Please remember the VA REQUIRES invoices for EVERY FEE paid by the Veteran, including all Title Fees.
The VA does not accept the Closing Disclosure (CD) as sufficient documentation. Per Guidelines, they specifically require an itemized invoice for Title/Escrow fees, presented on the company’s letterhead, with a detailed breakdown of each fee and its corresponding amount for every file For example, we must provide invoices for items such as Septic Inspection, Lender’s Coverage Premium, Title Search Fee, Recording Fees, Tax Stamps, Homeowner’s Insurance, Property Taxes, and the Title Owner’s Premium

World Alzheimer’s Month, observed every September, is a global campaign dedicated to raising awareness, challenging stigma, and supporting the millions of people and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease. It serves as a reminder of the importance of early diagnosis, education, and compassion while honoring the memories of those we’ve lost and standing in solidarity with those still fighting. By coming together, we can spread understanding, offer hope, and inspire action in the journey toward a world without Alzheimer’s.
Over 7 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's. By 2050, this number is projected to rise to nearly 13 million.

About 1 in 9 people age 65 and older has Alzheimer's.
Health and long-term care costs for people living with dementia are projected to reach $384 billion in 2025 and nearly $1 trillion in 2050. The lifetime risk for Alzheimer's at age 45 is 1 in 5 for women and 1 in 10 for men.
