We are always impressed with the way the buildings can change from season to season and love to see everyone’s holiday spirit As the holiday season approaches, please be mindful of the guidelines in your lease when it comes to decorating your spaces and door!
What are some ways you can be mindful when decorating for the holidays?
Be aware of other residents’ decorations Do not steal or damage their decor
Be aware of the safety concerns for decorations and ensure that you will not be creating a fire hazard in your unit, common area, or hallway.
Use battery operated lights to avoid a fire hazard.
Use removable decorations to prevent damage to the or surfaces.
Review your lease or community guidelines to understand any specific rules about decorations.

It’s time to renew your meal plan or sign up for next semester! Sign into your Duquesne Portal and select “Meal Plan”, then select the apartment meal plan form and fill out with your desired plan.
Meal swipes carry over week-to-week but will expire at the end of the semester. Flex will roll over semester-to-semester but will expire at the end of the academic year.
Primary Plan: $1,100
4 meal swipes per week, $500 Flex per semester
Premium Plan: $1,700
7 meal swipes per week, $750 Flex per semester
