arisabel Hulko is the owner of ORRO Marketing Agency, which develops business in Ukraine, Europe and the USA.

The ORRO team cooperates with developers and real estate agencies in Ukraine, Germany, Spain, Georgia, Turkey, Cyprus and Florida. In our interview, she will talk about the specifics of the niche, the differences and common features of marketing in Europe, the USA and Ukraine.

MARISABEL HULKO:

«MARKETING IS A BRIDGE BETWEEN THE BUYER AND THE PRODUCT»

— What is the role of marketing in real estate development? How does it affect the relationship between the developer, his clients, and the team? Where exactly does marketing begin – when the foundation is dug and the sales department is opened, or during the design phase?

— Much earlier. Marketing no longer sells square meters - it sells the feelings and emotions that a person will get while living in a new home. The client buys the feeling of home. ORRO Marketing Agency is a consulting company. We act as an outsourced marketing department, supporting the client «turnkey» at various stages. It is ideal when a professional team of marketers participates in creating the concept of a residential complex. Such projects arouse much greater interest among buyers.

The task of marketing is to research the market for which the project is launched and to «package» it qualitatively before the start. When developing a strategy, the strengths and weaknesses of the developer, the advantages of the project itself are taken into account, and a portrait of the target audience is formed.

Marketing is a bridge between the buyer

and the product. Marketing and sales always go hand in hand, and there must be full synergy between these two teams. Otherwise, the house will not sell. A weak sales manager can lose a quality lead, and even the best salesperson will not work wonders if marketing brings low-quality leads.

Today, we work with a number of developers who involve us already at the stage of developing the concept: forming internal infrastructure and cooperating with architects and designers.

We look for and find “gold” — not only in clients and projects, but also in new ideas, solutions and values. And this is no coincidence: oro in Spanish means “gold”.

We believe that each project has its own precious potential, which can be discovered thanks to the right strategy and strong marketing. We implement such marketing strategies that develop the business, strengthen brands and form a new quality of the sphere.

Our key competencies: strategy, branding, lead generation.

— How is marketing for developers different in international markets compared to Ukrainian ones?

— Indeed, Ukrainians, Europeans and Americans buy differently. But the ORRO team knows how to create marketing that sells.

Product and positioning in Europe and the USA:

• Sales are based on values and lifestyles — not just an “apartment”, but a “community”, “life near a park”, “smart home with energy efficiency”.

• Considerable attention is paid to ecology, sustainability, green living, smart home, international certifications (LEED, BREEAM).

• In the USA, developers offer lifestyle packages: gyms, co-working, rooftop areas, and community events.

Ukraine:

• The main emphasis is often on the price per m² and quick investment.

• Less attention to environmental friendliness or community formation (although the trend is gradually emerging).

• Sales are mostly based on “reliability of the developer” and “favourable instalment terms” (in particular, the “eHome” program).

IN EUROPE AND THE US, DEVELOPER MARKETING IS BUILT AS A COMBINATION OF BRAND, LIFESTYLE AND A LONG-TERM FUNNEL OF TRUST AND SERVICES. IN UKRAINE, IT REMAINS MORE PRAGMATIC AND «TRANSACTIONAL»: PRICE, SQUARE FOOTAGE, RELIABILITY.

PEOPLE ARE AT THE CENTRE OF EVERYTHING. AT ORRO, WE UNDERSTAND THE CHALLENGES OF THE MARKET AND HELP DEVELOPERS MOVE FORWARD WITH CONFIDENCE.

М

y entrepreneurial journey began in 2006. I left employment not out of calculation or profit, but because my heart told me so. I wanted to build something of my own, to put my soul into my work, and to create a space where people could grow.

But the greatest transformation of my life started in 2014. My family, with two children—then aged 2 and 6—was forced to leave Donetsk and move to Kyiv. We left everything behind: our home, our business, our friends, our familiar life. It felt as if the ground was disappearing beneath my feet.

And yet, that was when a new strength was born—an understanding that true support lies not in walls or titles, but in what we create within ourselves. This became the foundation of my signature method, which today helps hundreds of people: “Managing Happiness on the Level of Emotions.”

TETIANA DUNAIEVSKA:

“HOW PERSONAL TRIALS TURNED INTO A METHOD OF MANAGING HAPPINESS ON THE LEVEL OF EMOTIONS”

— Tetiana, how did personal experience change your professional path?

Each time I had to start from scratch, I discovered a new level of inner strength. In Kyiv, I lost my old business, but I created a new one—the online KIT Academy. That’s where the idea for my method was born, one based not on dry strategies but on working with emotions. In 2022, we had to leave Kyiv as well and move to the USA. That was the second painful experience of loss. But it finally convinced me: we may lose everything external, but we can never lose the ability to create happiness within.

— Your children are now among the top students in their U.S. school. What is behind this success?

I remember their first day at the new school. They understood almost no English. In the evenings, we sat together over textbooks, repeating words, overcoming fear and confusion. There were many tears, but also much faith. Today, they are among the best students in U.S. middle and high school. For me, this is proof that inner resilience can be passed from parents to children. It is a legacy that cannot be measured in money, but one that defines the future.

— Tell us, what is the essence of your method?

“Managing Happiness on the Level of Emotions” is a five-week program built on seven stages of emotional development. It begins with diagnostics and continues with individual sessions and exercises. The difference lies in the fact that we work not only with goals, but with the very foundation—emotions that shape our decisions. When a person learns to transform fear or guilt into confidence, they don’t just overcome a crisis—they change their life from within.

— What results have you achieved so far?

In 2018, my KIT Academy was born. Since then, hundreds of people from Ukraine, Europe, and the USA have participated in my programs. For more than eight years I’ve been working with individuals in personal sessions, leading training programs, and speaking at conferences. Thanks to this experience, I am confident: my method, which was shaped through direct work with people, truly works. It helps both in business and in family life, opening a path to creating happiness through emotional mastery for everyone who engages with it.

— What is your mission today?

My mission is to make happiness a skill accessible to everyone. I want people to realize that emotions are the source from which strength is born. If you learn to manage them, even the hardest circumstances become opportunities. I dream of a future generation of specialists who will help others master their inner world and build a culture of emotional maturity. Today, I am working on certifying my method in both Ukraine and the USA, and on taking the KIT Academy to an international level.

TETIANA DUNAIEVSKA IS AN INTUITIVE EXPERT, DIAGNOSTICIAN, PROFESSIONAL ICF COACH, HARVARD GRADUATE IN HAPPINESS MANAGEMENT, FOUNDER OF KIT ACADEMY, AND A WOMAN WHO HAS RESTARTED HER JOURNEY TWICE. SHE TRANSFORMED PAIN AND LOSS INTO A METHOD THAT BRINGS OTHERS STRENGTH AND HOPE. HER STORY PROVES: EVEN WHEN THE WORLD COLLAPSES, WITHIN US THERE IS ALWAYS A SOURCE FROM WHICH A NEW ONE CAN GROW—A WORLD OF HAPPINESS, RESILIENCE, AND LOVE.

Vita MALIEK is the headmistress of Lyubotyn School No. 6 of the Lyubotyn City Council in the Kharkiv region, a trainer-teacher, and an international category B manager. She has been working in education since 2009, rising from music director and kindergarten teacher to school headmistress. She has six higher education degrees, including two master’s degrees. She is constantly improving and implementing modern approaches to the educational process. Her story is an example of how love for children, professional perseverance and belief in development become the key to success.

VITA MALIEK: “MY JOURNEY IN EDUCATION. FROM MUSIC DIRECTOR AT A KINDERGARTEN TO SCHOOL PRINCIPAL

— AND THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING.”

— Mrs. Vita, you have gone from being a music director at a kindergarten to a school principal. What events or challenges were most important to you in your professional growth?

— The path began with working as a music director in a kindergarten. It was there that I learned to see the individuality of each child, to approach the educational process creatively, to interact with parents and colleagues. Holding holidays and performances, where it was necessary to unite teachers, children and families, became for me a school of teamwork and responsibility. The most important moments turned out to be those when creative experience in working with children grew into the ability to organise a team and make managerial decisions. It was these challenges that determined my path from teacher to manager.

You have six higher education degrees and are constantly continuing your education. What does continuing education mean

to you and how does it affect your leadership style?

— Each new education opened a different perspective on pedagogy and management, formed flexibility of thinking and readiness for innovation. For me, continuing education is not a process of obtaining diplomas, but a way of thinking and a lifestyle. It makes management more flexible, strategic and at the same time human. And my own example of continuous learning motivates the team, creating an atmosphere where development is a value for everyone.

— Who has been your greatest inspiration in your profession and helped you believe in yourself?

— My first mentor was Aunt Zinaida, my bandura teacher. She managed to combine high demands with sincere support. She showed that pedagogy is not only knowledge, but also the ability to see the talent in every child. It was from her that I learned to believe in my own strength, appreciate the uniqueness

of each person, and realised that a true leader is someone who inspires. Her support became the basis of my professional growth.

— What moments in working with children or a team give you the most joy and sense of meaning?

— I get the most joy when I see the development of a child or the entire team. In working with children, these are the moments when a child believes in their own strength for the first time and achieves more than they expected of themselves. This is sincere joy on holidays and in everyday trifles, when children share their achievements. In working with a team, when teachers and employees unite around a common goal, support each other and feel the significance of their work. In such moments, you realise: work has true value.

— If you could give advice to your younger self when you first started working in education in 2009, what would you say?

— I would advise myself to be brave, open and true to my values. The rest will certainly come with experience.

Thank you very much, dear Mrs. Vita, for the frank conversation, warm memories and wise advice. Your story is an example of how perseverance, love for children and constant development help to reach new heights in education. We wish you success and inspiration on this path!

OLHA VOROTNIUK:

“THE FAMILY IS THE FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT ENVIRONMENT WHERE A CHILD LEARNS THE BASIC LIFE GUIDELINES”

— Why do you think it is important to build trust and mutual understanding between children and adults for successful social development?

— Relationships between parents and children are always complicated. No one knows who came first — the adult or the child, as in the famous chicken and egg dilemma. But adults always have the upper hand, and it is largely up to them to determine what kind of person the child will grow up to be. Although various factors influence relationships, the responsibility for their quality lies mainly with the adult.

Building trust and mutual understanding between generations is extremely important for harmonious social development. All children and adults are different — absolutely all of them, even twins!

— What strategies do you think could help strengthen interaction between children and adults in modern society?

— First and foremost, it is necessary to restore the institution of the family, taking into account the continuous development of digital technologies, but without losing moral, cultural and spiritual values. It is important to foster mutual respect, support, trust and responsibility, to create a favourable social environment, emotional and financial security, and to preserve identity.

The family is the first and most important environment where a child learns basic life skills. It is not just a group of people, but a powerful foundation for the formation of a healthy, responsible and moral society.

— What obstacles can arise in communication between children and adults, and how can they be

overcome?

— Communication difficulties can arise due to age differences, imperfect communication, fear of criticism or condemnation, emotional barriers, or different life experiences. In Ivan Turgenev’s novel Fathers and Sons, in my opinion, the author skilfully showed the need to find a happy medium in intergenerational relationships. Young people should value the experience of their elders, and parents, in turn, should take their children’s opinions into account.

— How does positive interaction between children and adults influence the harmonious development of a child and the formation of their personality?

— It plays a key role in a child’s development. It creates a safe environment, promotes emotional, social and cognitive development, and forms the basis for future relationships. If an adult shows respect and love in the family, the child learns to value themselves, which helps to form a healthy self-esteem.

— What practical steps can be taken to improve relations between children and adults in institutions such as schools or community organisations?

— That’s a great question. There are three basic principles: mutual respect, open communication, and cooperation. Implementing these principles creates a trusting and supportive environment for a child’s development.

Trust is the basis of any interaction. Adults should practise active listening: give the child your full attention, do not interrupt, maintain eye contact, and show that their opinion is truly important.

MARMARKETING AS DIPLOMACY:

WHY IT’S TIME FOR UKRAINIAN BUSINESS TO SPEAK LOUDLY AND BEAUTIFULLY

When I first started working as a marketer, Ukrainian business was cautious. It was afraid to be loud, afraid of bold design colors, afraid of metaphor in texts, afraid of emotions in communication with the consumer. It hid behind functionality, behind “price” and “quality.” But even then, I wanted to show the world that Ukrainian strategic marketing could be different — modern, dynamic, relevant, and courageous. This is reflected in my successful cases in various companies and the projects where I fulfilled myself as a producer.

Today, I have the honor of being an ambassador of the “Book of Honor of Ukraine”, a special project of the international magazine MILLENIUM CLUB, published with the support of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

And if you ask me for advice as a strategic marketer, here it is: speak about yourself, speak loudly and confidently. Let your potential clients know that you not only stayed in Ukraine and preserved your business, but that you are also developing and sending a signal to the world about the powerful Ukrainian spirit.

I understand that today is a different time: relentless, uncompromising, and driven. And if you still think that strategy is just an Excel spreadsheet with KPIs, I have news for you: strategy is character.

Over 19 years, I have worked with brands that were born in street market stalls, and with those that had offices in Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Dnipro. And do you know what united them? The confidence to be themselves. The courage to say: “We are not for everyone. We are for those who feel.” And that is the most valuable thing.

Today, Ukrainian business has the chance not just to survive — but to become a cultural phenomenon. We are no longer just promoting and selling bread, cosmetics, or technology. We are promoting hope, style, identity. And if you are not ready to speak about yourself as a brand with a voice — you will not be heard.

I believe in marketing and advertising as diplomacy. As the art of speaking about complex things — simply. About deep things — beautifully. About local things — globally. And if you want to be quoted, loved, and bought — start with your story. Not your logo. Not your slogan. But with why you exist.

Because in the end, as one woman with a black bob haircut and iconic sunglasses once said: “People don’t just want to look at something. They want to feel.”

Dermatologist and cosmetologist Ruslana Andrieieva is a striking example of a new-generation doctor: a constant pursuit of knowledge, a deep understanding of biological processes, a holistic approach, and genuine dedication to her profession. For over seven years, she has been helping patients restore the health and beauty of their skin, relying on the latest technologies and evidence-based methods. In a conversation with MILLENIUM CLUB, Ruslana shared her vision of the future of cosmetology, spoke about new approaches to acne treatment, and offered advice to young doctors.

RUSLANA ANDRIEIEVA.

MODERN DERMATOLOGY: THE ART OF TREATING THE CAUSE, NOT JUST THE SYMPTOM

— Dr. Ruslana, over the past 5–10 years dermatology and cosmetology have advanced tremendously. Which changes in medical education do you consider most significant for skin specialists?

— During this time, our field has undergone a real transformation. Today we have access to cuttingedge techniques — from exosomes and peptide complexes to cellular technologies that stimulate tissue regeneration. We are moving away from aggressive volumetric corrections and toward stimulating the body’s own resources with device-based solutions: fractional lasers, radiofrequency lifting, and micro-focused ultrasound. The emphasis has shifted to preventive dermatology, skin microbiome support, hormonal balance, and nutraceuticals. Most importantly, education has become far more multidisciplinary, integrating knowledge from endocrinology, nutrition science, and even psychosomatics.

— How has acne treatment evolved in cosmetology?

— We have moved away from the narrow approach of simply “removing breakouts”

toward addressing root causes through comprehensive therapy. Today’s protocols combine pharmacological treatments with advanced technologies: laser therapy, photodynamic treatment, microneedling with medical support. Deep diagnostics are now essential — hormonal profiling, microbiome analysis, and inflammatory markers. Education plays a crucial role here: a modern doctor must think like a researcher, not just perform procedures.

— You’ve been in the profession for more than seven years. What advice would you give to young dermatologists who want to specialize in cosmetology and acne treatment?

— First and foremost, develop clinical thinking. Protocols are important, but they cannot capture the uniqueness of every patient. Keep updating your knowledge constantly: read the latest clinical guidelines, attend congresses and workshops, and explore adjacent fields. And above all — learn to listen. A well-taken patient history often provides most of the answers to the question: “How should we treat?”

— Which acne treatments do

you consider most effective?

— The best results come from a combination approach: systemic and topical therapies (retinoids, antibacterial agents, azelaic acid), device-based methods (laser resurfacing, IPL, photodynamic therapy), and lifestyle correction. It is crucial to explain to patients the importance of preventing relapses. As for retinoids — many fear their side effects, but with proper administration they remain the gold standard for moderate to severe acne.

— How do you personally manage to stay at the forefront of new technologies and knowledge?

— For me, continuous education is not a formality but a way of life. I actively use online courses, webinars, and international platforms, and since moving to the U.S. I regularly attend congresses, exhibitions, and seminars — including the American Academy of Dermatology Annual Meeting and IMCAS Americas. I also participate in research projects, testing new protocols and medications. This allows me to offer patients techniques that have not yet become mainstream worldwide.

Nataliia BOIKO is a genuine, positive, ambitious and determined woman. She is a professional in her field. She is talented and versatile, persistent in achieving her goals.

Natalia’s life is a harmonious blend of work, family, and personal passions. She has mastered the art of staying calm and balanced even in the most challenging circumstances, drawing inspiration from her loved ones, creativity, and travels. For her, family is a true pillar of strength — a source of motivation that fuels her journey forward and inspires new achievements. Natalia shares her vision of maintaining balance between daily responsibilities and inner harmony, highlighting the values that unite, empower, and bring genuine happiness.

NATALIIIA BOIKO:

«REGARDLESS OF MY TRAVELS, UKRAINE WILL ALWAYS REMAIN THE MOST VALUABLE AND NATIVE COUNTRY FOR ME»

— Mrs. Nataliia, what does your everyday life look like now?

— My life now consists of many ordinary but very important moments. On weekdays, the day begins with morning preparations: I need to get ready for work, but at the same time, a plan for the day is already forming in my head — what is most important, what tasks lie ahead, what should be done first. At the same time, I always think about my family: whether anyone has any needs that require my attention, whether I can help my loved ones resolve some issues. It is important for me that everything is in order: work matters, household bother, and inner harmony. Only then does the day pass calmly.

— Which aspects are particularly important to you?

— First and foremost, remain calm and keep a cool head, even when stressful situations arise. I particularly appreciate the people around me, as they assist in resolving unexpected issues that I have never encountered before. The most valuable support for me is my family, who remain by my side in all circumstances and help me switch focus and find time for myself: to travel, do what I love, or just relax.

— What do you like to do in your free time?

— My leisure time is varied: I love knitting, which has become my “magic button” for stress relief. I also enjoy listening to music, doing household chores — it creates a feeling of comfort. I read books, especially psychological ones, because they inspire and help me better understand myself and, if necessary, correct the gaps. And, of course, walks alone with nature: they fill me with energy and restore internal balance.

— Tell our readers a little about your family.

— My family is my rear, my support, and my greatest strength. I have a husband, two daughters, and a granddaughter. These are people who are always there for me, supporting me in the most difficult moments and inspiring me. My husband and I have gone through different stages. The first months of the war were especially difficult: everyone lived in a state of constant stress, emotions took over, and we had to learn to find a common language again, to support each other in uncertainty. But it was these circumstances that made us stronger. Now I can say with confidence that he is a person I can completely rely on. Our daughters are very creative: the eldest already has her own business and

is realising herself in a field she loves. The youngest is still studying, but she is already planning to open her own business in the future. And my granddaughter is our ray of light and a real motivator who inspires and brings joy to our home every day. We are a very friendly family, and I am infinitely grateful for that.

— What family values are most important to you?

— With today’s fast pace of life, it can sometimes be difficult to find time to communicate, but we always try to get together: sit down at the table, share news, plans and dreams. It is important for us to be able to express our thoughts and listen to each other. This creates a sense of unity and reminds us that we are not just people brought together by fate — we are a real family that will always support and help each other.

— Nataliia, what is your favourite hobby that brings you the most pleasure? What exactly attracts you to it?

— My greatest passion is knitting. I learned how to knit at school when I was about nine years old, and since then, I have always enjoyed it. At first, I knitted

for myself, just for the fun of it, because the process itself calmed and inspired me. Later, when I started a family, I had almost no time left for my hobby. There was a difficult period of burnout when I didn’t pick up my knitting needles for almost eight years. It seemed as if I had lost the desire to create. But it was during the war, when tension and sleepless nights became part of my life, that I felt the need to find an outlet. And then I returned to knitting. Starting with simple things, I gradually immersed myself deeper into the process. My eldest daughter suggested that I try something new, and I purchased a master class on making cardigans. This became a new stage: I discovered other techniques, began to experiment, and now I create items for my family with special love.

— It would be interesting to know how you feel about travelling.

— I love travelling — it is a source of inspiration, new emotions and inner renewal for me. I like discovering new places, experiencing the atmosphere of other countries and enjoying nature. I especially love sunny countries and the sea: they give me energy, positive emotions and the opportunity to relax my soul. Travel helps me switch off after stressful days, inspires new ideas and leaves me with warm memories.

— Which places have you already visited and which countries would you like to see in the future?

— I have been fortunate enough to visit many parts of Europe. I have always been fascinated by the landscapes, architecture, museums and unique atmosphere of different countries. I particularly appreciate the opportunity to experience the culture, traditions and lifestyle of the people who live in these places.

I love visiting sunny countries and the sea the most. For example, Egypt has become special to me: this country fills me with energy, helps me recharge my batteries and brings me peace. In the future, I want to visit the Baltic countries, Greece and Spain: to walk through picturesque cities, taste traditional dishes and get to know the local culture better. However, regardless of my travels, Ukraine will always remain the most valuable and dearest country to me.

— Tell us about your activities at the business centre. What areas do you cover and what are your goals in your work?

— Today, I head a company in a business centre, dealing with organisational processes, financial control and office planning.

My activities cover many areas: from personnel management and the organisation of internal processes to financial control and planning. I make sure that everything runs smoothly, clearly and efficiently, and that the team can perform their tasks in comfortable conditions.

The main goal of my work is to create a stable, reliable system where every employee knows their tasks, can develop and achieve results together with the company.

A full hall of people: Dnipro residents, guests of the city, experts, journalists, art connoisseurs... There was absolute silence and bated breath from anticipation at the start of the premiere of the incredibly unique, absolutely innovative cultural project «Psychological Theatre «Situation».

The author of the project Lyudmila Akymenko notes that she has been nurturing the idea for a very long time so that, once formed, it would incorporate extremely useful practical advice and the effectiveness of psychological assistance to people through the format of a theatrical performance.

«As a woman who has gone through a long way of her own transformations, I understand that young people who plan to create strong unions do not know how to prepare themselves for this at all. Most of them do not allow themselves to turn to experts for help. Divorce statistics tell us that we do not currently have a culture of building healthy relationships due to a lack of self-understanding and inability to communicate. For a very long time, these questions formed in me the idea of creating a project that through an interactive format would be able to help our nation, help women and men find a common language, create an atmosphere of trust, harmony, understanding and support in families. Thus, years later, the Psychological Theatre «Situation» was born, which we presented to the birthday of our city,» commented Lyudmila Akymenko.

The format of the project includes theatrical productions of a wide variety of situations faced by every person on the planet. Psychological theatre is a special form of influence on a person through creation, because theatrical art is able to perfectly manifest the inner world of

a person and change him or her.We can empower people in the light of creation to take important steps toward change. It is also about improving relationships, establishing communication, achieving understanding with others and revealing inner potential.

In addition, the psychological theatre «Situation» aims to develop the psychological direction of theatrical art. This is a completely new concept that can be effectively applied as an innovative therapeutic model. Psychologists point out that theatrical performance can be the only way to resolve difficult relationships with others in some life circumstances.

The experts with a psychological specialty reveal the topics of situations, causes and consequences and give practical advices in the project. They take their professional tools and help people see the objectivity of life’s situations. The themes of future performances will consist of real stories, which we expect to receive from you through social networks.

Due to the realities of our lives, not all Ukrainians can turn to a psychologist for help today, because this type of communication foresees openness,

which requires special courage. And this is where a theatrical performance can come to the rescue allowing the viewer to participate in a familiar situation without direct contact with a specialist, but to get the necessary answers. This interactive will give the viewer the opportunity to see a similar situation from the outside and understand how to act in order to preserve the relationship that will be discussed in the play.

The premiere of the first performance of the psychological theatre «The Situation» proved that Ukrainians today desperately need psychological help. The project’s experts answered more than a hundred questions of the guests of the event. Specialists who were presented at the project noted

that the great war further worsened the state of Ukrainians and they should be saved. They repeatedly emphasized that psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, sexologists, neurologists and coaches should consult in any life situation to support mental health. In this way, we will be able to create relationships having a good continuation and giving our nation strong unions and a healthy generation of future Ukrainians. After all, it is for them that we now choose our freedom and independence.

We thank everyone who joined us at the premiere, we are waiting for your comments on social networks and we are preparing for the new performance.

We are waiting for everyone!

Marianna Lustenko — her knowledge of hypnosis, numbers and sexology helps her not only to find the path to psychological and emotional well-being, but also to consciously influence her own life path. She is an expert in hypnotherapy, numerology and sexology. She also possesses knowledge that helps her maintain harmony and unlock potential in every area of life.

MARIANNA LUSTENKO:

«IN HYPNOTHERAPY I MET MY SHADOW SIDES AND ACCEPTED THEM»

— Mrs. Marianna, how did your journey into spirituality begin?

— My spiritual journey began long before I became aware of myself in my earthly female body. Due to the trauma of violence I experienced from the age of five, I sought a way out of a difficult psychological state that was a huge burden for me.

At the age of 17, I began to study psychology because I wanted to find answers to the questions that tormented me: why and for what purpose did violence happen to me, and how to make it less prevalent on Earth.

Since the age of 20, I have been exploring various religious traditions and have tried numerous psychological and spiritual practices. Some of them helped, but only temporarily, as the emotional impact of my experiences remained very deep.

— How does knowledge related to spirituality help you?

— Throughout the year, I underwent hypnotherapy once or even twice a week. During this time, I managed to free myself from many negative programmes and realise the causes and consequences of life situations. This is work with the subconscious, which controls us 90% of the time.

Thanks to hypnotherapy and the process of rethinking my life, it has become easier and more joyful, and I have become more aware. And this is the key to a joyful and interesting life, filled with entertainment and selfdiscovery.

— Describe your life motto in one sentence.

— Living your own life and realising your talents by fulfilling your mission and purpose is, in my opinion, the most valuable thing you can achieve.

— What were your impressions after your

first hypnotherapy session?

— After the first session, I decided to master this method, because I was impressed by the quick result and ease. A conscious choice appeared, and in practice we expanded the options.

In hypnotherapy, I met my shadow sides and accepted them. I felt that I was returning to myself, to my own essence, where purity and peace reign.

Using the Shadow as a resource and stopping hiding from the real me, subconsciously playing the roles of the Genital and Collective, is the most valuable gift for me.

After half a year of hypnotherapy, I began to study numerology and realised that thanks to this knowledge you can achieve results faster, hitting the target exactly.

— In your opinion, what is the purpose of each of us on Earth?

— The purpose of human beings on Earth is to attain a level of kindness and transcendence. However, everyone’s path is different: we each have our own “vehicle” in the form of a body and a date of birth, which determines the tasks for developing the qualities of the Soul and Spirit.

— Do you think physical pleasure is also spiritual growth?

— Studying the Kama Sutra, I understood the sequence of spiritual development on Earth and accepted that sexuality and sex are the second stage on the path to spiritual enlightenment.

When basic needs are already met, it is worth moving on to physical pleasure through total presence (Tantra). The body is a source of joy and knowledge of the palette of feelings. The most valuable thing is the moment of silence, which is essentially transcendence and a flash of enlightenment.

Psychologist Olena YEKYMENKO shares her experience working with transformational games — a modern tool that combines psychological depth and playful ease. In this interview, she explains how games can help people safely explore important inner desires, develop emotional flexibility, improve interactions with their environment, and discover new meanings. Using the example of the original games, “New Reality” and “Algorithms of Possibilities”, the expert explains why a transformational game is not just a method, but a space where change becomes natural and a step towards one’s true self.

Olena YEKYMENKO is a psychologist, writer, member of the Ukrainian Psychological Association and the International Federation of Art Therapy and Self-Realisation, facilitator of transformational games, co-author of “New Reality,” “Algorithms of Possibilities,” metaphorical-associative cards, and books.

OLENA YEKYMENKO:

“TRANSFORMATIONAL GAMES — THE PATH TO SELF-DISCOVERY”

— Ms. Olena, it is a pleasure to meet you. How can transformational games influence personal development and social skills?

— Transformational games are a gentle yet profound tool for selfdiscovery. They help people see their reactions in a safe space, feel how they interact with the world and other people. In the game, we live a small life: we make decisions, face challenges, and look for resources. This is where the true self, usually hidden behind everyday roles and social masks, is revealed. Thanks to this, people not only gain a deeper understanding of themselves, but also acquire new tools for communication, developing empathy and flexibility in interacting with others.

— How important is it to take into account the individual characteristics of participants?

— This is the basis for effective work. Each participant comes to the game with their own history, experience, and inner desires. Some want to find answers to specific questions, while others just want to see how it works. My job as a facilitator is to create an atmosphere of trust where everyone feels safe. After all, it is only when there is respect for individuality that people dare to open up. I always try to feel the rhythm of the group and at the same time support each participant individually. This is the delicate work of a facilitator — to maintain a balance between the individual and group processes.

— How does interaction with other participants affect the effectiveness of the game?

— A group in a game is a mirror in which we see ourselves from new perspectives. When people share their experiences, emotions, and observations, it enriches not only themselves but also the entire group. Often, someone else’s story provides answers to our own questions. Conflict or contradiction is also important — it allows us to work out new models of behaviour and find non-standard solutions. Thanks to this, people not only gain insights, but also integrate them into their lives. I always say that transformation does not happen in isolation, but in interaction with the people around us.

— What methods of transformational games promote psychological growth?

— The player’s personal request is always at the centre. It is this request that determines the direction of movement. Reflective pauses are very important — those moments when the participant has the opportunity to reflect on what they have seen and heard, and relate it to their own life. And the final stage is always the integration of experience: how to apply the knowledge gained in reality. In my practice, I use the original games “New Reality” and “Algorithms of Opportunities,” created together with colleagues. They are designed so that the player not only experiences an interesting story, but also makes important discoveries about themselves, sees new opportunities, and gains resources to move forward.

— How to combine learning and entertainment for the best results?

— Play has always been a natural way of learning. From childhood, we learn about the world through play, and this ability never disappears. Transformational games combine lightness and depth: participants enjoy the process while gaining valuable knowledge and experience. The atmosphere of adventure helps to overcome fears, open up to new things, and look at oneself from a different angle. As a result, a person does not just “play” but takes important steps towards their own development. It is this combination of lightness and depth that creates the unique effect of transformational games.

I wish everyone not to be afraid to get to know themselves — sincerely, boldly, and with interest. After all, even a game can become the key that opens new doors in life.

ira DYA is a certified crisis psychologist in 2024, graduated from the Private Academy of Safe Hypnotherapy in 2022. She has over three years of experience in hypnotherapy and is constantly improving her skills. In addition, she has 27 years of extensive professional experience working with people.

MIRA DYA:

«MY LIFE IS A PATH OF OVERCOMING»

- How do you choose the methods you use when working with clients?

— My choice of methods is always an individual process based on the client’s request, their condition and specific circumstances. I do not use a single universal approach, but combine different techniques to achieve the best result. In my practice, I use hypnotherapy, which helps to find hidden resources and solve problems on a deeper level.

— What impact does hypnotherapy have on clients’ psychological state and their relationships with those around them?

— Hypnotherapy is an extremely effective tool for working with the subconscious, where our deepest experiences and behavioral patterns are stored. It helps to rework negative experiences by working on several levels. Thanks to this work, clients report that their anxiety, insecurity and emotional tension disappear. They find a sense of calm, lightness,

inner freedom and harmony, which radically changes the quality of their lives.

— How will your Centre for Alternative Healing Methods differ from other similar establishments?

— Our approach is based on faith in the power of the clients themselves and on the principle of “do no harm”. We are convinced that a person is not a set of symptoms, but a holistic system capable of self-healing. We use NGM (New German Medicine), applied kinesiology, energy practices, hypnotherapy, and art therapy. We integrate this knowledge to find the root causes of problems and offer unique ways to solve them. The most important thing is to help a person achieve a state of joy, selfworth, and confidence. It is in this state that the body and immune system activate powerful selfhealing processes.

— How exactly does Taoist psychosomatic massage help restore energy balance and

emotional health?

— Taoist psychosomatic intuitive massage is based on my knowledge in the field of applied kinesiology (2019) and ancient Korean practices. In my work, I use an emotional correction technique that allows me to “rewrite” limiting emotions in trigger points to be positive primary reflexes. We find the painful area associated with a negative experience and, with the help of conscious attention, replace it with a positive experience. This contributes not only to physical healing, but also to emotional recovery.

— What goals and achievements would you like to see in the future at your healing centre?

— Our main goal is to help each person learn self-healing and create a space where they can realize that anything is possible and achievable. Awareness of one’s inner strength is the key to health and happiness, and this key is always in the hands of the people themselves.

— Mrs. Fialkora, welcome to our magazine! We would like to know what are the main challenges facing the modern world in working with internally displaced persons in the context of intercultural differences?

— One of the biggest challenges is the “atypicality” of the experience, which cannot always be fit into into systems designed for standard cases. People do not simply change their place of residence — they lose their everyday language, their circle of belonging, their sense of familiarity. Sometimes even “help” comes with pressure: adapt, be grateful, and keep quiet. But without the right to emotions, there can be no true healing.

— How do you think cross-cultural sensitivity can be developed among professionals who provide psychological assistance to refugees? Which methods are most effective?

— Intercultural sensitivity is not about ‘tolerance’; it is about being present. It is about being able to hear a person where there are no words and being

@fialkora www.fialkora.com

there with their memories, their fears, and their hopes. This is not something that can be taught in training courses, but rather through openness to accepting that your truth is not the only one. Working with those who have survived war and lost their homes, I am convinced time and again that it is not the tools that matter, but the attitude. How we look at each other, how we allow each other to be ourselves — even in the most vulnerable situations.

— In your opinion, what are the prospects for future psychological support for refugees? What new approaches might emerge in this field?

— Psychological support should not only be standardised, but also humane and flexible. In the freedom to be oneself even after an experience that has torn everything apart. These are spaces where therapy is not only about trauma, but also about strength, physicality, and new relationships with reality; where a person is not a “refugee” but a human being with their own rhythm, dignity and right to choose. Innovation only makes sense

when it serves this purpose — freedom and recovery

— Are innovative integration approaches important for the successful adaptation of forcibly displaced persons? What factors play a key role in this process?

— Those that are not only “implemented for” but created together – through listening, engagement, and honest dialogue. Communities grow not from rules but from attention.

— In conclusion, how would you define your personal mission in working with forcibly displaced persons? What values and goals inspire you in this area?

— My mission is to preserve a space for recovery and humanity and to create a sense that you are not alone. This space is not just a place to live, but something we build through words, silence, and attention. Even when we are far away, we can still be close. We cannot always bring back home. But we can create a space where life can be felt again.

Olha SYDORUK — a guide to the world of magic, esotericism and Tarot, teaches the art from scratch to master level, author of the Oracle of Life deck and ritual practices.

OLHA SYDORUK: «MYTHS AND TRUTH ABOUT TAROT: WHAT THE CARDS HIDE»

— Mrs. Olha, why do Tarot cards still evoke such conflicting emotions — from admiration to fear?

— Tarot has been surrounded by myths for many centuries. Some consider it a magical tool, others a “toy,” and some even a “devilish temptation.” But if we put aside stereotypes, it becomes clear that Tarot is primarily a language of symbols and images that help people understand themselves and their own lives.

— So Tarot is not connected with any otherworldly forces?

— No. Tarot works with the subconscious. It is this sphere that Carl Gustav Jung called the collective unconscious. The symbols on the cards resonate with the archetypes that exist in every person, which is why the readings seem so accurate. It is not a connection to an egregore or a “pact with dark forces.” Tarot is a tool for self-knowledge, selfreflection, and decision-making.

— What myths most often hinder beginners in working with cards?

— There are a few common fears:

1.Myth: “The cards won’t work without initiation.”

In fact, no “initiation” is necessary. The cards come alive in your hands, and their power lies in your consciousness and skills, not in magical rituals.

2.Myth: “Tarot leads to the egregor, and it will guide your life.” This is not true. Tarot does not tie you to any structures. It works with your internal associations and archetypes.

3.Myth: “You should only receive a deck as a gift.”

4.Myth: “Tarot opens the door to dark forces.” This fear has a religious basis. But the cards are just cardboard with pictures on them. They have no power over a person unless they allow it.

5.Myth: “A tarot reader takes on someone else’s karma and problems.” The cards only reflect the situation. A tarot reader is a conductor of information, but not a bearer of someone else’s karmic lessons.

— So how can we sum up the truth about Tarot in one sentence?

— Tarot is not magic in the dark sense, but a language of symbols through which a person can look into the depths of their own soul, better understand themselves, their path and their decisions.

obstacles. Each trip fills me with energy, new ideas, and a deep sense of joy.

— What does it mean to be an example to others by turning your dreams into reality?

with desire, determination and the right tools, you can change your reality and live a bright life.

— I work systematically: I study, develop partnership projects, participate in leadership summits, and work with mentors. I believe in the power of the team and the constant support of InCruises. The results are not only my travels, but also the achievements of my partners. Together, we are creating a business that operates legally and officially around the world, bringing people joy and financial benefits.
