Construction Inclusion Week (CIW) is Oct. 13-17. This year, we are asking that you place your swag orders through the National CIW Swag Shop. On the website you’ll have a variety of items you can choose from branded with CIW logo. For co-branded items, look at options under the “CoBranded Items” tab. There is still time to achieve gold status or higher in Vitality by Sept. 30. If you are enrolled in our medical plans, you can reduce your annual premiums by $400 for yourself — and an additional $400 if your spouse/ domestic partner is also enrolled in the medical plan. Boost your points by completing the Health Assessment, biometric screening, and doing the Go for Gold Challenge on Vitality. CMiC is Now Live
CMiC launched on Sept. 9. For support, get quick answers to questions by using the CMiC Glean Agent. Ask Super Users questions in Teams Workrooms. Find all CMiC go-live resources in the CMiC ERP Intranet Page. Sign up for Demo Sessions on five topics and receive a calendar invite on the CMiC Training and Technology page. Employees celebrating a service award this year will receive a newly designed award, displaying distinctive icons that represent past and current career milestones. Each employer presents the award to its employees, following a consistent format that honors service in a meaningful, inclusive way for both salaried and craft employees, while reflecting the logo of their company. New gift selections and acknowledgements have also been introduced to honor your career journey every five years. Read more on the Intranet.

Built with data privacy in mind, Glean adheres to your file sharing permissions, preventing confidential files from being unintentionally shared. Thursday — Journey/Adventure Gear: For the meeting, dress the part and gear up in some of your best adventure/ journey gear. Maybe that’s a character like Captain Jack Sparrow, Dora the Explorer, Indiana Jones or a space traveler, but this is also a chance to break out your favorite hiking, camping or touristy kinda gear! Your call, but make it fun!

Everyone getting flu shots at Fall Seminar will be entered into a raffle for a gift card through the Vitality platform. No pre-registration required; stop by the wellness table to sign up for your flu vaccine and enter the raffle!!
After the meeting, join your partners for a Happy Camper Happy Hour full of games and fun raffle prizes — including camping chairs, a kayak, a survival kit, outdoor gear and much more. You don’t want to miss this! Appetizers and refreshments provided.
