NEW YEAR, NEW HEALTH & WELLNESS GOALS

It’s no secret that with the new year usually comes new year’s resolutions People around the world make health and fitness goals to better themselves and create healthy change While the fresh start to the year Is surrounded by motivation, we challenge you to not do the 75 hard, participate in dry January, or train for a half marathon, unless that is, you absolutely want to and feel that it is attainable for you to do so! Our challenge for you Is to make S M A R T new year’s resolutions and goals.

CREATE A VISION

Whether your new years health and wellness goals and wellness forward or not, a great way to organize and compartmentalize your goals and resolutions are by creating a vision board! If you’re a visual person, like all of us on the Marketing Team, you also have a love for all things Pinterest

Creating a Pinterest board is not only an amazing way to visualize your goals, but you can also create it, admire it, and then close out of it and never have to look at it again! It’s an initial reminder of what your vision for the new year is, and the second you close out of it, consider it in the background and manifesting. If it’s something that you want to keep in the forefront of your life, you can also use the images saved on your Pinterest board and create a screensaver for your phone or desktop to give you that extra reminder every day

If you’re looking to create your own vision board or screensaver, we recommend using Pinterest and Canva!
