The Lionheart Bespoke Leadership Training Pathway will provide you with a wide range of opportunities to explore and widen your skillset, build your knowledge and understanding and develop leadership expertise to improve outcomes for the teachers and pupils you work with. Hearing from experts, reading educational research, managing whole school change and shadowing experienced colleagues you will commit to an approach that will support you to be truly confident for your next step into leadership.

Pathway?
The pathway is intended for colleagues within Lionheart who have substantial impact/experience at middle leadership and are keen to progress into, or within, senior leadership in education.
How and when can I apply?
The pathway will run annually, from the start of the academic year, with some preparation to establish individual needs taking place the term prior. Applications to join the pathway will open during each summer term. Expressions of interest can be made via Line Managers, Heads of School or HR. Lionheart may also identify and invite members of staff who have applied for senior leader roles without success.

A session to build knowledge and understanding of key statutory responsibilities and the importance of efficient and effective financial management.
