DRAFT MINUTES OF IDEFORD PARISH COUNCIL PLANNING MEETING 20th March 2013 and Neighbourhood Plan Information Meeting PRESENT: Cllrs: Angie Carter-Woodwark (Chairman), Geraldine Gaskell, Derrick White, Dominic Morby, Tom Hill, Barry Smith IN ATTENDANCE: Karen Gardin (Clerk), Darren Summerfield (TDC), Gary Powell (TDC), 8 members of the public The first part of the meeting was given to Darren Summerfield and Gary Powell from Teignbridge District Council, who informed persons present about Neighbourhood Plans and Parish Plans. After the presentation the Chairman thanked them for coming and for the information they had given. The next step would be to hold the open afternoon so the parishioners could drop in and give their views as to whether they felt the need to proceed with a parish plan. Detail would be given in the Parish newsletter.
