• Pool reservations are NOT required this year. Walk-ins are welcome

• All members ages 8 and up are required to present their

BCC member key card at the Pool Front Desk. If you have misplaced your key card, the Club will create a new one at no charge before your next pool visit • Children under the age of 14 will not be permitted to visit the pool without proper supervision • Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times. Children ages 14 and over will be permitted to assume the responsibility of a younger sibling • Members cannot be responsible for other member’s children • Diapers will NOT be permitted in the leisure pool at this time • Individual swim lessons are permitted. Emilie Combs at aquaticsdirector@bcc1898.com for more information • The Club cannot guarantee a lounge chair for everyone in your party. Lounge chairs will be available on a first come, first served basis

• Members and guests may not reserve lounge chairs with their belongings and leave the Pool Complex to partake in another activity. All belongings such as towels or bags will be removed after one hour and returned to the Pool

Pool Guest Policy

• Pool Guest Fee (Ages 4 & up): $12 per person

• Pre-registration Required: All guests must be pre-registered with our Welcome House staff. To register, email Security at security@bcc1898.com and include the guest’s name and date of visit • Guests are permitted Monday through Friday

• Guests are NOT permitted on holiday weekends (includes

Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day Club Events at the pool)

• ONLY guests of family members will be permitted Saturdays and Sundays (excluding holiday weekends) • A guest is permitted to be entertained at the Club twice per month (excluding Club Events) by any member • Au Pairs and babysitters ages 14+ will be permitted with an Au

Pair guest card • All guests must be accompanied by a member, except in the case of a guest with guest card privileges. Members may only bring one guest per pool-attending family member. To request a guest card, please contact our Membership Department at membership@bcc1898.com
