oday, Ukraine is going through challenging times, and the question of mental health has become especially vital. At home, at work, and in society at large, we all long for warmth, support, and understanding. In our Expert column, we speak with Natalia Hutarova — Director of the Samariv Dental Clinic, deputy of the district council, and a woman who believes deeply in the power of humanity.
— Ms. Natalia, how do you define mental health within the family?
— Family is the very first space where we either gain strength or lose it. Mental health at home begins with love and simple daily words of encouragement. Even when the world outside feels uncertain, the home should echo with: “I’m with you,” “I believe in you.” It is crucial that children see their parents coping with emotions, not withdrawing into silence but sharing their feelings. This creates an atmosphere of trust that heals more effectively than any medicine.
— And how can we preserve mental resilience in the workplace?
— I have led a team of medical professionals for over twenty years, and I know that the true strength of a team lies in mutual respect. People have the right to feel tired, to shed tears, to show vulnerability. My role as a leader is not only to demand results but also to create space for exhaling, for conversation, for validating emotions.
NATALIA HUTAROVA:
“MENTAL HEALTH IS A SPACE OF LOVE AND TRUST”
At our clinic, we always strive to nurture an atmosphere that holds space both for professionalism and for humanity.
— Ukrainian society now lives under constant stress. What, in your view, are the ways to safeguard mental health on a community scale?
— First of all, we must not lose our ability to empathize. We are all different: some have lost their homes, others a loved one, still others are forced to start over from scratch. When, instead of judgment, we extend a shoulder of support, society grows stronger. Second, through joint initiatives. Even the smallest acts of kindness, done together, foster a sense of unity. And of course, cultural and educational activities are vital — they allow people to recharge and draw fresh energy.
— What personally helps you remain a strong woman in these difficult times?
— My foundation is my family and my faith in people. Every day I remind myself: “If I can help at least one person today, then the day has not been lived in vain.” I draw inspiration from my work, my team, and the patients who place their trust in us. I also treasure heartfelt conversations with loved ones and time spent in nature. It is important not to forget about small joys: a cup of coffee with a friend, an evening walk under the sky. These simple things are what keep us afloat.
— What is the main message you would like to share with our readers?
— Protect your hearts and your words. Even in the darkest of times, saying “thank you” or “I love you” can restore someone’s sense of meaning. Mental health is not an abstraction but the outcome of daily actions. Do not be afraid to share your warmth, for it will always return to you manifold.

PSYCHOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE
BY NATALIIA KRYVICH
WHY ARE WE AFRAID TO ASK FOR HELP?
Practical psychologist NATALIIA KRYVICH is convinced that every day lived consciously is a priceless gift from fate. The trials she has gone through have only strengthened her faith in people. Today, Nataliia helps others find support within themselves, unlock their inner strength, and learn to appreciate their own uniqueness. Let’s try to understand a question that often remains unspoken: why are we afraid to ask for help?
We, as humans, often avoid seeking support because we don’t want anyone to see or hear about our weaknesses. Each of us wears a “mask” in front of society. And when we are forced to talk about our difficulties, we are afraid of the feeling that we are becoming naked in front of others. This creates shame, a sense of guilt and failure in the face of life’s challenges.
Guilt is one of the most common requests in therapy, because it controls our lives through pain and fear. Since childhood, we have been taught to compare ourselves with others: if someone did something better or received a higher grade, we felt “worse”, unworthy, and devalued our own achievements. Growing up in such a paradigm, we often cannot live in harmony with ourselves, because we are not used to feeling our victories.
We give priority to the opinions of others; we try to conform to the “norms” of society, because being an independent person with our own views, victories and defeats is scary from childhood. Such a position indicates
From the editors:
emotional immaturity: for such a person it is important how others perceive him. An emotionally mature person, on the contrary, does not dwell on rejections or negative thoughts – he or she looks for ways to solve problems.
Signs of emotional immaturity:
- we do not allow ourselves to live and make mistakes;
- we do not listen to our feelings;
- we do not trust our decisions;
- we look for someone to blame instead of taking responsibility for ourselves and our experiences.
People who are afraid to ask for help usually experience high levels of anxiety and worry about what others think of them. Constant comparisons and devaluation of one’s own abilities can lead to stress, health problems and negatively affect quality of life.
We worry about what others will think of
We sincerely thank Nataliia Kryvich for the openness, professionalism and warmth she shares with our readers. The conversation will be continued in the next issues of MILLENNIUM CLUB magazine.
us. That is why we avoid asking for help: because rejection is perceived as a personal failure, even if it is just a coincidence and not an assessment of our worth.
What is the power of self-acceptance?
A person is a unique individual in the world. They have their own path, character, inner strength, opinions, abilities and talents. It is important for everyone to be accepted. Each of us needs love and attention, because this is what allows us to be happy, harmonious, create beauty and share our emotions with others.
As popular wisdom says, “A happy person shares what fills them, and an unhappy person shares what hurts them.”
Every meeting with Nataliia Kryvich is a reminder that even after the darkest times, a person is capable of finding light within themselves. Her words touch the heart, and her advice helps us take a step towards harmony and trust in life.
NNATALIIA FIR ON INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE IN UKRAINE: COMBINING TRADITIONAL
SCIENCE, COMPLEMENTARY METHODS AND MODERN TECHNOLOGIES
ataliia FIR, an honorary professor of the Oxford Academic Union of the European Medical Academy, PhD in Medicine, doctor in natural/complementary medicine and senior lecturer at the Dresden Institute for Distance Education, discusses the practice of integrative medicine in Ukraine, effective methods, prospects for development, and specific steps for doctors and patients.
Mrs. Nataliia, good afternoon. We are pleased to welcome you to the pages of the international magazine MILLENIUM CLUB. How do you assess the role of integrative medicine today?
Integrative medicine is an approach that combines evidence-based traditional medicine with complementary techniques, i.e. those that supplement the main treatment. The main difference from conventional medicine is that we look for the root causes of the disease, rather than just eliminating the symptoms. The doctor assesses the patient comprehensively, combining drug therapy, physiotherapy, nutrition, psycho-emotional support, and bodily techniques. This allows for more effective control of chronic conditions, reduces stress levels, and improves quality of life.
Which complementary medicine techniques have the best evidence base and when should they be used?
There are several areas that have shown consistently positive results:
1. Physical and manual practices: yoga, tai chi, therapeutic physical training, massage, osteopathy. These are effective for chronic pain, fatigue and stress. Studies confirm improved physical condition, reduced pain and improved well-being. It is important that the instructor is properly qualified.
2. Psycho-emotional support: meditation, mindfulness, hypnosis. These are useful for chronic diseases with a pronounced stress component and after completion of the main treatment, as an adjunct therapy.
3. Herbal remedies and phytotherapy: these can be effective additions to standard therapy. At the same time, it is important to consider interactions with medications and the quality of the preparations.
What does the practice of an integrative doctor look like?
From the editors:
First, the doctor assesses the patient comprehensively: health status, lifestyle, eating habits, stress factors. Then, together with the patient, they determine the treatment goals, select methods, and assess the risks and benefits. Monitoring and adapting the plan are key steps.
Recommendations regarding nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress management become part of the therapy. Ethics and evidence-based practice are the foundation of integrative medicine: only safe supplements to traditional medicine are used.
What drivers do you think will contribute most to the development of integrative medicine in Ukraine over the next 5–10 years?
1. Telemedicine and eHealth platforms — accessibility of consultations in remote regions.
2. Wearable devices and remote monitoring — personalisation of exercise, sleep and rehabilitation programmes.
3. Personalised medicine (genomics, microbiome, nutrigenomics) — precise selection of dietary and nutrient interventions.
4. Digital therapy (DTx) and mobile applications — scalable behavioural intervention programmes.
5. Mobile clinics and multidisciplinary hubs — improving access to primary care and physiotherapy in communities.
6. Education and standards for doctors — professional development, interdisciplinary programmes and clinical internships.
What practical steps can be taken right now?
1. Launch a single digital programme aimed at reducing pain or developing awareness, and integrate it into the patient pathway.
2. Pilot simple wearable sensors for a group of chronic patients.
3. Establish cooperation with one or two specialists (psychologist, nutritionist, and physiotherapist) and prescribe joint clinical algorithms.
4. Participate in local or national initiatives on digitalisation of healthcare.
— What advice would you give to doctors who want to work in an integrative manner?
Learn, team up with colleagues in multidisciplinary teams, stick to clinical documentation, explain all processes and risks to patients, evaluate results, and stay ethical. Integrative medicine helps, but it’s not a cureall.
We would like to thank Nataliia Fir for her insightful interview and practical advice, which helps us better understand how integrative medicine is developing in Ukraine and what it can offer patients today.

— Mrs. Olha, welcome to the “Personality” section! What does the phrase “I create my own life” mean to you and what has it revealed in your worldview?
— The creation of my reality began in childhood. I wished for something, and miraculously saw it come true. At the time, it seemed like a coincidence, but later I realised that thoughts materialise. When we clearly formulate our desires and know why we want them, the universe helps us.
I realised that a person is capable of changing everything if they have faith, motivation and the desire to act. Every decision forms a new branch of life and opens up new opportunities. For me, creating means

O OLHA KLEPANCHUK:
“I CREATE MY OWN LIFE — RIGHT NOW, TODAY”
lha KLEPANCHUK — Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Marketing and Logistics at the Ukrainian National Forestry University, active member of the Women’s Business Chamber of Ukraine, she is a woman who does not wait for life to give her opportunities, but creates them herself. Combining professional depth, female intuition and inner strength, Olha finds harmony between science and life. She talks about the path to self-knowledge, conscious decision-making and that moment when you realise that true creation begins when you trust yourself.
allowing myself to desire, moving towards my goal and feeling grateful for every step.
— How did your conscious creation of your own reality begin?
— Previously, I simply dreamed without understanding why something came true. Now I know that nothing happens by chance. When you shift responsibility to circumstances or other people’s opinions, you halt your development. True strength lies in the ability to listen to yourself and act in your own way.
I realised that thoughts are energy. When you direct them towards a noble intention, life responds with harmony.
— In challenging times, when the world around you is unstable, what helps you maintain your inner balance?
— We cannot avoid challenges, but we can learn to live in peace with ourselves. I live in a country where war is ongoing, and for us, being “here and now” is not a philosophy, but a way of survival. Harmony is not a state, but a process of choice. Every day, I decide what to let into my reality.
Movement and my body help me — physical activity restores my connection with myself. Simple things are also important: healthy eating, a circle of like-minded people, faith in God. It is faith that is the source of strength that sustains me even in the darkest moments.
— What inspires you to wake up thinking, “This day was made for me”?
— When I wake up, I feel grateful — because the very fact that I am alive is already a gift. There are people who find even breathing painful, so the opportunity to be alive is priceless. I live each day through plans, actions, and emotions— as if in my own creation.
— What role do gratitude and love play in your life — towards yourself, towards people, towards the world?
— Self-love did not come immediately. We are accustomed to comparing and criticising, but over time I learned to notice my achievements and support myself. When you accept yourself with respect, harmony with others emerges. Gratitude and love are the foundation. It is important not to expect more from people than they can give. Everyone has their own world. We take offence not because of actions, but because of our own expectations.
— What are you dreaming about right now as you create your life every day?
— My biggest dream is peace. The war has exhausted everyone, but it has taught us to appreciate the simple things: peace, security, the ability to love.
When the war ends, we will be able to sleep peacefully again — without fear or anxiety. And that will be a great joy. I want to scale up all the good things I have accumulated and share them with people. Sometimes a single sentence is enough for someone to find peace within themselves.
We sincerely thank Mrs. Olha for her openness, depth, and inspiration. Her words remind us that creating life begins with self-love and faith in the light.

HALYNA SYSHCHUK:
“CHILDREN HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE CHILDREN, AND ADULTS HAVE THE DUTY TO BE ADULTS”
Today, education is not only about knowledge, but also a space where children learn to understand themselves and the world. Halyna SYSHCHUK, semi-finalist of the Global Teacher Prize Ukraine and founder of the “Stezhka” Activity Education Centre, is an educator who fosters strength instead of anxiety. She is convinced that modern schools should help children find support, not just teach them to read and write.
— Halyna, you belong to a circle of innovative teachers who are changing the culture of education. In your opinion, what should a school that helps children grow up strong, confident and free from anxiety look like today?
— For harmonious development, a child needs support — an adult who accepts their emotions, explains what is happening, and helps them find a way out. We must not only impart knowledge, but also teach children to see their own strengths and understand themselves. The school of the future is a place where diversity is valued and everyone is helped to feel successful in their own uniqueness.
— The world is changing faster than ever. How can educators help children learn not to fear uncertainty, but to see it as an opportunity?
— Children’s behaviour is often a compensation for certain developmental difficulties. It is important to understand these causes, rather than just evaluating external manifestations. Today, we have a generation of children with low willpower because parents who grew up with restrictions strive to give them “everything at once.” Teachers should explain the importance of rules and help families understand their children’s individual characteristics. Only through the joint efforts of schools and parents can an environment be created in which children can grow up without anxiety.
— In your opinion, what are the roots of childhood anxiety — pressure, the pace of life, or a lack of trust between children and adults?
From the editors:
— Adults often forget who is responsible. We blame children for being addicted to gadgets, even though it was adults who gave them these devices and replaced communication with them. When a child does not feel that there
is a strong, reliable adult nearby, they seek control where they can — in the virtual world. This leads to anxiety and a loss of trust.
— The activity-based education that you are actively developing shapes not only knowledge but also inner strength. How do practical actions, experience and interaction help children feel confident and independent?
— In the activity-based approach, children are not passive listeners but active explorers. They act, make mistakes and draw conclusions. Every experience, even negative one, is valuable. The more diverse the experience, the stronger the ability to think, act and make decisions. This is education not for grades but for life.
— What role does a teacher play today in raising an emotionally mature person?
— Teachers are important adults whom children look up to. Often, school is the first place where children are accepted unconditionally. Our task is to create a safe space where children can make mistakes, learn and not be afraid. Teachers do not punish, but support, explain and help children to discover themselves.
— How can parents support the philosophy of “raising strength instead of anxiety” at home?
— It is worth starting with your own example. Carl Jung said, “Children are not raised by words, but by who adults are.” If we react calmly to difficulties, admit mistakes, and show compassion, children will learn this as the norm. It all starts with parents’ attitude towards themselves and life.
— If you imagine a child of the future, how do you see them?
— Flexible, bold, open to new things. These are children who are not afraid to change direction, try new things, and take risks. Their strength lies in their ability to adapt quickly and not lose themselves in an ever-changing world.
— And finally, what is the main message you would like to convey to today’s teachers and parents?
— Don’t forget who the adults are here. Our maturity determines our children’s emotional stability. Children have the right to be children — real, sincere, with mistakes and dreams. It is our duty to be there for them and take responsibility.
Halyna Syshchuk reminds us that education is not only about knowledge, but also about presence. When adults take responsibility, children grow up confident –because parenting is not about control, but about love that gives strength.

Her journey in the beauty industry is not just a professional story. It is a story about the courage to change your life while remaining true to yourself and your country. Halyna Levchenko confidently proves that true success comes from faith, perseverance, and a sincere desire to make the world around you more beautiful.
— Mrs. Halyna, how did you feel when you heard your name among the winners of the “With Ukraine in My Heart” rating?
— In fact, I was really looking forward to this award, and when I heard my name, I was happy: “Well, finally, I’ve waited!” This distinction became an important confirmation for me that I am moving in the right direction. It gives me strength to develop further, to achieve new goals in my business, in my country.
— Would you say that this became a symbol of a certain stage for you — the end of something or, on the contrary, the beginning of something new?
— Of course, this is both a conclusion and a beginning. The award has become a sign that I am on the right track and an incentive not to stop. After all, the trust of the people who turn to me is the greatest value. The title of “Professional of the Year” is not only regalia

for me, but also a responsibility to clients who believe in my professionalism.
— The “Professional of the Year” award is about recognition, trust and inspiration. What do you think helped you achieve this — talent, perseverance, support from loved ones, or perhaps something more?
— I hesitated for a long time about whether to start a career in the beauty industry, because it is a big responsibility. But it was my selfconfidence and constant desire to improve that helped me persevere. Of course, the support of my loved ones and the faith of the people around me were also very important. But the main thing is perseverance and the desire to become better every day.
— The name of the award, “With Ukraine in My Heart,” sounds very emotional. What does it mean for you to be Ukrainian today — in your profession, in your life, in your values? How do you maintain this inner connection with your homeland?
— Like many Ukrainians, I once thought about moving abroad. But every time I felt: my soul was out of place. Only at home — in Ukraine — do I feel harmony. Being Ukrainian for me means being strong, regardless of the circumstances, and not losing faith in my own
strength. It is important for me to work here, because this is my land, my people, my energy.
— Every victory has its own story. Please recall the most difficult moment on your path — the one after which you became stronger and realised that you were on the right track.
— When I decided to go into the beauty industry, I left behind considerable experience in other fields, even my own small business, which had ceased to bring me satisfaction. It wasn’t easy, but it was the clients — their gratitude, their happy faces — that became my inspiration and driving force.
— Your example inspires many professionals in your field. What advice would you give to those who are just starting out and dream of achieving professional recognition?
— Don’t be afraid to try. Explore different paths, give yourself the chance to make mistakes and start again. This is the only way to find something that brings you true satisfaction. And then every day will be filled with meaning. My dream is for all the women who come to me to love themselves even more, to feel confident, energetic and full of love for life.
The editorial staff of Millenium Club magazine sincerely thanks Halyna Levchenko for her candid and inspiring conversation.
Your example is a reminder that true beauty begins with self-love, and strength begins with belief in your own dreams.
You inspire not only women, but everyone who strives to realise their talent with dignity, heart and “Ukraine in their heart”.
We wish you further achievements, new professional victories and harmony at every step of your journey.
We look forward to seeing you again at the Millenium Club — a community that values talent, beauty and sincerity.

PREMIERE OF THE YEAR –PSYCHOLOGICAL THEATRE «SITUATION»
A full hall of people: Dnipro residents, guests of the city, experts, journalists, art connoisseurs... There was absolute silence and bated breath from anticipation at the start of the premiere of the incredibly unique, absolutely innovative cultural project «Psychological Theatre «Situation».
The author of the project Lyudmila Akymenko notes that she has been nurturing the idea for a very long time so that, once formed, it would incorporate extremely useful practical advice and the effectiveness of psychological assistance to people through the format of a theatrical performance.
«As a woman who has gone through a long way of her own transformations, I understand that young people who plan to create strong unions do not know how to prepare themselves for this at all. Most of them do not allow themselves to turn to experts for help. Divorce statistics tell us that we do not currently have a culture of building healthy relationships due to a lack of self-understanding and inability to communicate. For a very long time, these questions formed in me the idea of creating a project that through an interactive format would be able to help our nation, help women and men find a common language, create an atmosphere of trust, harmony, understanding and support in families. Thus, years later, the Psychological Theatre «Situation» was born, which we presented to the birthday of our city,» commented Lyudmila Akymenko.
The format of the project includes theatrical productions of a wide variety of situations faced by every person on the planet. Psychological theatre is a special form of influence on a person through creation, because theatrical art is able to perfectly manifest the inner world of
a person and change him or her.We can empower people in the light of creation to take important steps toward change. It is also about improving relationships, establishing communication, achieving understanding with others and revealing inner potential.
In addition, the psychological theatre «Situation» aims to develop the psychological direction of theatrical art. This is a completely new concept that can be effectively applied as an innovative therapeutic model. Psychologists point out that theatrical performance can be the only way to resolve difficult relationships with others in some life circumstances.
The experts with a psychological specialty reveal the topics of situations, causes and consequences and give practical advices in the project. They take their professional tools and help people see the objectivity of life’s situations. The themes of future performances will consist of real stories, which we expect to receive from you through social networks.
Due to the realities of our lives, not all Ukrainians can turn to a psychologist for help today, because this type of communication foresees openness,
which requires special courage. And this is where a theatrical performance can come to the rescue allowing the viewer to participate in a familiar situation without direct contact with a specialist, but to get the necessary answers. This interactive will give the viewer the opportunity to see a similar situation from the outside and understand how to act in order to preserve the relationship that will be discussed in the play.
The premiere of the first performance of the psychological theatre «The Situation» proved that Ukrainians today desperately need psychological help. The project’s experts answered more than a hundred questions of the guests of the event. Specialists who were presented at the project noted
that the great war further worsened the state of Ukrainians and they should be saved. They repeatedly emphasized that psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, sexologists, neurologists and coaches should consult in any life situation to support mental health. In this way, we will be able to create relationships having a good continuation and giving our nation strong unions and a healthy generation of future Ukrainians. After all, it is for them that we now choose our freedom and independence.
We thank everyone who joined us at the premiere, we are waiting for your comments on social networks and we are preparing for the new performance.
We are waiting for everyone!
In times of uncertainty and global change, psychological resilience is becoming one of the most important qualities of modern people. Kateryna BIKIR is a practical psychologist, coach, and certified mindfulness trainer who lives in the US and helps Ukrainians around the world find harmony, resources, and self-confidence. She works with issues of crisis, trauma, and post-traumatic growth and is convinced that even pain can become a source of strength if you learn to listen to yourself and trust life.
KATERYNA BIKIR:
«TRAUMA CAN BE NOT ONLY PAIN, BUT ALSO A POINT OF DEEP RENEWAL.»
— Mrs. Kateryna, in today’s world, psychological resilience is becoming one of the most valuable qualities. What do you think is the basis for it?
— Resilience is inherent in everyone. It is influenced by experience, flexibility of thinking, support from the environment, and even health. But the main thing is the awareness that life never gives guarantees. It is worth learning to explore yourself, build internal support, and be ready for change. It is not about avoiding pain, but about the ability to go through it without losing yourself.
— You work extensively with people who have experienced trauma. How do you assist them in transforming their pain into a source of strength?
— Trauma manifests itself at different levels, and each person experiences it in their own way. My task is to help them regain control over themselves, even through the simplest things: breathing, movement, awareness, and then to find hope. A person who has hope is always stronger than one who has lost it. When a client rebuilds their inner support system, meaning emerges and what we call post-traumatic growth is born.
— What tools do you use when it seems like everything is falling apart?
— The most important thing is to create a space where people are heard and seen. Often, this is what gives them the strength to move forward. I use coaching techniques, mindfulness, and goal setting. I like the exercise where we imagine a situation in the future — 15 or 20 years from now. Then what seemed like a disaster turns into just an experience that made us wiser.
— What is the power of combining psychology and coaching?
— It is a combination of depth and effectiveness. Coaching adds clarity, while psychology adds understanding of causes and meanings. Together, they create space for real transformation. After all, every person has the potential for change — all that is needed is to ignite the spark of self-belief.
— You work with other people’s pain. What helps you stay resilient?
— Self-care is an essential part of my profession. Mindfulness, yoga, walks in nature, communicating with inspiring people. And also — the belief that my work is necessary, that it helps someone come out of darkness into light. This is the best source of energy.
THE EDITORIAL STAFF OF THE INTERNATIONAL MAGAZINE MILLENIUM CLUB SINCERELY THANKS KATERYNA BIKIR FOR A PROFOUND CONVERSATION FILLED WITH LIGHT, WISDOM, AND PROFESSIONAL DEDICATION. WE WISH YOU INSPIRATION, INNER PEACE, AND GRATEFUL CLIENTS — MAY YOUR WORK CONTINUE TO HELP PEOPLE FIND FAITH, MEANING, AND HARMONY IN THEIR LIVES.
— And finally: what step, in your opinion, leads to harmony in a world where there is so much chaos?
— Harmony begins with the realisation of what is truly important to me. When there is noise and uncertainty around us, we have a choice — where to direct our energy. Fatigue, anxiety, fear — these are signals. It is worth stopping, looking inside and honestly answering yourself: “What do I need right now?” Harmony is not perfect calm, but a living sense of connection with yourself and the world.

bout the path of a healer, new education, working with trauma, and the future of the Centre for Harmonisation of Consciousness
Olena AMRITA is a psychologist and founder of an international centre that combines psychotherapy, energy practices, and ancient Chinese medicine. Her method is based on a deep understanding of the interconnection between the body, mind, and energy.
In this interview, Olena talks about her own journey, the principles of holistic healing, a new education system for therapists, and her vision for the Centre’s development in the coming years.
THE EDITORIAL TEAM WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS ITS SINCERE GRATITUDE TO OLENA AMRITA FOR HER DEPTH, CONSISTENCY AND WISDOM. HER PATH IS AN EXAMPLE OF A NEW WAVE OF CONSCIOUS THERAPY, COMBINING SCIENCE, ENERGY AND LOVE FOR PEOPLE.
WE WISH THE CENTRE FURTHER DEVELOPMENT, INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION AND THE HARMONY THAT OLENA BRINGS TO OTHERS.
OLENA AMRITA:
«THE BODY DOES NOT LIVE WITHOUT THE PSYCHE, AND THE PSYCHE FITS IN THE BODY»
— Olena, how did the path of combining Chinese medicine, energy practices and constellations come about?
— I have had a sense of energy since childhood — there were healers in my family, and this gift was passed on to me. Over time, my desire to help people led me to psychology, meditation, and energy regulation practices — Qigong, Tank Mandala.
Working only as a psychologist, I saw that there were many insights, but the body still hurt. When I was only involved in medicine, the pain went away, but there was no awareness. So I realised that health is the harmony of the mind, energy and body. A symptom is not an enemy, but a hint of where the movement has stopped. When energy flows again, life returns.
— You have many customer stories. Which transformation do you remember most?
— A 34-year-old woman came to us with insomnia, anxiety, and inability to become pregnant. We started with diagnostics: we discovered a pattern of loss and suppression of anger: energy was “frozen” in her chest.
Four months of work — trauma therapy, breathing practices, acupuncture according to the phases of the cycle. Sleep normalised, anxiety decreased, contact with her partner was restored. And after four months, she became pregnant. But the main thing is not this, but her words: “I feel alive again.” This is the essence of healing.
— What do you think the new generation of therapists should be like?
— At the Centre, we are shaping a new quality of education. Technique is important, but it is not the main thing. Presence is needed — the ability to be close to someone else’s pain without offering salvation.
The second feature is seeing the “mind-energybody” system as a single whole.
Ethics, boundaries, self-regulation, meditation, supervision, and scientific integrity are also important. The therapist does not perform
miracles, but creates conditions in which miracles become possible. And then he becomes not a “performer of technique,” but a conduit for change.
— What does trauma work look like in your approach?
— Trauma is a place where movement has stopped, where the Soul has lost its footing. In the psyche, this manifests as freezing or avoidance; in the body, as breathing disorders, tension, and pain.
During the session, we work with all levels simultaneously. We begin with a brief diagnosis to determine the “nodal point.” Then — breathing, grounding, sometimes acupuncture, so that the nervous system can feel safe. Next — working with the content: returning resources, completing the unfinished.
The goal is not to “forget the pain,” but to restore the circulation of energy so that the person can live a full life again.
— What future do you see for your Centre?
— I am leading the Centre towards three pillars.
The first is a new level of education: a twoyear programme in constellations and a oneyear programme in conscious meditation, with a physical-energetic basis, supervision and international modules.
The second is research and practice: we record protocols for working with trauma, collaborate with doctors and clinics, and prepare publications. People change their lifestyles, their health normalises, and their fertility is restored.
The third is projects: intensive training courses, international retreats, cultural and spiritual initiatives. One of them is bringing a sacred Buddhist stupa to Ukraine as a symbol of peace and harmony.
Personally, I strive for simplicity and depth — less noise, more clarity. We create communities where changes do not fade away after the session but become part of life.

nna Kolt is an internationally renowned master, trainer, founder of studios in Florida, and creator of the Natural Powder Brows technique. She has been working in the beauty industry for over sixteen years, combining jewelry precision with creative vision. Her brand has become a symbol of professionalism, safety, and natural aesthetics. In this interview, she talks about her journey from Crimea to the United States, her personal philosophy, the challenges of emigration, and the secrets of true success.
INNA KOLT:
“BEAUTY IS THE HARMONY BETWEEN PROFESSIONALISM, SOUL AND LOVE FOR YOUR WORK.”
HOW A UKRAINIAN CRAFTSWOMAN BUILT HER OWN BRAND IN THE US AND CREATED A SCHOOL OF AESTHETICS
THE EDITORIAL TEAM WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS ITS SINCERE GRATITUDE TO INNA KOLTS FOR HER SINCERITY AND INSPIRATION. HER STORY IS PROOF THAT STRENGTH OF SPIRIT, TALENT AND LOVE FOR ONE’S WORK CAN CHANGE LIVES. WE WISH INNA NEW ACHIEVEMENTS, INSPIRATION AND GRATEFUL CLIENTS — BECAUSE BEAUTY CREATED WITH LOVE KNOWS NO BOUNDS.
— Inna, how did your journey in the beauty industry begin, and what was the deciding factor in building your brand in the United States?
— My journey began in Crimea more than sixteen years ago. At that time, I had no idea that my first training course in eyelash extensions would be the start of a long journey. Later, I discovered permanent makeup — a world where every stroke matters.
Moving to the United States was a moment of rebirth. Without support or connections, I built a brand from scratch that is now associated with trust and quality. It was a journey of strength, faith, and love for my profession.
— You have already opened two salons in the United States. How did you manage to implement such a large-scale project?
— I created my first salon with my own hands — from renovations to obtaining licences. The second became a symbol of stability and development. It wasn’t easy: new laws, requirements, certifications. But every challenge is an opportunity to become better.
I am inspired by the women around me: strong, creative, ambitious. Together, we create a space where beauty is care and inspiration.
— Natural Powder Brows is your signature technique. What makes it special?
— I spent many years developing it. Its essence lies in lightness, breathability and naturalness. I wanted eyebrows to look like a soft shadow, not like makeup. Today, women are tired of excess — they want to see just themselves in the mirror: simply well-groomed and confident. That is the philosophy behind my technique.
— You teach in Miami. What principles do you incorporate into your courses?
— Teaching is a big responsibility. At Neo Aesthetics & Medical International Academy, I share not only techniques but also my way of thinking. I teach students to see beauty through
the eyes of an artist but to act like a doctor — with precision, anatomical understanding, and respect for the client.
Being an international-level trainer is not a status, but a mission. My task is to help students believe in themselves and take the first step towards their own success.
— How do attitudes towards beauty differ in Ukraine and the United States?
— Ukrainian women are bolder — they love brightness. American women are fans of naturalness. But the essence is the same: every woman wants to be confident in her beauty.
In the US, more attention is paid to safety, documentation, and protocols. And that’s right: high standards increase respect for the profession and build customer trust.
— Your Instagram looks like an inspiring lifestyle blog. How do you manage to combine creativity and business?
— I’m not trying to be perfect — I’m just showing reality. My Instagram is a story of life without filters. Work, study, travel, family — it’s all part of the same journey.
I don’t retouch my photos because I want people to see the real texture, shades, and skin. I am inspired by life itself — children, students, colleagues. When someone writes, ‘You inspired me,’ I understand that it’s all worth it.
— What advice would you give to masters who dream of working in the United States or starting their own school?
— Start with self-confidence — but back it up with action. Learn the language, standards, and laws. In the United States, you cannot build a business on intuition — only on professionalism. Don’t be afraid to start small, but do it well. And most importantly, be yourself. Don’t copy others. Your uniqueness is your brand. When you are authentic, success is only a matter of time.
