Shadowlands is William Nicholson’s stunning drama.

Starring Stephen Boxer (Humans, The Iron Lady, Doctors) as C.S. Lewis, Amanda Ryan (The Forsyte Saga) and Dennis Lill (Only Fools and Horses and The Royal) this West End and Broadway hit is the love story of C.S. Lewis – Oxford don and author of The Chronicles of Narnia and The Screwtape Letters – and American poet Joy Davidman. Following on from its original incarnation as a TV drama then subsequent stage adaptation and eventually a film starring Anthony Hopkins, the play has won multiple awards as well as the film adaptation picking up BAFTA and US awards. EVITA (community theatre) Wednesday 26th - Saturday 30th July An Amateur Youth Group Production. Lyrics by Tim Rice, Music by Andrew Lloyd Webber. Originally directed by Harold Prince. Suffolk Young People’s Theatre are thrilled to performing Evita for their 2016 Production. Evita charts the story of Eva Peron wife of former Argentine dictator Juan Peron, from her humble beginnings through to the wealth, power and iconic status that led her to be heralded as the “spiritual leader of the nation”.
