How to submit an application? The request must be submitted before expenses are incurred. The application form may be downloaded from the Office du Ducroire website at www.ducroire.lu. The balance sheets covering the past two years, the articles as well as the business permit must be added to the form. What is the response period? The COPEL sub-committee meets once a month in order to decide on the admissibility of the applications. In case of technical agreement by the COPEL sub-committee, the request is forwarded to the Ducroire committee for final approval. In the event of acceptance by the latter, a letter of commitment valid for a period of six months, is issued. Upon request, in the event of non-execution within the six-month period, an extension of six months may be granted. Final payment will be made exclusively on the basis of settled invoices.
