La Brasserie occupies the ground floor of Le Meridien Hotel Jakarta, and offers a highly varied selection of European, Asian and regional delights. The venue is an all-day dining concept with a stylishly sumptuous buffet or a la carte menu. Guests can also enjoy the recommended signature breakfast package with eye-opening beverages to get them primed for the day’s activities ahead. The buffet at La Brasserie is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner all day long. Some of the signature dishes at La Brasserie include the baked confit of duck with spiced wild mushrooms, stir-fry zucchini and tomato chilli dressing, the Norwegian salmon with horseradish crust, sautéed potatoes and pickled capsicum ragout and the Black Angus rib eye steak from the grill corner.
