Môn Pure Sea Salt Smoked over Oak
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
For the green dressing
• 250g Greek yogurt
• 1 small garlic clove, peeled (optional)
• 1 large bunch soft herbs, parsley/dill/mint/or a mixture
• ½ lemon, juice and zest
• 1 tsp Halen Môn Pure Sea Salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
For the salad – choose your adventure here!
• 2 baby gem lettuce or any other salad leaves
• ½ cucumber
• 500g new potatoes, boiled
• 200g purple sprouting broccoli, green beans or asparagus, briefly blanched and cooled
• 4 eggs, soft boiled, peeled and halved
• extra soft herbs to serve
Method
1. Heat the oven to 220C/gas 7. Slice the bread into generous 2cm squares, lay on a baking dish in one single layer and sprinkle over the smoked salt and drizzle over the oil. Shake the tray to combine. Bake in the oven for 8- 10 minutes until golden and crunchy, the time this will take will depend on how fresh/ stale your bread is. Leave to cool.
2. To make the green yogurt dressing, combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Decant into a jar and refrigerate for an hour to thicken slightly before serving. You can keep this dressing in the jar for a further 2 days if you have any leftovers.
3. Dress washed salad leaves with extra virgin olive oil, add sliced cucumbers, cooked and cooled broccoli / beans/ asparagus. Add the croutons, soft boiled eggs and spoon over the yogurt dressing. Sprinkle over extra herbs to garnish.
