Brisbane Roma Street Parkland Enchanted Garden a light treat

A spectacle that mesmerises young and old with the eye catching display of lights put up in the gardens of Roma street parkland has become brisbane’s most attrative venue to visit at night. The Enchanted Garden has a crystal theme this year and it is an extremely creative display of lights, colour,flowers, plants and trees. All

pieces are very eye pleasing however a few definitely catch your eye one of them being the Crystal centrepiece in the Spectacle Garden at Roma Street Parkland. The starry night paintings on the footpaths makes you feel as though you are walking through the painting and transposing into a different world. The Enchanted Garden trail is almost one kilometre in length and takes about 30-40 minutes to complete but visitors often explore it at their leisure. Although there are no steps throughout the pathways, it is best to wear comfortable shoes for gradual inclines and declines.

Roma Street Parkland is a spectacular oasis in the heart of Brisbane with designer gardens, ornamental lakes, lush lawns and walking trails set within 16 hectares of parklands. A short stroll from Brisbane’s CBD, it is a favourite destination among visitors, residents and nearby city workers for its year-round calendar of events, free barbeques, playgrounds and stunning surrounds.

One of the favorites especially recommended are the Bischoff gelato, Koren Food and poffertjes.

The Enchanted garden Display was open nightly from 6:30pm to 10pm until 20 December. There were lots of multicultural Food trucks located on Celebration Lawn.
