MALVERN A&P SHOW

Last Saturday, another successful Malvern Show was held at Sheffield. Although the weather gave a hint of deteriorating in the morning, this blew over and became a pleasant afternoon. Busy crowds enjoyed the competitions and entertainment on offer, finishing with a social gathering over at the Bar and a hilarious team shearing event. It was an opportunity to catch up and chat when the hard work was behind us.

There were some outstanding individuals outside of our dedicated committee that need acknowledging this year, with grateful thanks from me especially.

Faulkner , Andy Thompson, Dave Oakley , Rico , Chris Redmond, Kerry Hewson , Stu Gillanders , Tim Sowman, Sheffield Fire Brigade, Helen Taege, Lachie Marshall and friends, Janelle and Theckla Barnhill , Jenny Reid, Jessica Stewart , Ed Harrington , Reece and Mel Cleland, Wayne Rori , Shaun Adams , Shaun Burgess and our youngest band of merry teens that once again stepped up on the day; Campbell, Logan, Devon, Liam, Braydon, Arthur , and all those they roped in. Also, Chris Singh for his final performance. Thank you all!

“This is a great way to see our awesome country, meet new people, and raise some money for a good charity while having some fun along the way,” commented Viki.
