Fall Seminar Meeting: The 2025 McCarthy Holdings, Inc. Corporate Fall Seminar will once again be held at River City Casino in St. Louis. Join us for a full day of learning, bonding and celebrating as one MHI Corporate team. Tentative schedule - Doors open at 8:30 a.m. CDT., 9 a.m. CDT start time.

Happy Hour (following meeting approx. 3 - 5 p.m.): After the meeting, join your partners for a happy hour full of fun raffle prizes, like a camping chair, and games. You don’t want to miss this!

Flu Shots: McCarthy will offer flu shots 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. during Fall Seminar to help you stay well. Denise Jackson joined McCarthy Holdings in April 2025 as an Executive Assistant in the Risk Management Department. She is from St. Louis and attended Fontbonne University.

Fun Facts -Among Denise’s interests are planning trips and fun activities along with hiking trails. The best concert she’s seen is Carrie Underwood and her first job was working in a doughnut shop at age 15. If Denise had a walk-up song, she’d be “Walking on Sunshine” with Katrina and the Waves.

Jill Owens joined the Risk Management Department in May 2025 as a Senior Claims Manager. She grew up in Bowling Green, Missouri and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Missouri.

Fun Facts - Jill is never too far away from a book since she reads at least 40 of them a year. She cannot live without the Google Maps app and the last show she binge-watched was The Handmaid’s Tale. Her unique first job was working at a potpourri factory, where she tied twine bows on hundreds of bags of potpourri each day. Jill’s walk-up song would be “Good as Hell” by Lizzo and her favorite concert was seeing Billie Eilish at Chicago’s United Center.

Zach Fritz joined McCarthy Holdings in May 2025 as a Senior Tax Accountant in Financial Reporting. The pride of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa obtained a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri (Go Tigers!).

Fun Facts - During high school, Zach worked at Six Flags in St. Louis. The last show he binge-watched was The Wire and he enjoyed being on skiing and golfing trips with his father and brothers. Zach has definitely been to Margaritaville since his favorite concert was Jimmy Buffett. The app he can’t live without is Audible.

Stacey Stulce joined Corporate Accounting in May 2025 as an Accounts Payable Coordinator I. Stacey grew up in St. Louis and attended St. Charles (Mo.) Community College.

Fun Facts - Stacey enjoys spending her weekends in scenic Hermann, Missouri and the app she cannot live without is TikTok. The best concert she attended was Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa and the last show she binge-watched was Dateline. Stacey also has a restaurant background since her first job was at Applebee’s.

In May 2025, Conner Nichols joined McCarthy Holdings as a Financial Reporting Manager. He grew up in the St. Louis suburb of Ballwin, Missouri, and earned a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Missouri.

Fun Facts - Conner enjoys Mizzou Tigers sports, golfing and snowboarding. His favorite concert was getting to see Dead & Company at The Sphere in Las Vegas and if he had a walk-up song, Conner is entering the room to “Country Grammar” by the STL’s own Nelly. He broke into the working world by mowing lawns.

Julian Gutierrez joined the Workforce and Community Engagement team in May 2025 as a Workforce and Community Engagement Manager. The pride of Waterbury, Connecticut has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from New York University.

Fun Facts - Among Julian’s many interests are Marvel & DC comic books, video games, karaoke nights and becoming a voiceover artist. The app he cannot live without is Disney+ and the last show he binge-watched was Andor. Julian’s first job was retail associate at a Catholic school uniform store and he was fortunate to recently see Kylie Minogue’s “Tension Tour” concert. His walk-up song would be “Murder on the Dancefloor” by Sophie Ellis-Bextor.

Karen Davis joined the Risk Management Department in May 2025 as Regional Director, Southern Region. A native Texan, she is a University of North Texas graduate from Garland, Texas.

Fun Facts - Karen enjoys riding her Harley-Davidson to historic sites and smalltown restaurants on the weekends. She plans to have an apiary soon, so learns more by attending beekeeping webinars and following Texas beekeepers on social media. Karen cannot live without her Amazon Music app and during high school was a part-time accounting assistant for a wire supplier. Her favorite concert was seeing Train at a small venue in San Francisco.

Ryan Soltes joined the Innovation Department in May 2025 as Innovation Senior Analyst. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Psychology with a leadership concentration — both from Azusa Pacific University. His hometown is Irvine, California.

Fun Facts - Among Ryan’s interests are international travel and beach volleyball and he also considers himself an “armchair foodie.” The last show he bingedwatched was Day of the Jackal and he really enjoys using the Sleeper app for all things sports. Ryan’s first job was working as a camp counselor and his favorite concert was seeing Bon Iver at the YouTube Theater.

Logan Wise joined the IT team in May 2025 as a Systems Engineer II. The Kincaid, Illinois native attended St. Charles (Mo.) Community College and earned an AAS in Computer Sciences.

Fun Facts - Logan’s interests include sand volleyball, powerlifting and technology. His favorite concert was seeing Morgan Wallen at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater and if he had a walk-up song, it would be “Country Boy” by Aaron Lewis. Logan’s first job was making food and running the cash register at Bread Co. and the last show he binge-watched was Stranger Things.

Bella D’Alessandro joined Corporate Human Resources in June 2025 as a Recruiter. She’s from Clarksville, Tennessee and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University.

Fun Facts - Bella’s active lifestyle includes a fitness mix of CrossFit and Pilates along with family time, traveling, skiing and being on the water. She cannot live without her Spotify app and her first job was golf course greenskeeper. Bella’s favorite concert was Tim McGraw and if she had a walk-up song, it would be Beyonce’s “Flawless.”

Chris Walsh joined the Legal Department in June 2025 as Corporate Counsel in the Newport Beach office. The pride of Lake Ridge, Virginia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech before earning his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School.

Fun Facts - Chris enjoys golf and watching or following pretty much any sport — which explains why the app he cannot live without is Bleacher Report. He muscled his way into his first job, making protein shakes at the Gold’s Gym Juice Bar. His favorite concert was a triple-header of 311, Snoop Dogg and Cypress Hill and his walk-up song would be the Metallica classic “Enter Sandman.”

Juan Junca joined Human Resources in June 2025 as a Craft Recruiter. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Texas State and a Master’s degree in Leadership and Human Resources Development from Louisiana State University.

Fun Facts - Juan was born in Bogota, Colombia and lived there for 15 years before moving to the U.S. He’s into soccer (a Real Madrid fan) and also enjoys sand volleyball and travel. Juan’s first job was as a barback on Sixth Street in Austin, Texas and his favorite concert was seeing Metallica in Houston.

Kayla Hasbrook came to McCarthy Holdings in June 2025 as an Accountant 1 in the Corporate Accounting Department. She grew up in Eureka, Missouri and attended Missouri State University.

Fun Facts - Kayla is one of millions who enjoys playing pickleball. She’s also into golfing, walking her dogs and trying new restaurants. Kayla counts Post Malone as her favorite concert and her first job was as a hostess at Mellow Mushroom. The last show she binge-watched was The Rookie.

Tyler Chandler joined the Ethics and Compliance Department in June 2025 as a Sustainability Senior Analyst. He grew up in Tucson, Arizona and attended Arizona State University, home of the Sun Devils.

Fun Facts - Tyler’s first job was being a lifeguard and the app he cannot live without is Google Maps. He is definitely not alone in admitting to bingewatching Ted Lasso and the best concert he’s ever attended was Explosions in the Sky.

Tony Parente joined the Information Technology Department in June as an IT Support Manager. He grew up in Dittmer, Missouri and attended ITT Technical Institute.

Fun Facts - Tony is a huge live music fan with musical tastes running from Taylor Swift to The Mars Volta to Knocked Loose. He also enjoys watercolor painting and each year, attends Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. His favorite app is Pokemon Go (he was one of 12 people who never stopped playing in 2016) and his favorite concert was Nine Inch Nails during their 2013 Tension Tour. Of course, Tony’s walk-up song would be “Pollution” by Limp Bizkit.

Nika Mramor joined Corporate IT as an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Architect in July 2025. She grew up in Columbia, Missouri and earned a liberal arts degree from her hometown school, the University of Missouri.

Fun Facts - Nika’s first job was as a barista at a Jordanian coffee shop. She cannot live without her Apple Music app and the last show she binge-watched was Chef’s Table. Seeing David Byrne live was at the top of her favorite concert list. She also enjoys gardening, walking her dogs, playing piano and running in Tower Grove Park.

Adam Sharp was hired in July 2025 as Vice President of Strategic Improvement and works in the Dallas office. He grew up in Redmond, Washington and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and Master of Business Administration from Texas-San Antonio.

Fun Facts - Adam is active in triathlons, plays golf and has visited several national parks. His No. 1 concert was U2 and if he had a walk-up song, it would be “Right Here, Right Now” by Fatboy Slim. Adam’s app he cannot do without is ESPN and his first job was chopping wood for a neighbor.

Beverly Beaudoin joined Genuine McCarthy Enterprises in July 2025 and serves as an Administrative Assistant in the Phoenix office. She’s from Arroyo Grande, California.

Fun Facts - Beverly is happiest outdoors and enjoys fishing, travel, kayaking and even yard work. Her first job was a paper route and the last show she binge-watched was Frasier. Beverly’s concert list is topped by Madonna’s Blonde Ambition Tour and as far as walk-up songs go, Beverly would be doing that famous air-drum solo in the Phil Collins classic “In The Air Tonight.”

Matt Garner joined the Legal Department in July 2025 as a Regional Counsel and is currently based in the Austin, Texas office. The native of Dallas earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Abilene Christian University and attended law school at Baylor University.

Fun Facts - Matt’s varied interests include lifting weights and workouts, playing guitar and outdoor cooking. His first job was in landscaping and construction and the last show he binge-watched was Somebody, Somewhere on HBO. He’s got some interesting musical tastes, mixing the best concert he ever attended — Depeche Mode in 1994 — with his perfect walk-up song “Riff Raff” by AC/DC.
