Taft Pool Update & Changes for Season
The Taft House pool was closed before the end of the 2021 season due to concerns related to leaks and construction defects. The Board of Governors has made the difficult decision to keep the Taft pool closed for the 2023 season. To address capacity concerns, we have made the following changes:
Safety breaks will be 15 minutes every 2 hours: 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm. Morning lap swim is 7 days a week from 8:00am to 9:30am. Due to capacity concerns, only Meadows Neighborhood Company (MNC) residents and their guests will be allowed to utilize the pool facilities. Meadows Community Association (MCA) and MNC Luxury Apartment fobs will not be sold in 2023. Resident's will be allowed for 4 daily guest passes, and bring up to 40 guests per season. There is a $5 fee for guests (cash, card, & check accepted at silo).
