Dear Friends!
On October 3rd, in our beloved capital, at the Kyiv Hotel, in the Triumphal Hall, a grand autumn gathering of the Millenium Business Club took place. The “With Ukraine in the Heart” awards ceremony was held at the highest level. Guests arrived from all over Ukraine — Kharkiv, Odesa, Lviv, Dnipro — and even from abroad: England, Poland, and Germany.
Despite the war and all the challenges we face — power outages, uncertainty — we made it happen. Because Ukrainians are an incredibly strong nation. We believe in our victory, and we continue to act, to create, and to inspire.
The atmosphere was incredibly warm and friendly. New guests, especially those visiting from abroad, were deeply impressed by the format — it was not just an award ceremony, but a thoughtfully crafted networking event. People connected, became friends and partners, and, I’m sure, discovered new opportunities for meaningful collaboration.
I am sincerely grateful to my wonderful team, to all the artists and hosts who helped create such a vibrant atmosphere and lift everyone’s spirits. A huge thank-you to our partners and to the entire team of the Kyiv Hotel Complex for their support.
Special gratitude and deepest respect to our distinguished guests — our honored friend Ivan Ivanovych Kulichenko, our devoted president Fedir Ivanovych Hryshchev, our talented performers Zinaida Chepa, Olena Palashek, Olha Ivanova, Valeriia Okhtyrchanka, and our charismatic hosts Yehor Pryshchepkin and Tetiana Savoskina. And, of course, heartfelt thanks to all the guests who joined us — despite everything.
Millenium Business Club is a place where new success stories are born — even in the most challenging times.
Until we meet again, dear friends! With respect and gratitude, Lyudmyla Akimenko

BUSINESS CLUB
Serhii STETSIUK — Honorary Consul of the Republic of Moldova in Dnipro, awarded the Order of Ivan Mazepa, investor, entrepreneur and public figure. For about twenty years, he has been combining international business, investment and social activities, and today he represents Moldova in Ukraine, focusing on the development of economic and cultural ties.
SERHII STETSIUK:
“UKRAINE AND MOLDOVA: FROM COMMON CHALLENGES TO COMMON OPPORTUNITIES”
— How did you go from business to diplomacy?
— I started out in international business, where I built partnerships with various countries, including Moldova. These relationships grew into trust. After the full-scale war began, I particularly felt the importance of serving society. I accepted the offer to become Honorary Consul as an honour and a responsibility.
— What challenges and opportunities unite Ukraine and Moldova?
— The biggest challenge is security. There are also economic difficulties and population outflow. At the same time, we are united by our European course. Candidate status for EU membership opens the way to modernisation and investment. And cultural proximity forms a genuine partnership.
— Can Dnipro become a platform for cooperation?
— Yes, Dnipro has great potential. It is an industrial and scientific centre with active business, capable of becoming a hub for investment and innovation. Its advantageous location and openness make the city a promising platform.
— What is special about the work of an Honorary Consul?
— He helps citizens, promotes economic and cultural contacts, and supports the diaspora. My work focuses on economic diplomacy and business relations. The position does not provide immunity: effectiveness depends on communication skills and performance.
— How do cultural projects strengthen dialogue?
— Culture is a universal language that brings people together faster than politics or economics. By supporting cultural initiatives, we invest in trust and shared values. It is especially important to engage young people, as they are the ones shaping the new culture of partnership.
On behalf of the editorial staff of Millenium Business Club, we would like to thank Serhii Stetsiuk for his candid conversation and significant contribution to the development of Ukrainian-Moldovan relations. Acknowledgement from the editors

he international magazine MILLENIUM CLUB is proud to introduce to its readers Iryna Odintsova — a distinguished attorney specializing in international law, PhD in Law, and Corresponding Member of the Academy of Political Sciences of Ukraine. Her career exemplifies not only the highest level of professionalism and profound expertise but also a strong sense of civic responsibility. Today, as Ukraine defines its place in the world, such personalities stand as true leaders of our time.
IRYNA ODINTSOVA
INTERNATIONAL LAW ATTORNEY, PHD IN LAW, CORRESPONDING MEMBER OF THE ACADEMY OF POLITICAL SCIENCES OF UKRAINE
– Ms. Odintsova, what was the decisive factor in your choice of the legal profession?
– From an early age, I was drawn to the very idea of justice. I understood how important it is for every individual to have the right to protection and equal opportunities. For me, choosing law was not just a professional decision, but a true calling.
– Today, you work in the field of international law. What are the main challenges facing lawyers representing clients at the international level?
– The greatest challenge is the diversity of legal systems and cultural contexts. One must navigate not only legal frameworks but also mentalities, traditions, and ethical standards. Success comes when you are able to combine international standards with the specific needs of an individual or a company.
– You hold a PhD in Law. How do you combine academic research with legal practice?
– For me, research provides the foundation, while practice is a living, ever-changing substance. Academic work teaches systematic thinking and deeper analysis, while practice allows me to apply this knowledge in real cases. This combination makes my work more meaningful and effective.
– You are a Corresponding Member of the Academy of Political Sciences of Ukraine. In your opinion, what role does law play in the development of the state and society?
– Law is the very instrument that shapes a civilized society. Without it, democracy, equality, and justice cannot exist. It is law that sets the framework within which a state
can function and evolve — and it is lawyers who must protect these boundaries.
– In your view, what distinguishes Ukrainian lawyers on the global stage?
– First and foremost, flexibility and the ability to work under crisis conditions. Ukrainian lawyers are accustomed to solving complex challenges in rapidly changing realities. This makes us competitive at the international level.
– You are actively working during a very challenging time for the country. What motivates you to stay in the profession and continue supporting the development of the legal field in Ukraine?
– I am motivated by a sense of responsibility — both to my clients and to my country. I believe that every case, every successfully defended interest of a person or a company, is a contribution to building a strong legal culture. We must remain in the profession to help Ukraine grow stronger.
– Your professional and civic activities make you a role model for many. How do you see the future of the Ukrainian legal community?
– I see it as more open to the world, more integrated into the international legal space, yet faithful to its values. Young lawyers already think globally, and this gives Ukraine a tremendous opportunity to establish itself as a country with strong legal potential.
– What is your life credo?
– To love life, to always remain true to the principles of justice, and to help people where it is most needed. For me, it is important to be an example both as a professional and as a human being.
THE EDITORIAL TEAM OF MILLENIUM CLUB SINCERELY THANKS MS. IRYNA ODINTSOVA FOR HER CANDID AND INSIGHTFUL RESPONSES. HER PATH IS AN INSPIRING EXAMPLE OF STRENGTH, PROFESSIONALISM, AND DEDICATION TO HER MISSION. WE WISH MS. ODINTSOVA NEW ACHIEVEMENTS, BROAD RECOGNITION, AND THE FULFILLMENT OF ALL HER ASPIRATIONS — FOR THE BENEFIT OF UKRAINE AND THE WORLD.
OLENA CHERHAVA: “FROM FAMILY MEDICINE TO INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION IN DENTISTRY”
Olena CHERHAVA is an international lecturer, practising doctor and the only female dentist from Ukraine who represents the profession at the highest international level. In our conversation, we discuss her path to global recognition, the balance between practice and teaching, and key trends in dentistry.
— Olena, how does the role of an international lecturer sound to you?
— First and foremost, it is professionalism. I grew up in a family of doctors, and this foundation helped me develop my own protocols. Secondly, it is culture. On the international stage, there is a special “etiquette” for communication between professors. And finally, it is responsibility. When you go on stage, you feel that your country and its flag are behind you.
— How do you manage to combine working with patients and performing?
— These areas do not compete with each other, but rather reinforce each other. Half of the time I work with patients, and the other half I teach colleagues. I lecture to students at the university and also speak at conferences on modern protocols. The main thing is to remain flexible and combine new methods with the classics.
— You are the only female dentist from Ukraine at this level. Is this a challenge or an opportunity?
— Just an opportunity. It is a chance to exchange experiences with the best doctors in the world, see how different clinics work, and get to know different cultures. I am grateful for this experience — it makes a doctor’s life as interesting as possible.
— What was the key to your international success?
— It all started with my work on social media, which received feedback from the global community. But it is important to have energy, love the stage, and be able to teach sincerely. This is what brought me to Europe, Asia, America, and the Middle East. And repeated invitations confirm that the job has been done 100%.
— What are the most pressing issues in dentistry today?
— Firstly, individualised treatment. Standard protocols are taking a back seat. Secondly, teamwork and multidisciplinarity. And thirdly, the use of artificial intelligence. This is already a reality, helping to diagnose more accurately and predict outcomes.

MARIIA NABOKA: “HACCP: FROM LEGAL REQUIREMENTS TO A CULTURE OF SUCCESS”
Мariia NABOKA is a food safety expert and consultant on the implementation of the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) system. She has many years of experience working in the State Food and Consumer Service, knows well how control works from the inside, and now helps businesses avoid risks and fines. Her goal is to make HACCP not a formality, but an effective tool for development. In this conversation, Mrs. Mariia shares her experience; talks about typical mistakes made by entrepreneurs, and explains why success in this field depends on people.
— You worked at the State Food and Consumer Service for some time. What experience did you gain there and how is it useful now?
— Working in the service showed me that the legislation is clearly written, but businesses lack clear tools for implementation. I know what inspectors pay attention to and which documents raise doubts. Today, I use this experience to help entrepreneurs avoid risks and fines.
— Which steps in implementing the HACCP system do you consider the most difficult?
— The hardest part is creating a system from scratch: identifying hazards, critical points, and creating working documentation. It is equally important to change the mindset of the staff. The system cannot remain only on paper; it must be implemented on a daily basis.
— Why is it important for businesses to comply with Ukrainian
Acknowledgement from the editors
and European standards?
— Food safety is a competitive advantage. EU standards open up access to international markets, increase consumer confidence and reduce the risk of crises that can cost businesses significantly more.
— What mistakes do entrepreneurs encounter most often?
— Most often, businesses limit themselves to template documents without adaptation. Problems also arise with traceability: when there is no clear link from the supplier to the final product. This can only be solved through a “live” system with monitoring logs and internal audits.
— HACCP is often perceived as documentation. But what is most important to you in this system?
— The most important thing is people. If employees understand why they follow the rules and feel responsibility, the system works. That is why I always emphasise the importance of involving all staff. HACCP is a culture, not just folders in an office.
We sincerely thank Mrs. Mariia for the conversation. Her experience and advice are an important guide for businesses in implementing a culture of food safety.

MYKHAILO TANASIENKO: “TIME DOESN'T COME — IT JUST PASSES. THAT'S WHY BUSINESS MUST ALWAYS KEEP WORKING.”
ykhailo TANASIIENKO is the co-founder of the marketing agency Svitlo Agency (Kyiv). Despite the realities of war, he not only retained his faith in development, but also launched his own business. In a candid conversation, he shares his experience, challenges, and his philosophy of entrepreneurship.
— What was the main impetus for starting your own business during the war?
— In February 2022, I moved to another digital agency as commercial director. The commercial department was completely retired, and it had to be built from scratch. Eight months later, despite blackouts, business closures and communication disruptions, the department in the B2B segment ensured a turnover of one million hryvnias in initial payments — three times more than the company had earned before the war. The impetus for starting my own business was the owner’s reaction: “One million is not enough, we need two.”
— What were the main challenges you faced at the start?
— The biggest challenge is recruiting staff. I hire men for the sales department, but they rarely come to the office. That’s why we work remotely, although I am convinced that an office environment yields better results thanks to synergy and competitive spirit.
— Has your business strategy changed due to the realities of war?
— We build our business through the prism of results for the client. If the client earns money thanks to us, they will never leave. We have also developed a clear reporting and planning system that transforms SEO promotion from “magic” into a sequence of understandable actions.
— How do you manage to motivate your team today?
— I work with people who don’t need to be specially motivated. We have created conditions where everyone can realise their potential. I wrote the motivation system for the sales department as I would for myself, so interviews and work happen naturally.
— What are the prospects for Ukrainian business development after the victory?
— I am convinced that business should always operate and not wait for ‘better times.’ Time does not come — it passes. Those who work today will become market leaders after victory. Our company is the one that brings websites to the top of Google and Gemini and ChatGPT recommendations. If your resource is not there, does your business have a future?

The editorial staff of the Millennium media holding would like to thank Mykhailo Tanasiienko for his candid conversation and example of business development even in the most difficult times.
— How did you take your first steps in SEO, and what was the deciding factor in choosing this profession?
— My journey into digital began with the creation of a website development company, mainly for online stores. It wasn’t enough for clients to just have a website — they wanted traffic and sales. That’s when I got into SEO. Later, I became a co-owner of a large SEO company, where I gained experience working with different markets and large-scale projects. This gave me an understanding that SEO is a complex and strategic activity that can really change a business.
— What personal principles and values have shaped your style of managing the agency?
— Transparency, responsibility and strategic thinking became the foundation. I am not a fan of “grey SEO” or promises of quick results. We always explain to the client what we are doing and why, and we take responsibility for the result. It is important for me to build relationships that last for years, not months.
— How do you form the “Svitlo” team and what traits do you consider key for SEO specialists?
— I select my team so that everyone shares our philosophy — to create projects we can be proud of. The most important qualities for an SEO specialist are curiosity, analytical skills, and the ability to

learn quickly. Google is constantly changing, so without these traits, it is impossible to stay at the top. And one more thing — honesty. There are no magic buttons in SEO, only systematic work.
— How do you think the SEO market will change in the coming years with the advent of artificial intelligence and new platforms?
— AI is already transforming search. Users receive answers through chatbots and overview systems, not just through classic Google.
SEO will expand: optimisation for AI platforms, competent data structuring, creation of content that is understandable to people and algorithms. But the foundation will remain the same — a high-quality website, relevant content, and technical infrastructure.
— What role can Ukrainian specialists and businesses play in shaping the global digital marketing market?
— Ukrainian specialists have long established themselves in the world thanks to their flexibility and technical expertise. We are used to working in rapidly changing conditions and have a good feel for international markets. I am confident that Ukrainian agencies are capable not only of competing, but also of setting trends on a global level.
The editorial staff of Millennium Media Holding would like to express their sincere gratitude to Illia Zamryka for his candid interview and interesting insights into the current state of digital technology and the future of SEO.
NADIIA KUBRAK — WITH UKRAINE IN HER HEART!
We are currently experiencing challenging times, and the strength and resilience of our economy largely depend on the effectiveness of small and medium-sized businesses. Consulting activities provide significant support for their development. An expert in this field, a person who guides and inspires small and medium-sized businesses, is Associate Professor of the Department of Marketing at the S.Z. Hzhytskii Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnologies, PhD in Economics, member of the National Platform “Women in Business” and the All-Ukrainian Marketing Association, author of the book “The Potential of Elasticity in Increasing Competitiveness of Industrial Enterprises” — Nadiia KUBRAK
— Mrs. Nadiia, we are very pleased and interested to communicate with you in our magazine. A person who can give the right direction for the development of small and medium-sized businesses is always interesting and very necessary for the country’s economy! How did your journey into the world of economics begin?
— I studied at the S.Z. Hzhytskii Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology, where I fell in love with economics. Then, together with a group of like-minded people, I stood at the origins of the creation of a separate economics faculty at my alma mater, which, as a result of fruitful work, grew into the Faculty of Management, Business and Public Administration. But I understood that any scientific or educational work should be the basis for effective practical activity. Therefore, I began to advise small and medium-sized businesses on marketing issues. I continue to actively and fruitfully engage in this work today.
— What has changed in your life since the full-scale invasion?
— When the full-scale invasion of Ukraine began, I received an invitation to work at one of London’s leading colleges. But I categorically refused because, as pathetic as it may sound, Ukraine

is above all else for me! I can travel to scientific forums and on business trips, but I only want to live on my native soil!
— What about cooperation with other countries? Does it exist?
— Yes, definitely! I actively promote my native country on the international stage, especially after I realised that people abroad knew little about Ukraine and did not feel or imagine its greatness and potential for development. So I saw my mission as actively promoting its culture and values. To date, I have provided dozens of libraries in the United Kingdom with books about Ukraine, its cultural heritage, architectural monuments, and thematic paintings. In addition, I believe it is necessary to convey to foreigners the truth about the horrors of war and the uniqueness and value of my native Ukraine!
— Mrs. Nadiia, what would you like to wish our readers?
— I wish the readers of Millennium magazine and all Ukrainians in general, strength, inspiration, and a speedy Victory! And may you always carry Ukraine in your hearts.
The editorial staff of the Millennium media holding sincerely thanks Mrs. Nadiia Kubrak for this warm and meaningful conversation. Her words are a reminder of the power of love for our native land, which inspires and supports even in the most difficult times.
