JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from conception to completion.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. The Senior Project Manager will play a critical role in fostering collaboration among crossfunctional teams and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager Company: Earthtone Construction Location: Sebastopol, CA Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a portfolio of construction projects, ensuring that they are executed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, and monitor their implementation to achieve project objectives.

Oversee and coordinate the activities of project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration and timely project delivery.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement strategies to address any issues that may arise.

Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring that all contractual agreements are adhered to and that project requirements are met.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project management staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly, and providing regular updates on project status and progress.

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure that projects remain on track and within scope.

Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, including financial analyses, risk assessments, and progress updates, to executive stakeholders and clients.

Requirements: Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in project management within the construction industry, with experience managing a multi-unit development.

In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices, with a strong understanding of industryspecific regulations and standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software and tools, with the ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project-related challenges.
