CMiC First Weeks in System and New Forecasting Training
Review the latest CMiC Intranet story on the first weeks in the new system. New CMiC Forecasting (formerly known as Profit Projections) training courses are now available in SuccessFactors with two weeks for completion by assistant project managers, project managers, project directors, VP Ops and above and Regional Finance.
Forecasting in the CMiC system will open Oct. 6.

Celebrating Employee Ownership this October!
October is National Employee Ownership
Month. We will join thousands of individuals and companies across the nation who also proudly display the pride, responsibility, and financial benefit that come with being an employee-owner. The first Wednesday in October marks the official day for McCarthy Holdings and its subsidiaries to celebrate with local activities, in addition to optional activities and resources throughout the month available for partners. Enrollment is Oct. 28-Nov. 12
This is the one time of year to enroll or make changes to your employee benefits, without a qualifying event. As a reminder, you must re-elect your HSA or FSA contributions for 2026, but all your other elections will roll over to 2026 if you choose not to make changes. Look out for 2026 Open Enrollment highlights this month.
Glean: Thinking Mode
At the end of October, Glean Assistant will offer two powerful modes to match your workflow needs: Thinking Mode for thorough, in-depth responses that require more processing time, and Fast Mode for quicker answers. Thinking Mode helps you with complex questions by employing adaptive reasoning and analysis to find the best answer, all powered by the advanced GPT-5 technology. The $534 million Hard Rock Hotel renovation in Las Vegas was a key driver of the largest July sales month in the history of MBC. The $1.17 billion sales total in July marked the third billion-dollar sales month in 2025. Read more on the Intranet

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Corporate MHI Fall Seminar in St. Louis. Each year, Fall Seminar presents a meaningful and important opportunity to discuss and share an update on all entities’ performance and MHI’s role in supporting the construction business through our goals. This year we discussed topics like:
• The new Mission Critical national business centered around data centers with its organizational structure and plans for growth
• We got a look at Vision 2028 - our three-year strategic plan. Vision 2028 describes what the business needs to implement in order to achieve the financial goal of 20% growth year-over-year. The plan is rooted in the Strategic Map - the fundamental strategy for the business includes three imperatives (Unify, Simplify and Amplify) and three key enabling investments (AI, Anchor Center and OS2) were revealed.
