TCS Lidingöloppet 15 / TCS Lidingöloppet Junior and Veteran 15K – 26 September BEFORE THE RACE START CERTIFICATE & NUMBER BIB
All registered participants will receive their Start Certificate only by email. The Start Certificate contains the participant’s personal QR code. To collect your number bib, bring your personal QR code to the Number Bib Distribution. At the time of delivery, you will scan your personal QR code and your number bib will be printed. You can also find your QR code on My Pages. The Number Bib Distribution is situated at Lidingövallen. The Number Bib Distribution’s opening hours: Thursday 18:00-21:00, Friday 09:00-21:00, Saturday 07:00-15:00 and Sunday 07:00-14:00. We recommend that you collect your number bib no later than 90 minutes before your start. Keep in mind that many people need to pick up their number bib at the same time and that we want to avoid congestion.
START
The start is from Koltorp. Your starting group and start time are on the number bib. Timing chip is located on the back of the number bib. The start will take place in groups of 250 people in each group so congestion is avoided. Two groups will be in the starting area at the same time: the one standing at the start line and the one waiting to walk up to the starting line. Please note that no participants will be allowed to enter the staring area until 20 minutes before start, as we wish to avoid crowds. Starting in an earlier start group leads to automatic disqualification. Starting in a later group will automatically cause time extensions that cannot be corrected. PLEASE NOTE that it is about 1.8 km from Lidingövallen to the start of Koltorp.
BAGGAGE HAND-IN
You can hand in your bag at Lidingövallen. It can be transported to the finish for SEK 40. The bag can also remain at the drop-off point free of charge. Follow the instructions. For valuables, see ”Good to know” hereinafter in this magazine.

If you want a bag or clothing submission label, print this in the Number Bib Distribution after you receive your number bib.
WARM UP CLOTHING

Clothing bags can be left free of charge at the start. You will find the clothing drop to the right of the start gate before entering. Only TCS Lidingöloppet’s clothing bags may be used which you get at the number bib handout.
By warm up clothing we mean thinner training jacket, sweater and pants. Close the bag and turn on the label. Only clothing bags, not baggage may be placed in the trolley. Clothing delivery takes place after the finish at Grönsta gärde on presentation of your number bib. It is not allowed to leave valuables in the clothing bag.
DURING THE RACE COURSE MARKING
Tapes and signs show that you are on the right track. There are also kilometer-markings that tell you how far you have left to the finish. Large red flags refer to 30 km.
ROAD CROSSINGS
There are ‘sluices’ for runners at some road crossings to allow traffic to pass. Follow the officials’ instructions!
REFRESHMENT POINTS

AFTER THE RACE MEDAL
TCS Lidingöloppet’s bronze medal is awarded to everyone who completes the race. If you think you have run in silver medal time and start in starting group 2 or higher, go to the results tent after the finish. It checks your exact race time and replaces the bronze medal with a silver medal if you have passed the time. For participants in the first wave start, the silver medals will be distributed in the finish area. The medal times can be found on www.tcslidingoloppet.se.
PRIZES
The award ceremony for the top six in the M15 class and the K15 respectively takes place at the podium directly adjacent to the finish tent. The other prize winners receive their prize in the award tent adjacent to the finish tent. This applies to places 7-10 in M15/K15 and placement 4-10 in the junior and veteran classes. Please note that prizes must be collected on site, they will not be sent out afterwards. TEAM COMPETITION: In the 15K race with five person teams. The winning team wins a mortgage on the team prize Carl Milles’ statuette ”Hand of God”.
