02 DRR Rtr. Anurag Patwary Hello Readers of The Aikya! It's always a delight to address Rotaractors of the Rotaract Club of MES College once again, to look back at the wonderful work done in the past month for the Rotaract movement. We know that April was a hectic month, with most of your exams being scheduled, and we hope that you all have given your best. Nevertheless, MES Rotaract Club still persevered, we were extremely happy to still see you all at Namma Conference in good numbers, actively contributing to the event. We hope all the delegates saw the grandeur of Rotaract and what it has to offer to all of us. Of course, your significant contribution to the Zonal Roll Call is highly appreciated by the District Team, especially your ZRRs, as it truly made Zone Violet's roll call all the more vibrant. We are also happy to see the Club bounce back in action as soon as the exams were over with a meeting with the Team, expanding your connections beyond the borders with a virtual Letterhead Exchange and joint Meeting with the Rotaractors of Nepal. Hope to see this bond continue with a potential Twin Club agreement that will strengthen this friendship. RotaCamp is the perfect post-exam relaxation we feel the Members need, we encourage you all to be a part of this life-changing experience which will truly help you make friends and memories to cherish. On this note, we wish you the best for all the last two months, make it count! Looking forward to much more fabulous work by the Club. Greetings! We are super-proud to share the April journey of RaCMES! This month was all about building metworks! The Virtual letterhead exchange with RID 3282 marked the first ever international letterhead excgange of RACMES!

Virtual Letterhead Exchange with RaC Chittagong, Bangladesh

Virtual Letterhead Exchange with Rotaract Club of Chittagong, Bangladesh, R.I District 3282. The international service project included a virtual letterhead exchange with the Rotaract Club of Chittagong, Bangladesh, R.I District - 3282. This marked the first ever International letterhead exchange in the history of the MES Rotaract Club, it came with continuous trials towards finding a prospective club that wished to build a relationship over borders to render the services. With this letterhead exchange, the two clubs have also agreed to bound towards various activities and meetings with each other, in order to understand the different places better and exchange cultures and make use of manpower and material resources towards serving the society. The various meetings and joint initiatives are underway and soon to take action if all the circumstances favour the cause. This clearly has shown how efficiently this organisation serves towards building networks and joining hands breaking all boundaries to serve the society and its people.

Core Team Meeting With RaC Swoyambhu, Nepal Core team meeting with Rotaract Club of Swoyambhu, Nepal, R.I District - 3292 ahead of the virtual letterhead exchange with the club, focused upon building a long term relationship with the club. A core team meeting with the Rotaract Club of Swoyambhu, Nepal, R.I District 3292 was held on the 30th of April, 2022 , online involving the International Service Director, Presidents of both the respective clubs. The meeting was called ahead of the virtual letterhead exchange with the club. The meeting aimed at learning, networking and development. We were able to learn about history and functioning of the club and also share with them the functionality and various protocols of our club and the district. This meet focused on important future prospects of our relationship with the body, from learning about basic history and practices of the clubs to various procedures followed in forming a long term serving bond between the club. The meeting helped the core team members learn how to schedule a meeting with the members of the club and most importantly establishing a twin club agreement and functioning of district criteria so the step taken today can continue to create an impact in the near future and beyond.
