The latest interpretation of JaegerLeCoultre’s Rendez-Vous Jewellery Tourbillon once again reflects the Maison’s enduring philosophy: blending aesthetic beauty with technical mastery. The iridescent dial, in a distinctive blue-green hue, pairs richly with the 39 mm case crafted in 18-carat pink gold (750/1000). A halo of brilliant-cut diamonds illuminates the watch, while the breathtaking tourbillon display transforms it into a true jewel of horology. As far back as the 1880s, the LeCoultre Calibre 7HP powered enamelled watches set with diamonds and pearls-pieces often worn by women as necklaces or brooches.

Voluminous sleeves, oversized ruffles, draped and rippling silhouettes, and corset detailing bring drama-but it’s the ease, the way everything moves, layers, and is worn, that keeps it grounded. Nautical stripes, raw-edged ruffles, military brocades, and maritime prints reinforce the theme, with vintage-style cartographic designs floating across georgette silk, cut to move like water.

Krug was founded in 1843 by Johann-Joseph Krug, a German immigrant who had spent nine years learning the craft at the Champagne house Jacquesson. Driven by his own vision of what great wine should be, he set out to establish his own Maison in the city of Reims. This dedication led to the fulfilment of his dream: the creation of the first Édition of Krug Grande Cuvée. Every year, the Maison reinterprets his vision through a new Édition of Krug Grande Cuvée - the most generous expression of Champagne. Less than a year ago, the Maison inaugurated a new winery in Ambonnay, near Reims. “It’s been a seven-year journey, but it was worth every step...” says Julie Cavil, Chef de Cave (Head Winemaker). The most challenging part of her role is ensuring that each year’s Grande Cuvée remains faithful to the original vision. In the months following harvest, the team evaluates that year’s wines alongside reserve wines from previous years. With some 5,000 tasting notes on 400 wines spanning over 10 vintages, it’s time for her to practise the art of blending.

First created in 1976 by the fifth generation of the Krug family“against the wishes of the fourth,” as Olivier once noted with a smile. The colour is salmon with copper highlights. The nose bursts with strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. On the palate, it’s rich in fruit and pastry notes, reminiscent of raspberry tart. An excellent match for game dishes.

What makes this Champagne unique is its location-a walled plot of just 1.84 hectares in the heart of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, one of the most iconic Chardonnay villages in the Champagne region. This is a 100% Chardonnay Champagne, with only 9,900 bottles produced. The wine has a pale gold colour. On the nose, it reveals herbaceous and floral notes, while the palate offers a burst of citrus with a spiced finish.

Everything began when Grupo RODA, founders of the renowned Bodegas RODA in Haro’s Barrio de la Estación (DOCa Rioja), set out in search of the ideal terroir for the tempranillo grape. Their journey led them to the vineyards of La Horra in Burgos, where they found the perfect setting to bring their new vision to life.
The newly opened Bodega La Horra is a powerful statement of commitment to landscape, sustainability, and excellence. It is also the first winery project designed by Carme Pinós, recipient of Spain’s National Architecture Prize. Drawing inspiration from the traditional underground cellars of the region, Pinós conceived a contemporary, semi-buried architectural piece, nestled into a hollow carved into the southern slope of the estate. This design harnesses natural geothermal energy while minimising visual impact. The structure is topped with a colossal slab of exposed concrete, which Pinós likens to a monumental spoon—symbolically used to “scoop out” the earth to make way for the building. The surface of this inverted slab follows the contours of the land and will become a spontaneous garden of native flora. Alongside gabion stone walls, this garden underscores one of the project’s central themes: harmonious integration with the landscape.

Access to the winery begins next to a centuries-old holm oak and a small adobe house, two emblems of the estate that have been preserved untouched. From this point, visitors embark on a journey through the winemaking process, descending via gently sloping ramps to the fermentation and ageing rooms. One of the most striking spaces is the double-height barrel room, designed with careful acoustics to evoke the solemnity of a cathedral nave.
Above it all, the winery features a main gallery, open and glazed, framed by a façade of solid adobe blocks and crimsontoned Viroc panels. This versatile space, which acts as the gateway to the subterranean levels, includes an exhibition area and direct-to-consumer wine shop. During the opening ceremony, prominent figures from the wine and architectural worlds were in attendance, marking the beginning of a new chapter for Ribera del Duero—one that blends bold design, heritage, and cutting-edge viticulture.

The fourth chapter in the celebrations marking the Manufacture’s 250th anniversary, the Classique Tourbillon Sidéral 7255 wristwatch was released on 26 June 2025, paying tribute to the date on which AbrahamLouis Breguet (1747-1823) was granted the patent for his invention-the tourbillon-on 26 June 1801. Only 50 pieces will be produced.
While the Maison has never ceased to explore the infinite variations of this complication, this marks the first time it presents a flying tourbillon. This interpretation is also accompanied by a so-called mystery construction—an elusive technique Breguet has mastered for many years.
A.-L. Breguet, the eternal inventor driven by a relentless desire to advance horological science, knew he had forged a principle-not a finite or immutable mechanism. He himself experimented with countless configurations, altering its construction, frequency, rotational speed, and type of escapement-lever, detent or natural.
Unlike the traditional tourbillon, the cage of the flying tourbillon is supported solely from below, with no upper bridge—suspended, as it were, above everything else. For the first time in its history, Breguet has adorned a dial with aventurine enamel over a gold base. As Gregory Kissling, CEO of the Maison, puts it: “The copper particles within evoke stars shining in the night sky. Stars… or celestial bodies. It all fits perfectly.”

The shock protection system is crafted from bulk metallic glass, coated in PETRONAS green Super-LumiNova®. It sounds highly technical-and it is-but in the boutique, they actually invite you to strike it with a hammer!
Here’s how it works: based on a cantilever spring that cushions the movement inside the case, it takes shock resistance to the next level. During impacts involving high G-force acceleration, the spring absorbs much of the energy before it reaches the movement. The spring design, made from Bulk Metallic Glass (BMG), distributes pressure both transversely and longitudinally. Thanks to its intricate manufacturing process, this advanced material exhibits significantly greater elasticity than conventional crystalline metals.

Twenty-three years ago, siblings Rosa and Paco Vañó made a life-changing decision. They left behind successful careers—built over two decades of dedication and effort-and returned to the land of their childhood holidays: Jaén. Tasting notes: Tomato plant, artichoke, green nettle. An intense emerald-green oil that reflects its early harvest and careful selection. On the nose, a rich vegetal complexity-from olive leaf and tomato vine to artichoke and nettle. The flavour is fresh and powerful, with a well-defined bitterness and persistent spice, in perfect balance.

Tasting notes: Green almond, fresh grass, walnut. Golden-green oil with a pronounced green fruitiness, complemented by intense notes of freshly cut grass, green apple, and banana. On the palate, bitterness and spice are present yet balanced, highlighting its freshness and elegance. A slight astringency prolongs the aftertaste, making it both persistent and pleasant.

A blend of extra virgin olive oil crafted from olive tree varieties originating in different Mediterranean countries, all replanted in the estate’s Varietal Garden. Tasting notes: Mature fruits and nuts, with a light bitterness and balanced spiciness. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious profile led by the softness of ripe almond and the warmth of dried fruits, complemented by delicate red apple and subtle walnut notes that add depth and complexity.
Armonía en boca dominada por la suavidad de la almendra madura y la calidez de los frutos secos, acompañados por una delicada manzana roja y notas de nuez.
El cultivo del arroz en Valencia, y en España, se lo debemos a la cultura musulmana asentada en estas tierras desde finales del siglo X. Las tierras pantanosas (la «Al Buhera»), que habían cerca de la capital (Balansiya, en aquella época), constituían el lugar ideal para implantar el cultivo del arroz.
The cultivation of rice in Valencia -and in Spain- can be traced back to the Muslim culture that settled in these lands in the late 10th century. The marshy lands near the city, then called Balansiya, were known as “Al Buhera” and proved ideal for introducing rice farming.
A couple of centuries later, in 1238, following the Christian Reconquest, the city was renamed Valencia. King Jaume I was captivated by the beauty and rich resources of the Albufera lagoon and declared it royal domain (tierra de realengo). The 18th century marked another period of agricultural growth. Valencian scientist and botanist Antonio José Cavanilles, a figure
of the Enlightenment, demonstrated through his research that rice cultivation was only viable in naturally humid environments. By the early 20th century, rice farming in the Albufera region reached full consolidation thanks to the practice of landfilling, a technique whereby farmers transformed the lagoon’s shoreline into fertile rice paddies. Today, Valencia’s rice fields cover around 17,500 hectares -a figure that has remained stable in recent years. As rice cultivation is limited to suitable land only, this surface area is not expected to increase.
This group includes sub-varieties like J. Sendra, Gleva, Montsianell, Senia, and Bahía—all of which share the same organoleptic qualities. They are highly compatible with Mediterranean cuisine thanks to their exceptional ability to absorb flavors. On the plate, these varieties result in a creamy texture and juicy, tender grains once cooked.
An ancient yet much-appreciated variety, Bomba rice is known for its unique behavior in cooking. It resists overcooking well and offers excellent flavor absorption. Its texture remains firm and gains consistency as it rests after cooking, delivering a satisfying bite and defined grain.

EU Rice is a European program promoted by the Agricultural Business Association of Thessaloniki and the Valencia Rice PDO, with support from the European Union. Its mission is to champion rice cultivation that is sustainable, safe, and traceable—meeting strict quality and environmental standards. Spain is the EU’s second-largest rice producer, and the Valencian rice fields stand out not only for their agricultural value but also for their crucial role in preserving the natural environment of L’Albufera Natural Park, a sanctuary for many species, especially migratory birds.

Perfectly pairs with roast lamb, roast pork, traditional stews, game meats, meat-based pastas, rice dishes, mushrooms, cured meats, and semi-cured cheeses. Best enjoyed decanted and served over ice. A unique touch: it comes with a bracelet-style thermometer for optimal serving temperature.
100% Tinto fino. Color púrpura intenso con mucha profundidad. Limpio y brillante. Nariz especialmente frutal, donde destaca la fresa y la zarzamora. El paso por boca es fluido y agradable. Un vino que te invita a seguir disfrutando. Maridaje con cordero asado, cerdo asado, cocido, caza menor, pastas con carne, arroces con carne, setas, embutidos, quesos semicurados. Se recomienda decantar y ponerlo sobre hielo. La peculiaridad es que lleva un termómetro en forma de brazalete.
85% Mencía, blended with Palomino, Doña Blanca, Godello, and Alicante. Hand-harvested, whole-cluster foot-stomped, spontaneous fermentation, aged in small “cubeto” barrels. Light ruby colour, floral nose with violet and forest fruits. Refreshing palate, perfect for summer.As they say in El Bierzo: “Pairs best with laid-back, fun-loving people.”
Vendimiado a mano. Pisado con Raspón, fermentación espontánea y criado en “cubetos” (Barriles pequeños). Es un tinto ligero de color rubí, con una nariz de violeta y frutas del bosque. Un paladar refrescante. Como dicen allí en El Bierzo: Marida con gente campechana y divertida.
The estate once belonged to Empress Eugenia de Montijo, which is where it gets its name. Crafted by the Hernáiz brothers, it’s made primarily from Tempranillo, though the presence of Garnacha is unmistakable—bringing aromatic exuberance and a touch of freshness Aged for 14 months in a mix of French and American oak barrels, it strikes a beautiful balance between its fruity, floral character and refined complexity. This is a polished, elegant Crianza with notes of ripe red and black fruits, all delicately laced with hints of violet.

Perfect for appetizers, tapas, barbecues, or relaxed afternoons on the terrace. This was a particularly unique vintage. The wine underwent fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 12 days, followed by a 30-day malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barrels that adds complexity without sacrificing freshness. The result is an intense, clean wine with an appealing deep cherry-red color and violet hues. On the nose, it bursts with fruit—dominated by blackberry and bramble aromas. On the palate, it’s smooth on entry, with vibrant freshness and a long, persistent finish.

100% Garnacha. The grapes come from two vineyardsone in Rioja Alta and the other in Rioja Oriental. Each parcel is vinified separately. The wine is aged for 24 months in new French oak barrels with a light toast, followed by 20 months of bottle aging.It shows a medium-intensity cherry color. Fresh and intensely fruity on the palate, with a subtle touch of vanilla. Exceptionally elegant.
100% Garnacha. Las uvas proceden de dos viñedos. Uno en la Rioja Alta y otro en la Oriental. El producto de cada parcela fermenta por separado. La Crianza es de 24 meses en barrica nueva de roble francés con tostado ligero. En botella permanecen 20 meses. Color cereza de intensidad media. Fresco y muy frutal. Un toque a vainilla.
