After that, you need to decide on the number of participants in the case (if it is possible to involve all members of the academic group as much as possible), it can be, on the example of a lawsuit: judge, court secretary, plaintiff, defendant, representative of the plaintiff, representative of the defendant, a third party, witnesses, experts, translator, etc.)

The academic group should be divided into an appropriate number of small groups that will prepare the participant's speech at the court hearing.

Those applicants who did not receive a role in the trial will still take part in the participant’s preparation for the trial’s performance. While determining the quantitative composition of the mini-groups, it is necessary to pay attention that the largest implementation of preparatory actions falls on the group that helps the participant to train the judge, since he will need to monitor other participants’ actions in the trial process and make a court decision.

It is very important to follow the sequence of procedural actions for students of higher education , so they need to write a joint scenario of the court session, procedural documents (plaintiff, court decision, court verdict, etc.) guided by the norms of procedural legislation.

Проведення судового засідання потрібно здійснювати в атмосфері, наближеній до реального судочинства, з використання атрибутики правосуддя.

Під час проведення судового засідання всі учасники академічної групи повинні бути присутні в імітованій залі судового засідання.

Для оцінки роботи академічної групи з проведення судового засідання необхідно запросити фахівців з практичним досвідом, які оцінять роботу здобувачів вищої освіти.
