The 7th installation of the Board of Directors for the year 2021-22 happened on the 6th of

New Delhi Bangalore
Our first letterhead exchange happened on the 25th of August, 2021 with the Rotaract Club of Capital City, New Delhi, RID 3012 as we excelled one more step in the International Service Avenue. The discussions were held with the President, Secretary and ISD of the partner club regarding the ways of commencement of the Letterhead Exchange. We were extremely glad to learn about their district norms and guidelines for projects. We exchanged ideas and suggestions and moved a step ahead by extending hand of friendship and support for the projects in the near future.

Jamnagar Bangalore
This letterhead exchange was an effect of the fellowship program initiated by the ISD Team of the District 3190 which brought together clubs of the district who were interested in exchanging their letterheads and establishing a relationship between the Rotaract Club of Jamnagar, RID - 3060. This project was scheduled on the 28th of August at 11 AM at the Orion Mall, Rajajinagar, Bangalore. The leaders of various clubs with aspiration of building and creating network assembled here for the same.

EK ADHURA LAKSHYA An informative speaker session focussed on women empowerment hosted by RAC VIIT RID 3131 & RAC Delhi Femina RID 3011 and Co-Hosted by MES Rotaract Club with 6 other Rotaract Clubs. The guest speaker concluded the session by
answering few questions from the audience and then the session was concluded with the vote of thanks.
08 This was followed by sharing some views on women empowerment by the audience and a small activity. The next part of the meeting was taken over by the guest speaker and she covered the following points · Equality · Personal women empowerment · Empowerment outside comfort zone · Career and settling empowerment · Respect and sisterhood · Equal empowerment of the genders
A women with a voice, is by definition a strong women. The event was organized by Rotaract Club of Delhi Femina, RID 3011 and Rotaract Club of VIIT, RID 3131. This was a women empowering themed event addressed by Rtr. Aishwarya who is an advocate. She shared some of her thoughts in empowering women in different fields and explained a proper idea about empowering women. The event started off with the introduction to the audience by Rtr. Swaraj sanskriti Singh and then the four way test was conducted by the sergeant.

वह पहली बा रश। जब पूरा आसमान बादल से छाया था, मेरे दल...मेरे दल म एक दर समय था। यह हवा अपना ख मोड़ कर इन प को सरसरते ए हम म समा जाती है, बजली क गज से बा रश क वो पहली बूंद इस डरती को एक नए खुशबू से महका जाती है। बा रश क इन बूंद का वो पहला एहसास, गीली म क खुशबू और एक गहरी सांस, मन को बहला दे ती थी। इन बरसते ए बूंद म कुछ ल ज़ छु पे है, जो राहत दे जाती है। वो पहली बा रश है जो इस जहां क खूबसूरती का एहसास दलाती है।
