A Firewise Fourth Our Association has been hard at work implementing important Firewise measures across the neighborhood—steps that not only enhance curb appeal but also significantly reduce fire risk to homes and open spaces. One of our major focuses this season has been tree trimming and canopy management. By thinning overgrown forestry areas and removing low-hanging or uneven canopies, we’re making great strides toward creating a more resilient and fire-aware landscape. Recent Work Highlights: Harris Grove: Trimmed canopies on 117 pine trees and cleared branches away from roads, walkways, and light poles Cherokee Drive: 14 trees trimmed Patina: Forestry area trees, shrubs, and brush removal Starling Hill & Plainsong: Cleared vegetation near MNC fences The Grange: Tree trimming near the pool deck, building, and along roadway These measures are just one part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe, thriving neighborhood!
