RECRUITING JOURNEY The Recruiting Journey is live in Total Expert for all MSHL users. To add a contact to a Journey TIER, simply add their contact information including address, and assign them to Group: Tier 1_MSHL Recruit, Tier 2_MSHL Recruit or Tier3_MSHL Recruit. Assignment to one of this groups is what triggers the Journey. Don’t forget this step!

The gifting tiers are billed to the individual user via payment information entered into Total Expert Yes, the content is customizable. Users are able to request addition email content, reminders and Journey timeline adjustments. Please reach out to Carrie for customization only when you’re ready to add a contact.

The Journey is set to run 1.5 yr. Contacts remain in Total Expert, with Group assignment once the Journey ends.
