Trinity Senior Services builds on the century-long legacy of Milwaukee Catholic Home and is dedicated to providing an exceptional senior living experience. Known for its vibrant communities like Milwaukee Catholic Home on Milwaukee’s East Side and Trinity Woods on Mount Mary’s campus in Wauwatosa, Trinity Senior Services launched in 2024 as a management company. It unites several locations, including Clare Gardens in partnership with the Catholic Ecology Center, Our Lady of the Angels Convent, and Queen of Peace Friary, expanding its mission to empower seniors and people of all ages to lead engaged, purposeful lives.

Whether you’re a seasoned taster or just here for the sweet and sippable vibes, the Summer Tasting Series is your ticket to relaxing, exploring, and enjoying the best of the season. No cost.

• Aug. 12: 2:00 PM | Ice Cream Indulgence – Beat the heat with smallbatch ice creams in both classic and adventurous flavors. Enjoy creamy scoops and perfectly paired tasting flights that bring out the best in every lick and bite.

• Sept. 9: 2:00 PM | Cider Showcase – Explore a curated collection of apple and hard ciders, from bright and bubbly to dry and complex. Whether you’re a fan of traditional orchard flavors or modern twists with botanicals and berries, you’ll find your perfect pour.

July 21: A Night with Neal Bardele | 6:30 PM | T Trinity Woods

We’re delighted to welcome back Neal Bardele and Friends for another unforgettable performance! A resident favorite, Neal returns with his talented ensemble to present a lively mix of music and vocals spanning the decades. From timeless classics to contemporary favorites, there’s something for everyone in this engaging and entertaining program. Don’t miss this crowd-pleasing musical journey through the eras!

Get ready for an afternoon of highenergy music and impressive talent as we welcome the Golden Eagle Band! We’re bringing all the fun of the fair right to our backyard! Join us for Fair Foods and Games starting at 1:30 PM, then enjoy an up-close visit with farm animals at 2:30 PM. It’s

Aug. 13: Milwaukee Brewers Game | 11:00 AM | T Trinity Woods

Join us for a fun-filled day of baseball as we head to the stadium to cheer on the Milwaukee Brewers as they take on the Pitsburg Pirates! We’ll kick things off with a tailgatestyle lunch at Trinity Woods before departing at 11:30 AM. Tickets are $45 per person and include field level seating in Section 111 and tailgate lunch at Trinity Woods. Don’t miss this classic summer outing—space is limited, so sign up soon!

Aug. 14: Milwaukee Art Museum | 10:00 AM | T Trinity Woods

We’ll explore the stunning exhibits at the Milwaukee Art Museum with a docent-led tour (one hour), time to explore on our own, followed by a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. A perfect blend of culture and cuisine— don’t miss it! Cost: $20.

River Expeditions

brought to you by the Catholic Ecology Center

This guided canoe trip will take you from the CEC up and down the winding Rubicon River past wetlands, sand-bars, and amazing forests. Bring a bagged lunch to enjoy on the shores of the river during our expedition. The program runs from 10:30 am-2:30 pm. Canoes, paddles, life jackets and dry bags included. Life jackets will be worn by all on the entire journey. See event online for pricing.

The Rev. Paul D. Erickson was first elected in June 2016 and was re-elected May 20, 2023, to a sixyear term as bishop of the Greater Milwaukee Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Bishop Erickson has spent much of his ministry working in cross-cultural settings and has traveled extensively to visit global companions in Guatemala, El Salvador, and Tanzania. He feels called to lead the church as it explores ways to move forward with curiosity, courage, compassion, and collaboration. Join us for an inspiring, informative and insightful presentation.

Join us for a ride through Milwaukee’s iconic history with a visit to the Harley-Davidson Museum! We’ll explore the exhibits that showcase over a century of innovation, freedom, and American spirit. After the tour, we’ll enjoy lunch at the MOTOR Bar & Restaurant, known for its bold flavors and Harley-inspired atmosphere. Cost: $21 for museum admission

Join us for an exceptional musical performance featuring Daniel Beliavsky. Daniel is a distinguished concert pianist, composer, music theorist, filmmaker, and educator whose performances captivate audiences with their expressive depth and technical prowess. A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he began his musical journey at age five and made his professional debut at fifteen. Beliavsky’s repertoire spans the classical canon as well as contemporary works. Whether performing the grandeur of Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition or the lyrical subtleties of Schubert and Chopin, Daniel brings a unique blend of scholarly insight and passionate artistry to every performance.

Sept. 17: The Troubadours of Rhythm | 7:00 PM | M Milwaukee Catholic Home

Join us for a roaring 20’s party as Jon Mroz and his bull fiddle present Milwaukee’s finest early jazz, blues & hokum musicians for an entertaining and spirited evening of music and fun! Embrace the Speakeasy vibe

as you enjoy your favorite beverage and listen to the fabulous sounds of The Troubadours of Rhythm! The bar opens at 6:30 PM.

Sept. 25-26: Fall Retreat with Fr. Doug Leonhardt, S.J. “Finding God in Our Later Years” | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM | M Milwaukee Catholic Home Together, we’ll examine how aging can be a sacred season of rediscovery, where God’s presence becomes clearer through memory, gratitude, and surrender. We’ll discuss the unique challenges and blessings that come with this stage of life, and how spiritual practices, community, and personal reflection can bring renewed meaning, peace, and connection with the Divine. Each day will culminate with Rosary at 3:30PM and Mass at 4PM.

Fr. Doug Leonhardt, S.J. grew up in Milwaukee and graduated from Marquette High in 1956. He entered

the Jesuits right after high school and was ordained in 1969. He has held administrative positions at Marquette High, Marquette University, and in the Society of Jesus. He was also Pastor of Gesu Church in Milwaukee and the Jesuit Superior of the Jesuits in Assisted Living at St. Camillus. For the past five years he has worked part-time in Adult Faith Formation at Marquette High with staff, faculty, and alumni, as well as leading retreats and being the spiritual director for priests, seminarians, and laypersons.

Summer Beer Garden Tour

Embark on a delightful journey through Milwaukee’s finest beer gardens this summer! Join us as we visit three of the most popular Beer Garden spots in the city. These locations offer a perfect blend of scenic views, refreshing brews, and delectable bites. Not a beer drinker? Not a problem! Wine, soda and other beverages are available. All tours will depart MCH at 1:00 PM returning at approximately 3:00 PM. You are also welcome to meet us there! All three gardens are accessible for wheelchairs and walkers. Beverages and food are self-pay.

July 11: Estabrook Beer Garden | The Original American Beer Garden

The vibe is a relaxed family-friendly atmosphere in a riverside setting with a nod to Munich traditions. Enjoy Imported Hofbräuhaus Munich beers served in traditional dimpled glass mugs and a rotating selection of Wisconsin craft beers, hard ciders, and seltzers. The fare is authentically simple yet satisfying as they offer bratwurst, hot dogs, and giant soft pretzels.

Aug. 8: Hubbard Park Beer Garden | Shorewood’s Riverside Retreat

The vibe is a cozy, wooded hideaway with European charm serving up a mix of German classics and local Wisconsin brews. Traditional Beer Garden fare of Usinger’s sausages, giant pretzels, and chicken apple sausages are on the menu. Nestled amongst the trees alongside the Milwaukee River, this is Milwaukee’s most intimate and charming beer garden!

Sept. 12: Roundhouse Beer Garden | Lakeside Leisure at McKinley Marina

The vibe is Lakeside relaxation with a nautical flair and scenic views of Lake Michigan and the Milwaukee skyline. Operated by The Bartolotta Restaurant Group, supporting Milwaukee County parks, this setting will transport you to the East Coast! The menu features Bavarian Beast pretzels and walking lobster rolls.
