RECHARGE BEFORE THE HOLIDAY SEASON

As daylight hours shorten, your body’s natural rhythms shift and that often means craving more rest. Instead of fighting it, lean into it. Aim for seven to eight hours of quality sleep each night and establish a calming evening routine: dim the lights, limit screen time, and enjoy a warm tea or book before bed.

Sleep is one of the most powerful tools for maintaining strong immunity, emotional balance, and productivity. This is the perfect time to reset your schedule before the hectic holiday season arrives.

STAY ACTIVE!

Cold weather can make it tempting to skip workouts, but movement is essential for energy, circulation, and mental clarity. If outdoor activities aren’t appealing, find ways to stay active indoors. Yoga, stretching, bodyweight exercises, or even a short dance break can lift your mood and keep your body strong.

If you prefer being outdoors, embrace the season with brisk walks, hiking trails with fall foliage, or local charity 5Ks. Staying active during this time of year helps combat seasonal fatigue and keeps your immune system resilient
