JOB DESCRIPTION Nordby is looking for a Project Manager with specific experience managing Winery construction projects. Their Project Manager role has the potential to transition into an ownership role as part of a succession plan, once they. build success with the company.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities, possess comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, and exhibit a track record of effectively managing large-scale projects. As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering seamless collaboration across diverse teams and cultivating enduring partnerships with clients and stakeholders.

Job Title: Project Manager Company: Nordby Construction Location: Santa Rosa, CA Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Project Manager and Project Superintendent, providing comprehensive support across all project facets.

Organize and manage all project documentation, including RFIs, Submittals, Construction/Permit Drawings, Specifications, and Schedule Issuances.

Engage in professional communication and coordination with project partners, the design team, subcontractors, regulatory authorities/inspectors, vendors, and clients.

Assess, evaluate, and process subcontractor proposals or change orders in accordance with project requirements and guidelines.

Develop and maintain detailed logs and annotated plan sets to monitor on-site progress and installation activities.

Utilize company tools and technology to effectively record existing field conditions and document as-built conditions, incorporating photography and other relevant methods.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or a related field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, etc.).

Prior completion of at least one internship or co-op program in a relevant construction setting.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for effective project management and communication.

Displays a positive attitude and demonstrates enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development. ‘ Possesses a working knowledge of construction documents, including blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of fundamental construction principles and practices, demonstrating practical knowledge in construction methodologies, processes, and industry standards.
