Shopping local keeps your money in your community!
Please respect our hospitality workers
As from December 17th we will once again be able to gather at our favourite coffee shop or restaurant within limits. Our hospitality and tourism workers are at the forefront dealing with the mask-averse and QR-code resistant, for example – but the vaccine rollout has made the battle lines even more fraught. Whilst some might disagree these rules are in force for the greater good of the community. They are not put in place by those hospitality workers. however those very workers are the ones facing the anger of some members of the public.
Be kind to the very hard working staff. This is next level stuff, and we are already tired from the last two years. It doesn’t take much to be cooperative and compliant to the house rules and the direction given by their staff in order to serve you. Many businesses and venues will be able to return to operating at full capacity for fully vaccinated patrons. Please be responsible for your own safety and hygiene practices. - that is not asking too much.
