Women’s History Month

Women’s History Month is an important time to celebrate the achievements, resilience, and contributions of women throughout history, and it’s especially significant in a college environment where education and diversity are key pillars of the community. As Lumina, we recognize the vital role that women play in shaping our society. This month, we are proud to honor their accomplishments and reflect on the ongoing work needed to ensure equality and opportunity for all.

We encourage our students, faculty, and staff to take this time to recognize and uplift the women around us, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for the entire community.

HEALTH & SAFETY INSPECTIONS

Inspections for the Lumina Communities will take place during the week of March 10th14th. Please be sure to check for the specific time your floor will be inspected. It is important to remember that certain items are prohibited within the residence halls, including candles, drugs, and other restricted items.

In addition to these inspections, the maintenance team will be changing filters. Please be sure your items and furniture are moved away from the HVAC so they can easily access for the filter change. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and respectful living environment for all residents.
