Both gave assurance that there '\votIld be no objection to such a move and the Supreme Arch Chapter of Scotland agreed to entertain applications to be formed in North Carolina for Dispensations and purpose of founding a Grand Council of Allied ~J to control these and other detadled Masonic Degrees not or conferred in the United States. _
