Today, we face a tough challenge as Seaford Town FC come to visit. Their form this season has been impressive, and they are undoubtedly a side with big ambitions. Their strength and momentum make this a very difficult game, but it’s exactly these kinds of matches that every player should be excited to be a part of.
As we continue to progress, our team is growing more and more familiar with the systems we’ve worked hard to develop. We now have a clear understanding of how to exploit the opposition, and I’m confident that we are starting to unlock the full potential of this squad
We are at a critical point in the season, and while today could be our day or not, my belief in this team remains unwavering There’s no doubt in my mind that this group has what it takes to maintain our place in this division.
For the players, this is an opportunity to step up and show everyone what they’re capable of. I trust they’ll give everything on the pitch and leave it all out there for the fans and the club.
Let’s give it our all, together as one.
Come on, Villa!

Seaford Town FC joined the Sussex County League Division Two in 1952 and won promotion in 1963-64. After several seasons in the top division, they were relegated in 1971. The club left the County League in 1978 but returned in 1983, winning Division Three in 1985/86 and the Division Two title in 1988-89. A second relegation in 1990-91 saw them drop to intermediate football until 1993. Seaford left the County League in 1997 and spent two years in the East Sussex League before returning to Division Three. The club merged with Seaford Seagulls Youth FC in 1999 and reverted to Seaford Town in 2005.
Promotion to Division Two came in 2000-01, and the club experienced stability in the following years, with top-eight finishes. In 2015, Seaford Town FC merged with Seaford WASPS Junior FC, creating a strong community identity. The club has since focused on both on-field and off-field improvements, including refurbishing the clubhouse and pitch-side barriers. With a strong senior squad, youth teams, and inclusive sections, Seaford Town continues to grow with the support of the local community and sponsors. The future looks promising.
