KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS January 1, 2021 – May 1, 2021 The Club introduced the Humm® feedback surveys in January 2021. It is our goal to exceed our Simple Truth: Great People Make Favorite Places by providing impeccable service during each and every visit to the Club. The Humm® platform has provided us with live data of your feedback and overall Club experience, including experiences that may not have met your expectations, which we can learn from and improve on. In the past four months, our membership completed the Food and Beverage survey a total of 1,647 times with an overall score of 97.01%. In addition to providing us with live feedback and overall member sentiment, the Humm® platform also helped us meet our vision of the Simple Truth by tracking staff performance, which has enhanced our meetings, training, performance reviews, and goal settings. The survey questions include
server and manager presence and attentiveness, experience with the hostess upon arrival, menu variety, and food quality. The Club has deployed the Humm® software at our golf and Five Farms racquets facilities, which will help us gather data about members’ experiences with course conditions, Practice Facilities, Pace of Play, and staff. Please take the time to provide your feedback at the end of your dining, golf, or racquets experience. The Club will also introduce the Humm® software at our fitness and aquatics facilities by early June. ◆
