24 years.

We are making leaders’ history

24 years of MILLENIUM Media Holding!

24 years is more than just a date. It is a journey through storms, challenges and changes.

We did not stop when the world stopped — neither crises, lockdowns nor blackouts became an obstacle for our team. On the contrary, it is thanks to them that we have become stronger and deeper.

From a local magazine, we have grown into a nationwide edition, and today MILLENIUM is an international platform with millions of views, its own projects, a business club, a “Book of Honour”, a video project called “Beyond Competition” and a series of special issues glorifying Ukrainian leaders around the world.

People read us, quote us, and trust us.

We tell the stories of those who are shaping the future — doctors, artists, entrepreneurs, leaders, people who inspire and hold Ukraine close to their hearts.

Today, MILLENIUM is not just a magazine.

It is a community of leaders, creators and dreamers united by their love for Ukraine and their desire for development.

It is a platform that amplifies the voice of everyone who is shaping the future.

We would like to thank everyone who has been with us over the years — our heroes, partners, authors, readers, and friends.

You are part of the great history of MILLENIUM. Ahead are new projects, international collaborations and new heights.

We would like to thank everyone who stands by us. Together, we are strength, inspiration, and the future! With love for Ukraine. With faith in light.

VITALII PRON:

“BE WITH UKRAINE — IN YOUR HEART AND IN YOUR ACTIONS”

Vitalii PRON is the founder and chairman of the board of the “Future for Ukraine” Charitable Foundation, which, from its very inception, has brought together caring people in the Czech Republic and beyond. The foundation supports Ukrainian military personnel, children and civilians affected by the war, implements humanitarian programmes and cultural projects, and acts as a representative of the Ukrainian people’s strength in unity on the international stage.

— What was your greatest achievement during this period?

— I consider the fund’s most significant achievement to be its cooperation with state institutions to help Ukraine. As a public organisation, we are actively involved in the Czech Republic’s security initiatives. One of the important milestones was our participation in NATO Days, where the fund represented Ukraine alongside state structures and international partners. We also organised several festivals in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which became memorable events and, at the same time, a reminder that the struggle continues and that everyone can make a contribution.

— The rehabilitation of military personnel and children is a very sensitive area. How do you manage to maintain your inner balance when working with such stories?

— We held a live concert in support of Ukrainian soldiers undergoing rehabilitation in the Czech Republic. Later, we launched a permanent rehabilitation programme for soldiers and children affected by Russian aggression. It is in this activity that inner balance is born — when you see the results, the smiles, the return to life. It inspires and gives you the strength to move forward.

— You have repeatedly presented Ukrainian initiatives abroad. What impressions did you take away from these meetings?

— We are constantly assembling humanitarian aid goods for the front line, providing military units with drones and necessary components, and raising funds for armoured medical vehicles

for the Ukrainian National Guard. Our international partners see the sincerity and dedication of Ukrainians to their cause, so support is only growing. The main message we are sending to the world is that Ukraine is fighting not only for itself, but for the values of the entire democratic world.

— Has your vision of Ukraine’s future and the role of the foundation changed over the past year?

— We firmly believe in Ukraine’s victory. We have many creative initiatives and projects planned to support and rebuild the country. We continue to develop areas that have been active since the beginning of our work, while also opening up new formats for assistance.

— What is the main message you would like to convey to Ukrainians and the international community today?

— Be with Ukraine — in your heart and in your actions. This appeal is addressed to everyone: Ukrainians who are helping at home or abroad, and our friends around the world who stand with us. Only together can we endure and prevail.

The editorial team would like to thank Vitalii Pron for the interview, for his faith in Ukraine, and for his daily work, which brings us closer to our shared victory.

KARINE SARKISYAN

- OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE AND INNOVATION IN MANAGEMENT

Karine Sarkisyan is a management analyst and strategic consultant whose Integrated FinancialNutritional Business Model (IFNBM) turns restaurants into reliable engines of profit and public benefit. Working across hospitality enterprises in Ukraine and the United States, she aligns unit economics with measurable health outcomes, demonstrating a management approach that strengthens margins while advancing community well-being.

An Integrated Operating System for Restaurants

IFNBM unifies cost control, menu engineering, staff training, and healthpartner workflows in one disciplined framework. Under Sarkisyan’s direction, revenue grew 295% in 18 months while maintaining roughly 20% profit margins. The same framework formalized partnerships that serve 200+ participants annually with ~90% satisfaction among partner institutions, proving that profit and purpose can scale together when managed as interdependent variables.

Protecting Community Health and the Bottom Line

Sarkisyan’s model embeds community health into day-to-day operations rather than treating it as charity. Through strategic management consulting partnerships, she applies her IFNBM methodology to optimize healthcare and educational organizations, including consulting work with hospice care providers focused on operational efficiency and patient outcomes; management analysis for autism support organizations to enhance program delivery effectiveness; and strategic consulting for tutoring centers serving children ages 1–10 to improve educational impact. Each consulting

engagement is built on clear objectives, performance measurement systems, and data collection that ties resource optimization to measurable outcomes, demonstrating how management analysis can improve service quality while strengthening operational effectiveness.

Success Built on Training and Standards

To ensure repeatable excellence, Sarkisyan implemented a 37-page training curriculum with 100% staff completion. The curriculum operationalizes cost controls, allergen protocols, communication with care teams, QA loops, and manager scorecards, compressing onboarding time while raising consistency across shifts and locations. The result is a playbook operators can lift and deploy without losing rigor.

Value for Ukraine: A Playbook for Resilience

Sarkisyan’s Ukrainian roots and work across Ukrainian hospitality enterprises give her model national relevance. In an economy where service businesses are rebuilding and modernizing, IFNBM functions as a readymade standard: a way to stabilize margins, codify training, and connect restaurants to

health and education partners with credible reporting.

From

Cross-Disciplinary Insight to Industry Standard

Technology and hospitality professionals have cited Sarkisyan’s approach for its operational intelligence and the synergy i t builds between finance and culinary arts. Media recognition, including profiles in Los Angeles Wire, California Business Journal, and Impulse of Information, reflects growing interest in methods that withstand cost shocks and labor constraints while delivering verifiable public goods, with potential applications extending beyond local communities to international markets. «In a sound system, margin and impact move together,» Sarkisyan notes. With audited growth, formal healthcare partnerships, and a training architecture that travels, her IFNBM offers Ukraine and the wider industry a disciplined template for scaling restaurants that serve communities and balance sheets in the same breath.

OKSANA MALYSH:

“IN THE RHYTHM OF CARE, ACTION AND HARMONY”

Oksana MALYSH is a specialist in medical insurance who combines business rationality with the humanity of medicine. She develops medical insurance, cooperates with international partners, and helps the Armed Forces of Ukraine and people in need of support. Her story is about the power of action, empathy, and a tireless desire to change the world for the better.

— Oksana, you work in a field where caring for people is particularly important. How do you manage to combine the business logic of insurance with the humanity required by medicine?

— In our work, it is very important to remember that behind every insurance case there is a person — with their emotions, fears and hopes. The business logic of insurance is necessary to ensure transparency, stability and responsibility in decisionmaking. But humanity is what fills this system with meaning.

Medicine teaches us to look at the situation through the eyes of the patient, to understand a person’s pain and needs. And insurance provides the tools to implement this care in a structured, timely and effective manner.

The combination of these two approaches — analytical and empathetic — allows us to create a service in which customers feel not just the fulfilment of the terms of the contract, but genuine support. And this is the essence of our mission — to help people not only financially, but also humanely.

— You collaborate with international partners. Surely, this experience opens up new horizons. What inspires you most in communicating with foreign

From the Editorial Board of MILLENIUM CLUB

partners — a different approach, values, or perhaps a philosophy of customer care?

— Working with international partners is always an opportunity to learn. It broadens our horizons: we see how processes are structured differently, how customers are treated, how transparency and trust are valued. I am inspired by the fact that in many countries, insurance is seen not just as a financial tool, but as a form of caring for people. And when these principles gradually take root in Ukraine, it gives a sense of movement forward, development, and professional growth.

— Helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine and supporting those in need is not just an action, but a state of mind. What was the inner impulse that made you realise you couldn’t stand aside?

— My history of volunteering began long before the full-scale war. As a student, I helped orphaned children — at the time, it was something very simple, but very sincere. When the ATO began and my brother was mobilised, everything became personal. It was impossible to remain on the sidelines.

That was when I first realised how important it is to simply act — even when it seems that your contribution is small. Since then, helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine and supporting

those in need has become not just something I do occasionally, but a part of my life. It is no longer about duty, but about an inner need — to be there when it is really needed.

— Sport and dance are movement, rhythm and energy. What do these activities mean to you? Are they a way to stay in shape, restore harmony or perhaps a form of meditation?

— Movement is my source of balance. In sport, I find strength and discipline; in dance, I find freedom and inspiration. It’s like a form of meditation: thoughts about work disappear, leaving only the moment, the music and the feeling of life. I can’t stand still — I need to act, to move forward like a locomotive. It is in movement that I restore harmony and recharge my batteries for new challenges.

— What dreams or goals give you the strength to move forward today — in your work, in volunteering, in life in general?

— I dream that medical insurance in Ukraine will become common practice — part of the culture of self-care. It’s not just about financial protection, but also about responsibility, awareness and confidence in the future.

Personally, I want peace, tranquillity and the ability to plan my life without fear. Helping, developing and creating are what give meaning to each day.

The editorial staff of the Millennium Media Holding sincerely thanks Oksana Malysh for her inspiring conversation, professionalism and kindness that changes the world around us. We wish her harmony, development and new achievements on the path of goodness and care.

ALONA KSENOFONTOVA:

А

A HAIRDRESSER-STYLIST WHO CREATES A

CINEMA LIFE

lona Ksenofontova is a cinematographic-level hairstylist whose work transforms hair into a living storytelling tool. She doesn’t just create hairstyles — she shapes an image that comes to life on screen, conveying the character’s personality, emotions, and inner world.

Alona began her professional career in Ukraine and Europe, where she gained extensive experience working on numerous film projects. She later moved to Hollywood to continue creating on a global level. There, she became a member of the prestigious Local 706 union — an association of film industry professionals, confirming her high level of skill and professionalism.

Working in cinema is radically different from working in a regular salon. Alona specialises in so-called “invisible haircuts” — subtle, natural and harmonious shapes that reflect the character’s image every day without disrupting the director’s vision. Every movement of the scissors is designed to make the hair look organic from any camera angle and under different lighting conditions, conveying the character’s emotions and personality.

Such haircuts allow the actor to feel natural and the viewer to believe in the story. They take into account the genre of the film, the style of the character, and the need to maintain the perfect image throughout the entire shoot, sometimes even several days in a row. Alona also works perfectly with light and hair texture, creating an effect of volume and movement that looks alive on camera.

Alona’s experience includes numerous film projects in Europe and Hollywood. She was also a judge at the Slavic Film Festival, where she evaluated the work of filmmakers and artists. The main thing in her work is not awards, but the result that comes to life on the screen: each character looks natural, organic and cinematic.

‘Cinema is not about perfect lines,’ says Alona. ‘It’s about life on screen. Every day, I make sure that the actors’ hair looks natural, conveys their character and matches the director’s vision.

This work is the art of being invisible while creating an image that reveals meaning, emotion, and style. Her method allows her to achieve maximum realism while emphasising the individuality of each character.

Today, Alona continues to work in Hollywood, setting new professional standards, passing on her experience to young stylists and influencing the development of film hairdressing. Each of her projects is a synthesis of technique,

aesthetics and a deep understanding of human psychology, transforming an ordinary haircut into an integral part of cinematic history. She works with images from various genres — from dramas and thrillers to comedies and science fiction — always adapting the hairstyle to the character, lighting and camera so that each frame looks alive and convincing.

Alona collaborates with leading studios around the world — Warner Bros., Apple TV, and Max — where her skill transforms every frame into a masterpiece of screen aesthetics. She recently completed advanced training courses in Hollywood, where she perfected her technique under the guidance of the industry’s best specialists — recognised experts in the field of film hairstyling. This experience has made her even more unique: Alona has combined Hollywood classics, New Hollywood style, European sophistication and the depth of cultural traditions. It is this synthesis of cultures, techniques and vision that makes her work recognisable, profound and vivid — telling the story not only of the character, but also of the time.

Alona Ksenofontova is recognised not only as a master of cinematic images, but also as a stylist whose creativity extends beyond the film set. Her works appear in leading editions such as L’Officiel, Marie Claire, Pump and other prestigious magazines, where they impress with their combination of artistic vision, impeccable taste and a deep understanding of contemporary beauty.

Afterword

Alona Ksenofontova is a master who is changing the rules of the game in the world of film hairdressing. She proves that a hairstyle in cinema is not just an element of beauty, but a storytelling tool that brings characters to life and makes them recognisable.

Each of her works is a character, an emotion, and a story that leaves a mark on the audience’s memory. Her name has become a symbol of talent, professionalism, and impeccable taste in Hollywood.

Alona believes that true art is not the result, but the journey. For her, every film, every meeting and every image is a story that she lives through with the characters. Her work is a way of talking about life through the language of beauty, harmony and light.

On her birthday, Mrs. Olha shares her thoughts on the past year, valuable insights and new dreams with which she enters the next stage of her life.

— Mrs. Olha, what events this year have been particularly significant for you?

— This year surprised me with the richness of events and changes. The biggest discovery was determination. Often we are stopped by doubts and the desire for an ideal result. For several years now, I have had an author’s course «Master of Diagnostics», created on the basis of scientific foundations and practical experience. But only this year did I overcome my inner

a long journey of psychotherapy, learning, and searching to reach this state. Now I can share this strength by creating training programmes and helping other professionals develop.

— What, in your opinion, is the main challenge for a modern psychotherapist?

— Personal boundaries and inner resources. After all, true psychotherapy does not happen through techniques, but through the interaction of the “wounded” personality with a more mature, resourceful one. Maintaining inner balance while developing as a person and a professional is a great challenge, which only the most dedicated can overcome.

— What plans and dreams would you like to realise in the new year of your life?

doubts and dare to launch it. And it was then that I realised: when you act with faith, your idea is awaited.

— What experience has been most valuable to you?

— It is definitely trust in life. We often know where we are going, but fear and our own prejudices hold us back. This year, I learned to listen to my reactions and trust circumstances — and that is when unexpected, magical changes occurred in both my professional and personal life.

— What helps you stay balanced?

— Balance is possible when you are in touch with yourself, understand your needs and find inspiration. I am supported by my family, my loved one, and my caring environment. This is my main resource. I once had to go through

— I am planning to launch new training courses for psychologists devoted to methods of indepth diagnosis and correction, in particular using the Symbol Drama method. This is an area that inspires both me and my colleagues. And most importantly, don’t doubt yourself.

— What message would you like to leave for those who are looking for support or just starting their journey of selfdiscovery?

— Don’t look for answers in short videos or superficial advice. This is a trap of illusions of control. The real path lies in books, deep conversations, training, and, most importantly, working with a specialist. After all, the answers are within us, in the language of our emotions, reactions, and symbols. Support should be sought where it can be given without judgement, with understanding and love.

The editorial team sincerely thanks Alena Neiman for her openness and inspiration. Her story is an example of strength, wisdom, and faith.

We wish her inexhaustible energy, new accomplishments, and continued fulfillment of her mission — to help people live to the maximum, with love for themselves and faith in a bright future.

ateryna Blazhko, founder of License Solution Consulting, assists Ukrainian beauty industry professionals in obtaining licences, confirming their education, and starting legal businesses in the United States. Her mission is to provide confidence and demonstrate that bureaucracy should not be intimidating when there is someone nearby who understands the system.

— How did the idea of helping beauty professionals abroad come about?

— My professional career has always been connected with documents and consulting, but I saw a human story behind every piece of paper.

As an immigrant, I went through this process myself and realised that the most valuable thing is to have a specialist by your side who will not only explain what to do, but also guide you step by step. That’s how my mission came about — to help specialists realise their potential legally and confidently.

I created License Solution Consulting to accompany clients from diploma analysis to business start-up. For me, each client is a separate success story, not just a set of documents.

— What barriers do Ukrainian craftsmen face?

— Most often — with language, bureaucratic and psychological issues. Many people don’t know where to start or how to confirm their education.

My job is to break down the process and show the way to a licence. My team handles translations, certifications and technical details, while I personally

accompany the client to the end result. Our goal is not just to process documents, but to give people confidence so that they can focus on their work rather than paperwork.

— How do you combine business, mission and mentoring?

— It’s not easy, but it’s natural. I remember how I started out myself, and I understand those who are now taking their first steps.

My job is not only about structure, but also about support. When I see clients obtaining licences, opening salons, and training others, it gives me strength and faith in the meaning of my work.

— Which customer stories have been most memorable?

— We accompanied one girl from translating her diploma to opening a salon in California — today she has her own team.

Another client dreamed of opening a studio — we obtained all the necessary permits, and now she not only works but also teaches courses for Ukrainian women.

Such stories show that legalisation is not bureaucracy but an opportunity to unlock potential.

— How has the attitude towards Ukrainians in the United States changed?

— Significantly. Ukrainian specialists have proven their professionalism and responsibility. They strive to work officially, adhere to standards, and pay taxes.

Now, a Ukrainian craftsman is synonymous with quality, reliability, and creativity. Americans trust our specialists because they see strength, education, and ethics in them.

— What are your plans for the future?

— I am working on a guide to licensing and starting a business in the United States, creating a programme for exam preparation and professional English.

I am also launching a comprehensive support service for salons and assistance in creating their own schools for Ukrainian masters.

My goal is to build a support system that will help Ukrainians work legally, confidently, and represent Ukraine with dignity in the world.
