Brottier Hall
Brottier Hall is located across from the library, School of Law, and School of Health Sciences Brottier offers the convenience of apartment-style living in the heart of the university community.
Students in their junior and senior years, and graduate programs are eligible to live in Brottier Hall.
McGinley Hall
McGinley Hall is our newest building located on Forbes Avenue. The building features a variety of amenities our residents love. Students in their Junior & Senior year, as well as students in their Graduate or Masters programs are eligible to live in McGinley Hall.
St. Martin Hall
St. Martin Hall offers a unique living experience exclusively for sophomores. This studio apartmentstyle residence provides students with increased independence while still being part of the on-campus community. Each unit includes a bathroom, kitchenette, and modern furnishings.

Summer Communications will be sent over the course of the next few months and will provide information about all 3 of our buildings. Please see the following page for upcoming dates to ensure that you find the information that pertains to your building.

UPCOMING NEW SOFTWARE LAUNCH!
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
We’re excited to share that this summer we’ll be upgrading our property management software! This enhancement is designed to deliver improved features, enhanced performance, and added convenience. Please be aware of some important dates regarding this change.
On June 13, you will receive an email from our office containing a link to submit maintenance requests during the transition, along with additional details. We expect the transition to take around two weeks, though this timeline may shift. Regardless, we’ll keep you informed with any updates!
PORTAL TRANSITION PERIOD BEGINS JUNE 16 FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS
Maintenance Requests:
A temporary work order form will be provided while the portal is offline. On June 13, residents will receive an email with a link to submit maintenance requests.
Room Condition Reports:
Summer move-ins may be required to complete a paper version of the RCR, which will be provided at the time of move-in.
Prospective Residents:
Access to the online application will be unavailable during this time. Those interested in applying should email liveatluminaduq@cocm.com with their preferred building and unit style.
We’re excited for you to meet your roommates and start building your community at Lumina! If you do not know who you will be sharing a space with please reach out to our email liveatluminaduq@cocm.com. This information will help you get connected before move-in day, so you can start getting to know each other and begin planning for your shared living space.
EarlyArrivals
On both Friday, August 15th and Monday, August 18th from 9:00am - 4:00pm we will welcome residents needing to move in early. Please fill out the early arrivals form. Everyone must fill out the form including; students wishing to move in early, RA’s, Orientation Team, student employees, etc.
There is a $50 fee for an early arrival. Click here for the link to the Early Arrival Form! Due July 15th
PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MAIL OR PACKAGES TO YOUR BUILDING PRIOR TO MOVING IN! YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN UP WITH THE AMAZON LOCKER LINK SENT BY LUMINA.
Summer residents in Brottier and McGinley Hall may continue receiving mail to the Amazon Hub located in their building!
