Forbes Best Large Employers (360 out of 500)

For the second consecutive year, Medline has been named to the Forbes “America’s Best Large Employers” list, this year moving to the 360 spot, up from 440 in 2021. The 2022 list was chosen based on survey results from more than 60,000 employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people in the U.S. Employees were anonymously asked to rank their company based on working conditions, salary potential, company image and other attributes. Respondents also were asked to identify and recommend other companies within their industry. The 500 “Best Large Employers” were chosen from more than 3,500 companies under consideration.

Forbes America’s Best Employers for Women

Ranking 28th out of 400 companies recognized for “leading the way when it comes to trying to support women inside and outside their workforces”, Medline has been named to Forbes 2022 list of America’s Best Employers for Women.

“The Covid-19 pandemic has disproportionately affected women around the nation,” according to Forbes. The list was compiled based on independent survey results covering general topics such as “willingness to recommend,” as well as “topics relevant for women,” including parental leave, discrimination, representation of women and career equity.
