I comitati organizzativi delle Universiadi Invernali di Granada 2015, Almaty 2017 e dell’appena nominata Krasnoyarsk 2019 stanno prendendo parte al FISU Observer Programme Trentino 2013, che consentirà loro di verificare sul campo i processi chiave e le operazioni principali per l’organizzazione delle loro rispettive manifestazioni. Il 13 e 14 dicembre, circa trenta persone dei comitati visiteranno le strutture dove l’Universiade si sta svolgendo e riceveranno informazioni dai manager delle aree tecniche dell’evento. Tutte le presentazioni hanno avuto luogo al centro universitario SanBa, quartier generale del Comitato Organizzativo Trentino 2013. Nel primo giorno di programmazione è stata rivolta particolare attenzione ai regolamenti FISU, al lavoro dei dipartimenti internazionali, al sistema degli accrediti, al marketing, ai servizi medici e all’anti-doping. Il secondo giorno prevede un focus su strutture, televisioni e sulla gestione dei volontari. Aleksandra Pilecka, Responsabile Internazionale delle Relazioni del Comitato Organizzativo di Granada 2015, ha dichiarato: “L’Observer Programme è molto utile per conoscere le fasi e le problematiche che incontreremo nell’organizzazione dell’Universiade. Non possiamo che evidenziare il duro lavoro compiuto dal team di Trentino 2013 nel preparare tale programma”. Ekaterina Peshkova, Vicegovernatore della Regione di Krasnoyarsk, ha condiviso l’opinione di Aleksandra: “L’importanza di questo programma è certa: noi non abbiamo nessuna esperienza e non sappiamo come risolvere alcune problematiche. Dunque possiamo capire come lavorare in maniera appropriata”. Sultanbek Syzdykov, Consigliere del Comitato Organizzativo di Almaty 2017, ha concluso: “La qualità delle Universiadi dovrebbe migliorare ogni anno e noi lavoreremo in questa direzione, basandoci proprio su tutta quest’esperienza”.
The Organizing Committees of Winter Universiade Granada 2015, Almaty 2017 and the recently selected Krasnoyarsk 2019 are taking part in the FISU Observer Programme Trentino 2013, which will allow them to check firsthand the key operations and main steps for the preparation of their respective events. Nearly thirty people of the committees are visiting during 13 and 14 December the facilities where the Universiade is being organised, and receiving information from the managers of the functional areas of the event. All the presentations have been developed in SanBa UniversityCenter, headquarters of the Trentino OC. At the first day of the programme, attention has focused on the FISU regulations, the job of the international departments, accreditation system, marketing, medical services and antidoping. The second day will focus on facilities, television and volunteer management. As Aleksandra Pilecka, International Relations Responsible of Granada OC explains:”The OP is very useful to know the steps and the problems we will face during the organization of the Universiade. We must highlight the hard work made by the Trentino team to prepare the programme.” Ekaterina Peshkova, Vice-Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Region, shares Aleksandra’s opinion:”It is undoubtedly important. We do not yet have any experience – we do not know how to do certain things. So we can find out how to work in the right direction.” For Sultanbek Syzdykov, Advisor to the Organising Committee Almaty 2017: “The quality of the Student Games should improve with every year and we will work towards this. We will use this experience.”
