About Us
Trinity Senior Services is the management company that oversees Milwaukee Catholic Home, Trinity Woods, Clare Gardens and The Catholic Ecology Center, Our Lady of the Angels Convent, Queen of Peace Friary and Trinity Senior Services Care Partner Program. Its impact is intergenerational, from the more than 800 older adults living in its communities, to its 500-plus employees, to the nearly 200 children who attend daycare programs located at Milwaukee Catholic Home and Trinity Woods. Trinity Senior Services launched in 2024 to advance our mission of empowering people to live an engaged life full of meaning and purpose.
Our Mission
Our shared spirt of community calls us to serve with excellence.
Our Logo
This logo was carefully designed by a local artist for Trinity Senior Services, and the arms of the company it supports. The combination of colors comes from the two old logos of our flagship communities, Milwaukee Catholic Home and Trinity Woods. By combining the colors of the two old logos, we are symbolizing the two coming together as one. The leaves are a representation of our mission to serve others, inspired and driven by our five components of wellness represented every day in the exceptional care we provide, and our A Life Engaged® programming. The hand represents how this mission is embraced by our customers, staff, friends, and families as we are all "Better Together."

A letter from the CEO...
Dear Friends and Supporters, Building on a century-long tradition of fostering community and exceptional care for older adults, 2024 marked a transformative year as Milwaukee Catholic Home embraced a new identity: Trinity Senior Services. While our roots run deep in providing an outstanding senior living experience, this transition signals something more— an opportunity to expand the reach of our mission during a time when the need for compassionate, innovative care has never been greater. Every day, I am reminded that the impact of Trinity Senior Services is truly intergenerational. We serve more than 800 older adults across our communities, employ over 500 dedicated team members, and welcome nearly 200 children into our daycare programs at Milwaukee Catholic Home and Trinity Woods. These connections create a vibrant tapestry of shared
experiences and mutual care, bringing people of all ages together in ways that enrich lives.
Can you imagine what the visionary women of the Marquette Women’s League, who founded Milwaukee Catholic Home in 1913, would think if they could see us today? I believe they would be thrilled to see their dream of a compassionate, supportive community not only enduring but thriving—carried forward by generations of residents, team members, and supporters like you.
This 2024 Community Impact Report tells the story of how we continue to honor their legacy. Whether you are a resident, a loved one, a team member, or one of our valued partners, you’ll see in these pages that our mission goes beyond supporting older adults. It extends to community outreach programs, fostering intergenerational connections, championing
environmental stewardship, and providing enriching learning experiences—all while staying rooted in our core purpose: helping older adults lead meaningful lives. Your trust, passion, and belief in the value of our work make all of this possible, and for that, we are deeply grateful.
As you explore the stories of our successes and the lives we’ve touched, I invite you to become part of our mission. If our programs, projects, or partnerships resonate with you, please connect with us. Together, we can shape a brighter future and ensure that the spirit of Trinity Senior Services thrives for generations to come.
Thank you for being a vital part of our mission. Your continued support means the world to us—and to those we serve.
With gratitude,
David Fulcher CEO, Trinity Senior Services
An Update from our Management Company and Properties
Trinity Senior Services: 2024 Year in Review
2024 was the year we officially rolled out Trinity Senior Services. As a management company we focused on our four strategic goals: efficient and effective services, customer experience on all our campuses, workforce engagement, and growth. Here are a few key highlights for Trinity Senior Services Management Company:
• Launch of Management Company: Officially launched Trinity Senior Services Management Company in June at our largest Annual Partnership Event, held at Summerfest. We celebrated with staff, sponsors, board members, and residents, showcasing the power of “Better Together.”
• Awarded Dementia Specific Recognition: LeadingAge WI awarded us a grant to support the education of our caregivers by hosting specialized dementia
training sessions across all campuses, with over 170 employees participating.
• Workforce Engagement Initiatives: Rolled out leadership training and mentorship programs to enhance employee growth and collaboration.

2024 Community Impact Report
Charitable Care
Our philosophy of service, which focuses on whole-person wellness, ensures our residents have a variety of opportunities for engagement which support all aspects of one’s being. We believe that an engaged life is a full life, and that the more aspects of your life that you engage, the happier and healthier you age.
In addition to benevolent assistance, our communities are proud to participate in the Medicaid program, accepting reimbursement rates far below the actual costs of care, for enrolled residents living in skilled nursing. In 2024, at Milwaukee Catholic Home, we provided 16,870 Medicaid bed days, or, on average, 46 people a day.
Community Outreach
Partnerships with Learning Institutions in Southeastern Wisconsin
Our organization was proud to partner with the following learning institutions in 2024 in the areas of RN and CNA Clinical Practicums, Social Work, Art and Recreational Therapy, Health Care Administration, and Dietetics:
• Alverno College - Nursing clinicals were held throughout 2024.
• St. Augustine Preparatory Academy - The Clinical and Human Resources teams at Trinity Senior Services conducted Health Care career introduction sessions for St. Augustine Preparatory Academy in 2024. St. Augustine students also assisted the A Life Engaged™ team at Milwaukee Catholic Home for special events throughout the year.
• Cristo Rey Work Study Program - Part of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School’s academic
program involves having students learn about different jobs in the community and gain valuable onthe-job experience. All students work and learn skills that will serve them well in college and future careers while dedicating one day every academic week to working for businesses through greater Milwaukee. At Milwaukee Catholic

Home, Trinity Woods, and Our Lady of the Angels Convent, Cristo Rey students helped with many crucial tasks, including in A Life Engaged™, Mission Advancement, and Pastoral Care departments in 2024.
• Divine Savior Holy Angels High School - Students held their annual retreat at Milwaukee Catholic Home in fall 2024. Together with our residents, this intergenerational celebration embraced the beauty of the fall season with festive and meaningful activities. Students also served at Milwaukee Catholic Home as part of their annual “Vocare” program. This service immersion experience, which is the capstone of a student’s four years of study, allows a senior to serve for two weeks in the Greater Milwaukee community.
• Herzing University - LPN clinicals were held throughout 2024.
• Marquette University - In 2024, Marquette University collaborated with Milwaukee Catholic Home for several initiatives, including physical

therapy practicums and wellness initiatives in Exercise Science. The Marquette University Communications Department hopes to work with Milwaukee Catholic Home on wellness initiatives and communications efforts in the future.
• Marquette University High School - In 2024, students served at Milwaukee Catholic Home as part of their annual “Senior Shared Life” project. This service immersion experience, which is the capstone of a student’s four years of study, allows a senior to serve for two weeks in the Greater Milwaukee community.
• Milwaukee Area Technical College - Milwaukee Area Technical College, Milwaukee and Mequon campuses, held their Nursing clinical for CNAs throughout 2024.
• Milwaukee Public SchoolsIn 2024, Milwaukee Catholic Home welcomed eight students during the spring semester, six students during the summer, and six students during the fall semester as part of the School-
to-Work Transition program (STWTP). With a history of more than thirty years in Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS), the STWTP provides a continuum of transition services to MPS students to develop their skills and help them achieve their highest level of independence. By providing social and vocational opportunities in a real-world setting, STWTP focuses on abilities and on promoting and supporting the highest capacities of MPS students in their personal and professional development.
• Mount Mary UniversityNursing clinicals took place in fall 2024 as well as Dietetic internships and Dietetic integrated learning classes in both the spring and fall semesters.
• The University of WisconsinMilwaukee - Two nursing clinicals took place in fall 2024.
Book Buddies
“Book Buddies,” is an impactful intergenerational program pairing Milwaukee Catholic Home residents
with first grade students at Maryland Montessori School to support literacy development. Once a week, the children walk across the street with their book and spend 30 minutes reading to their “buddy”.
A similar program, “Book Nook” takes place at Trinity Woods, where resident volunteers come together every other Thursday to read to the children at the Wauwatosa Daycare, which is onsite at Trinity Woods. The children, from ages two to four, are paired up with one of our volunteers to read for half an hour.
Both “Book Buddies” and “Book Nook” are just one of the many ways that intergenerational relationships thrive across our organization.
The CNA Nurse Aide Training Program
First established in 2022, the CNA Nurse Aide Training Program is letting people start their healthcare career now! This 85-hour course over five weeks includes 45 hours of online, self-paced learning and 40 hours of in-person skills lab and hands-on training. Scholarships which pay for the Nurse Aide Training Program are available to students who wish to work at one of our communities for a minimum of one year.
Sixteen classes took place in 2024. Of the 72 students who graduated from the program, 15 of them were already Trinity Senior Services' employees, who took advantage of the free professional development offered to them, and another 44 students stayed and started working for one of the Trinity Senior Services managed locations.
After a successful 2024, the future

of health care certainly looks bright in the years to come; 70 people have already applied and have been approved to take these courses at Trinity Senior Services in 2025!
Nurses Affecting Change
Thirteen years ago, Bonnie Anderson, a nurse at Milwaukee Catholic Home, helped create Nurses Affecting Change. The group travels around the greater Milwaukee area, providing free breast exams to women.
Community members can ask Nurses Affecting Change to host
pop-up breast examination clinics. In 2024, 71 sites were visited, including churches, women’s homeless shelter clinics, and housing authority apartment complexes. Of the 1,916 clinical breast exams performed, 4 women and 1 man were diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer, while 2 women were diagnosed with late-stage breast cancer. Nurses Affecting Change continues to make an impact and save lives throughout our community.
Lenten Almsgiving
Almsgiving is the act of donating money or goods to the poor or performing other acts of charity. Giving alms is essential to fostering a deep spiritual life because it allows us to step outside of ourselves and focus on the needs of others.
During Lent 2024, residents of Milwaukee Catholic Home raised $2,500 to benefit The Marquette University Center for Peacemaking, which facilitates both direct and indirect assistance to international refugees. The Lenten collection helped support The Bud Frankel Memorial Fellows

Program, various faculty research grants, and a student immersion trip to El Salvador.
Capuchin Community Services’ Holiday Food Program
The annual Capuchin Community Services Holiday Food Box Program provides central city families in need with food baskets that contain all the fixings for a festive meal during both the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. While the initial goal of our residents and staff was to fill and donate 50 food boxes. In the end, 100 boxes were filled by Trinity Senior Services residents, staff, and friends and returned to the Capuchins for distribution in addition to the $1,000 cash that was collected.
Ladies of Charity Winter Clothing Drive
The Milwaukee Ladies of Charity is a group of 120 women volunteers who work to clothe children in need in our city. In 2024, our Pastoral Care Team hosted two unique drives to call special attention to this local organization and the great work they do. While a “Mitten Tree” was on display at Milwaukee Catholic Home’s The Residence at 2462, a “Stuff the Chimney”
fundraiser took place at The Health and Rehabilitation Center. These festive appeals filled five large boxes with hats, mittens, gloves, and winter coats.
Annual Retreat
“Let Go and Let God” took place over two days in September 2024. Led by award-winning published author and regular contributor to Catholic media Fr. James Kubicki, SJ, the 60 retreat participants were reminded that life means change, and that from beginning to end, our lives are a series of changes that challenge us to surrender to God’s will peacefully and with faith, hope, and love.
In the Health and Rehabilitation Center, on the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, Fr. Jim Kubicki helped lead a rosary-focused mini retreat. Residents started with Rosary, followed by a talk by Fr. Jim called “Rosary: Power in Your Hands.” Fr. Jim discussed the history of the Rosary and the power of prayer even among those who have limited physical abilities as they age. The talk was followed by reconciliation and Mass.
Sunday Spirit Series
In 2024, the Sunday Spirit Series encouraged residents and members of the greater community to explore the sacredness of God’s creation through the theme “Sacred Places, Sacred Spaces.” Events in this year’s series, which were held at Milwaukee Catholic Home, Trinity Woods, and The Catholic Ecology Center, included “Reflections on a Holy Land Pilgrimage,” “New World Odyssey—Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church,” and “Finding God in Creation.”
Residents Support The Cathedral Center
Located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee, The Cathedral Center serves unaccompanied women and families with children experiencing homelessness. This shelter provides them with a safe environment for our community’s most insecure to heal and receive services they require to set and achieve goals.
In July 2024, residents of Milwaukee Catholic Home made nearly 300 sandwiches for The Cathedral Center as part of their

“Faith in our Lives” program. All who participated where honored and humbled to support such a meaningful cause.
Residents Support Christ Child Society of Milwaukee
In 2024, the Milwaukee Catholic Home Knitting Group, which meets every week, knit baby blankets and hats for Christ Child Society of Milwaukee. Serving children in the southeastern Wisconsin area since 1948, Christ Child Society of Milwaukee focuses on clothing the newborn and providing additional services to children in need.

For over 110 years, the foundation of Milwaukee Catholic Home has been rooted in benevolence. Our generous donors continue this tradition by being part of the spirit of giving that has made this community such a wonderful place in which to live.
We acknowledge the kindness of benefactors and recognize our lifetime donors who have contributed over $10,000 to our mission throughout their giving history.
Indicates a donor who is deceased at the time of publication.
