Doe a deer, and her twins

The beauty of nature in our local countryside never ceases to amaze, and moments like this might go unseen but for the dedication and skill of people like renowned wildlife photographer Dr. Jochen Langbein who captured this iconic Exmoor scene for our photo of the month.

“It was lovely to see this special moment with a Roe doe and her twins, amongst the stunning August purple, pink, yellow and green colours of Exmoor’s flowering heathers and western gorse moorland,” Jochen told Molton Monthly Magazine.
