RTR. ANURAG PATWARY

MESSAGE FROM DISTRICT ROTARACT REPRESENTATIVE R.I DISTRICT 3190 Greetings! The Rotary Year has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride for all of us. From conceptualizing one-of-a-kind initiatives to implementing magnificent projects, I can confidently say RaC MES has grown exponentially into a better version of itself. It has been truly gratifying to witness the continuous progress of RaC MES striving to learn more, achieve more and serve society more! It is also noteworthy to mention the broad spectrum of avenues and areas of focus that’ve been addressed through your meaningful collaborations and projects. To build an engaging team is one thing, but to work closely together for an entire year, learning from and inspiring each other while functioning optimally, is truly commendable, and you have beautifully pulled it off. Let’s remember that it’s not necessarily the number of hours spent together that count, but the friendships & connections we’ve made along the way.

RaC MES has achieved a lot this year including multiple recognitions and highest membership recognition. From amazing projects of Community and Club Service projects to taking steps forward in Professional Development and International Service, the club has grown drastically. As we pass on the baton of responsibility to the upcoming team, let’s keep in mind that the spirit of Rotaraction can never be extinguished- I look forward to seeing the same passion, activism and enthusiasm displayed by you and your team even in the years to come. As the famous saying goes, “The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, compassionate and serve society to our fullest capacity.” I heartily congratulate the entire team of RaC MES for not letting the hurdles dampen your enthusiasm and resolve, to make a difference in the World. You’ve truly set a mark for yourself and have become not just better Rotaractors, but also better human beings. Lets us explore the Prism of Possibilities!

MESSAGE FROM SECRETARY, MES RaC Greetings Dear Rotaractors, It certainly feels very recent when we were handed the baton of a well performing club, it was a moment of great joy but added responsibility too to keep the successful image of the club constant. With changing times, came unforeseen challenges, which stood as barriers in the smooth flow of the activities, but we successfully scaled through them and here we are standing tall at the end of our Rota Journey 2021-22 with 120+ projects, 5 letterhead exchanges, a twin club agreement, 3 platinum recognitions, 1 gold recognition, club with highest membership and with endless memories and learning in our bag.

The journey was hard and that is what makes this memorable, this year has developed me as a leader, as an individual at all capacities, it has brought together my managing and controlling skills and this is what Rotaract promises, a promise of all round development of us and through us. I would like to thank the district team, the entire team of our club, our members and our spectators who kept us going and I wish the upcoming team great luck and positivity as they continue to do what's left. 09 A joint initiative with the RaC of Swoyambhu, Nepal, R.I District 3292 on the occasion of World Environment Day to plant saplings at home. This project was a result of the Twin Club Agreement that was signed between the clubs on the 1st of June, 2022. This project enables the Rotaractors to plant saplings at the comfort of their homes in pots or their backyards, this thereby enables them to look after the plant closely throughout its growth cycle and therefore ensure yield and health of the plant. A small step towards bettering the surroundings we live in, not just adds a plant to the environment but also adds a sense of responsibility on us to keep that plant living, therefore it arises a responsibility towards all the other plants in this environment and we end up building a community of responsible and concerned people. Several Rotaractors from both the clubs successfully installed a new plant to their home and therefore contributed towards a very important cause of preserving the vital part of our life, the environment. About 15 saplings were planted by the Rotaractors and joined hands in this beautiful project.

HASNA SEEKHO

Hasna seekho.. Agar khush rehna chahte ho, toh hasna seekho. Agar kaamyaab banna chahte ho, toh girna seekho. Agar sacchai ki talab chahte ho, toh emaandaar banna seekho. Dukh dard sab zindagi ke woh pahalu hai, jahan hum toot jaate hai, bikhar jaate hai, Magar phirse khade hokar kuch kar dikhaane ka mahatva seekho. Hasi, khushi, dosti, pyaar ki ehamiyat seekho Agar khush rehna chahte ho, toh hasna seekho.

Why do I feel that I'm always lost? Why can't I bring myself back at any cost ? Why is there no one that I can trust? Why my life doesn't shine, but only rust? Why is that I'm drowned into a sea? Why is there no one who can bring me up, but only me? Why there is only loneliness in my life? Why does it feel like getting stabbed by knife? Why all the memories give me pain? Why everyone hurts me, what do they gain? Why does my tears mix with rain? Why all my plans to be happy goes in vain? Why I feel what everyone tell is a lie? Why can't I forget everything and just fly? Why there is no one around me to care? Why it's always a reverse gear? Why do I get the real smile very rare? Why can't everyone just stop to compare? Why are the pains not taken away by the breeze? Why there is no one to stick like a grease? Why can't my life be anything else but only cry? Why there are no answers to my questions why? Why? Why?
