Parking IN BROTTIER HALL
Brottier Hall Parking Garage 2025-2026 Applications
Brottier Hall's Parking Garage is accessible around the clock for residents with a parking permit. Residents interested in applying for a parking permit must apply. Online applications will be hosted on Campus Link and open to residents on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 12:00 PM. The annual cost is $1,600. Spaces are limited and assigned based on application time, so apply early!
Residents currently holding a parking permit and wanting to renew for 2025-2026 year; will also need to complete the application that opens July 1st, 2025 on Campus Link. You will then need to return your old parking pass to receive your new 2025-2026 parking pass between July 18 , 2025 and August 1st, 2025. th
Leases are Ending!
Attention summer residents!
Please be aware that your 24-25 lease will end July 22nd. You will need to be moved out by 12:00pm July 22 unless you are RENEWING to the same unit or MOVING to a different unit in the same building!
Renewing Your Lease for 25-26?
Residents who renewed the lease for their current unit may remain in that unit until their new lease begins at no additional charge.
Moving within the building you current live in?
You must submit a Late Stay Request to indicate you wish to remain in the building between lease periods. There is no charge.
You MUST be able to move to your new unit August 4-7.

MAINTENANCE UPDATES
Starting Monday, June 9 the following will be serviced:
Washer will be inspected and cleaned
Dryer will be inspected and cleaned
Smoke Detector batteries will be changed
Letters will be added to each bedroom and bathroom door frame (as applicable) to assist in identifying each
For this service, please ensure to have removed all personal belongings from your washer and dryer. Please note that to complete this our staff will be entering all common spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
